Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present application has been described in connection with a washing machine, the technical solution of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the method for detecting the dryness and humidity of the laundry can be obviously applied to other washing apparatuses such as a shoe washing machine, a washing and drying machine, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first" and "second" in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Based on the technical problems proposed in the background art, the invention provides a method for detecting the dryness and humidity of an object to be cleaned for a washing machine and the washing machine, and aims to judge the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned in a washing barrel according to an actual water level frequency value and a preset water level frequency threshold value, so that the water inflow of the washing machine can be accurately controlled according to the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned, better cleaning is provided for the object to be cleaned, the waste of water resources is avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a flow chart of the method for detecting dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned according to the present invention; fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for detecting dryness and humidity of an object to be cleaned according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for detecting dryness and humidity of an object to be cleaned of the present invention comprises the following steps:
s1, acquiring an actual water level frequency value of the washing machine;
s2, acquiring a preset water level frequency threshold of the washing machine;
and S3, judging the dryness and humidity of the objects to be cleaned in the washing barrel according to the actual water level frequency value and the preset water level frequency threshold value.
Preferably, in the process of obtaining the actual water level frequency value and obtaining the preset water level frequency threshold, the actual water level frequency value may be obtained first, and then the preset water level frequency threshold may be obtained; or a preset water level frequency threshold value can be obtained first, and then an actual water level frequency value is obtained; the actual water level frequency value and the preset water level frequency threshold value can also be obtained simultaneously, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the obtaining sequence of the actual water level frequency value and the preset water level frequency threshold value in practical application, and the change does not depart from the principle and the scope of the invention.
In a preferred embodiment, before the step of obtaining the actual water level frequency value of the washing machine in step S1, the method for detecting the dryness and humidity of the objects to be washed further comprises:
s01, acquiring the weight of an object to be cleaned;
s02, determining the water inflow of the washing machine according to the weight;
and S03, enabling the washing machine to perform water filling operation according to the water inflow.
Specifically, in step S01, since the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned are uncertain, the weight of the object to be cleaned acquired at this time may be the dry weight of the object to be cleaned or the wet weight of the object to be cleaned.
Preferably, in step S02, if the object to be washed is dry object to be washed, the water inflow of the washing machine can be accurately determined according to the weight obtained in step S01; if the object to be cleaned is a wet object to be cleaned, the water inflow determined according to the weight obtained in the step S01 is higher.
In order to determine the dryness and humidity of the object to be washed more accurately, the step of "performing water filling operation on the washing machine according to the water inflow" in the step S03 specifically includes:
s031, judge whether the inflow is smaller than the threshold value of the inflow of the preserving;
s032, if the water inflow is smaller than a preset water inflow threshold, enabling the washing machine to execute water injection operation according to a first water amount;
s033, if the water inflow is larger than or equal to the preset water level threshold, enabling the washing machine to execute water injection operation according to a second water amount;
wherein the first water amount is less than the water inflow and a first difference exists between the first water amount and the water inflow; the second water quantity is smaller than the water inflow, a second difference value is formed between the water quantity and the water inflow, and the second difference value is larger than the first difference value.
Specifically, in step S032, if the water inflow is smaller than the preset water inflow threshold, it is indicated that the water inflow of the washing machine is small, and the water inflow of the washing machine is only slightly reduced, so that the proportion of the water contained in the object to be washed to the actual water inflow can be increased, and the humidity of the object to be washed can be more accurately determined, and the washing machine is enabled to perform the water injection operation according to the first water level.
Preferably, in step S033, if the water inflow is greater than or equal to the preset water inflow threshold, it is indicated that the water inflow of the washing machine is large, and the water inflow of the washing machine needs to be greatly reduced, so that the proportion of the water amount contained in the object to be cleaned to the actual water inflow can be obviously increased, the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned can be more accurately determined, and the washing machine is operated to inject water according to the second water level.
In the process, the conclusion of how to set the actual water inflow of the washing machine is given through the setting of the preset water inflow threshold. The preset water inflow threshold value can be the highest water inflow for judging the dryness and humidity of the object to be cleaned, and can also be the water inflow set according to the material and weight of the object to be cleaned. Of course, the preset water inflow threshold is not limited to the water inflow listed above, and may be other water inflow, such as experimental water inflow obtained by a person skilled in the art according to an experiment under a specific working condition, or empirical water inflow obtained according to an experiment, as long as the requirement that the division point determined by the preset water inflow threshold can meet the requirement of setting the water inflow of the washing machine is met.
Preferably, the first quantity of water N 1 Is the water inflow M and a first preset threshold value Y 1 Difference of (i.e. N) 1 =M-Y 1 For example, when M is 25, Y 1 When it is 5, then N 1 Is 20.
Preferably, the second quantity of water N 2 Is the water inflow M and a second preset threshold value Y 2 A difference of (i.e. N) 2 =M-Y 2 For example, when M is 35, Y 2 When 10, then N 2 Is 25; for example, when M is 30, Y 2 When it is 10, then N 2 Is 20.
Of course, the first water amount, the second water amount, the water inlet amount, the first preset threshold value and the second preset threshold value are not limited to the above-mentioned values, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the values of the first water amount, the second water amount, the water inlet amount, the first preset threshold value and the second preset threshold value in practical application, and no matter what value is adopted, the second difference value is larger than the first difference value.
In a preferred embodiment, the washing machine further includes a water level sensor, and the step of "obtaining an actual water level frequency value of the washing machine" in step S1 further includes:
and S11, acquiring an actual water level frequency value through a water level sensor.
Of course, the method for obtaining the actual water level frequency value of the washing machine is not limited to the above-mentioned method, and other methods may be used to obtain the actual water level frequency value of the washing machine, for example, a table lookup method may be used to obtain the water level frequency value.
Preferably, in the case of causing the washing machine to perform the water filling operation according to the first water amount, the value of the actual water level frequency at the time when the washing machine is filled with the first water amount of washing water is acquired through the water level sensor S111.
Further, the actual water level frequency value in step S111 is the water level frequency value when the washing machine injects the first amount of washing water.
Preferably, in the case of causing the washing machine to perform the water filling operation according to the second water amount, the value of the actual water level frequency at the time when the washing machine is filled with the second water amount of washing water is acquired through the water level sensor S112.
Further, the actual water level frequency value in step S112 is the water level frequency value when the washing machine is filled with the second amount of washing water.
Of course, the actual water level frequency value is not limited to the above listed water inflow, and may be other water level frequency values, for example, an experimental water level frequency value obtained by a person skilled in the art according to an experiment under a specific working condition, or an empirical water level frequency value obtained according to an experiment, as long as a boundary point determined by the actual water level frequency value can meet a requirement for determining the dryness and humidity of the object to be washed in the washing tub.
In a preferred embodiment, in step S2, the step of obtaining the preset water level frequency threshold of the washing machine includes:
s21, determining the water level of the inlet water of the washing machine according to the water inlet amount;
and S22, determining a preset water level frequency threshold according to the water level of the inlet water.
Preferably, in step S21, since the volume of the washing tub is constant, after the water inflow is determined, the height position corresponding to the water inflow in the washing tub is determined, and the height position is the water level of the washing machine, so that the water level of the washing machine can be determined according to the water inflow.
Preferably, in step S22, since the intake water level and the water level frequency value are negatively correlated, the water level frequency value decreases as the intake water level increases, and after the intake water level is determined, the water level frequency value correlated therewith is also determined, so that the preset water level frequency threshold value can be determined according to the intake water level.
Of course, the obtaining manner of the preset water level frequency threshold is not limited to the above-mentioned manner, and other manners may be used to obtain the preset water level frequency threshold, for example, an experimental water level frequency value obtained by an experiment performed by a person skilled in the art under a specific working condition, or an empirical water level frequency value obtained by an experiment, as long as the boundary point determined by the preset water level frequency threshold can meet the requirement of determining the dryness and humidity of the object to be washed in the washing tub.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of determining the dryness and humidity of the objects to be washed in the washing tub according to the actual water level frequency value and the preset water level frequency threshold in the step S3 specifically includes:
s31, judging whether the actual water level frequency value is larger than a preset water level frequency threshold value or not;
s32, if the actual water level frequency value is larger than the preset water level frequency threshold value, judging that the object to be cleaned is dry;
and S33, if the actual water level frequency value is smaller than or equal to the preset water level frequency threshold value, judging that the object to be washed is a wet object to be washed.
Specifically, in step S32, if the actual water level frequency value is greater than the preset water level frequency threshold, it may be considered that when the actual water inflow reaches the first water amount or the second water amount, the actual water level corresponding to the actual water inflow does not reach the water inflow level corresponding to the water inflow yet, which indicates that the washing tub does not contain washing water, and it is determined that the object to be washed is dry. In step S33, if the actual water level frequency value is less than or equal to the preset water level frequency threshold, it can be considered that when the actual water inflow reaches the first water amount or the second water amount, the actual water level corresponding to the actual water inflow has reached the water inflow level corresponding to the water inflow, which indicates that a certain amount of washing water is contained in the washing tub, and then it is determined that the object to be washed is a wet object to be washed, so as to accurately determine the humidity of the object to be washed in the washing tub, and accurately control the water inflow of the washing machine according to the humidity of the object to be washed, thereby providing a better washing effect for the object to be washed, avoiding waste of water resources, and improving the user experience.
Preferably, in the case where it is determined that the object to be washed is a dry object to be washed, the method for detecting dryness and humidity of the object to be washed further includes:
and S4, controlling the washing machine to continuously feed water to the water inlet amount, namely determining the water inlet amount of the washing machine according to the weight of the washed objects in the step S02.
Specifically, if the washing machine performs the water filling operation according to the first water amount in step S032, the washing machine is required to continue to fill the washing water corresponding to the first difference value, so that the total amount of the inlet water of the washing machine reaches the inlet water amount.
Further, if the washing machine performs the water filling operation according to the second water amount in step S033, the washing machine needs to continue to fill the washing water corresponding to the second difference value, so that the total water inflow amount of the washing machine reaches the water inflow amount.
Preferably, the washing tub includes an outer tub and an inner tub rotatably disposed inside the outer tub, and the laundry is placed inside the inner tub.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for detecting dryness and humidity of objects to be cleaned according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in a possible embodiment, the process of the method for detecting dryness and humidity of the object to be washed of the washing machine of the present invention may be:
s01, obtaining the weight of an object to be cleaned;
s02, determining the water inflow of the washing machine according to the weight;
s031, judge whether the inflow is smaller than the threshold value of the inflow of the preserving;
s032, if yes, enabling the washing machine to execute water injection operation according to the first water quantity;
s033, if not, enabling the washing machine to perform water injection operation according to a second water quantity;
in case of causing the washing machine to perform a water filling operation in accordance with a first water amount;
s111, acquiring an actual water level frequency value when the washing machine is filled with washing water with a first water quantity through a water level sensor;

s321, if yes, judging the object to be cleaned to be dry;
s331, if not, determining that the object to be cleaned is a wet object to be cleaned;
in case of causing the washing machine to perform a water filling operation in accordance with the second water amount;
s112, acquiring an actual water level frequency value when the washing machine is filled with the second amount of washing water through the water level sensor;
s212, determining the water level of the washing machine according to the water inflow;
s222, determining a preset water level frequency threshold according to the water level of the inlet water;
s312, judging whether the actual water level frequency value is larger than a preset water level frequency threshold value or not;
s322, if yes, judging that the object to be cleaned is a dry object to be cleaned;
s332, if not, judging that the object to be cleaned is a wet object to be cleaned;
at least one or more of steps S112, S212, S222, S312, S323, and S332 may be deleted in the above-described method for detecting the dryness and humidity of the laundry, which can be performed without including at least one or more of steps S112, S212, S222, S312, S323, and S332, and this change does not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention. Of course, it is also possible to delete at least one or several of the remaining steps of the method described above, and the method for detecting the dryness/humidity of the items to be cleaned can still be carried out without including at least one or several of the remaining steps, without this change departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.

For example, the steps of the above embodiments may be combined into one step, or further divided into multiple sub-steps to complete all or part of the functions described above. For the names of the steps involved in the embodiments of the present invention, they are only for distinguishing the respective steps, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

Of course, the actual installation positions of the flow valve, the weight sensor, the water level sensor and the control device are not limited to the above-mentioned exemplary installation positions, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the actual installation positions of the flow valve, the weight sensor, the water level sensor and the control device in practical applications as long as the dryness and humidity of the objects to be cleaned in the washing tub can be accurately judged through the mutual cooperation of the flow valve, the weight sensor, the water level sensor and the control device.
