Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于压制和清除硬质表面有毒有害物质的水凝胶卷材,所述的水凝胶卷材由背衬层、支撑层和水凝胶层构成三层卷材结构。利用水凝胶的粘弹性,粘附放射性粉尘等固态粉末状有毒有害物质,利用水凝胶内部的网状交联结构,密封或吸收液态有毒有害物质。所述的水凝胶卷材应用范围广,界面适应性强,去污染清除率高,受环境(如温度、湿度)影响小,操作简便,作业效率高,适用于核化突发事件造成有毒有害物质泄漏后的应急处置。

一种用于压制和清除硬质表面有毒有害物质的水凝胶卷材
技术领域
本发明涉及核化突发事件应急处置领域,尤其是涉及一种用于压制和清除硬质表面放射性粉尘或液态化学有毒有害物质的水凝胶卷材。
背景技术
随着核工业、化工产业的不断发展,在放射源或核材料或化工产品的生产、加工、存储、运输和应用等场合发生事故,或是在人员密集的公共场所(如商场、车站、地铁站、机场、住宅小区及学校等)发生核化恐怖袭击时,可能会有放射性物质或化学有毒有害物质释放到环境中,造成环境污染,威胁人身安全,因此,需要对事发现场进行应急处置,快速压制和清除有毒有害物质。
针对不同类型和状态有毒有害物质的应急处置方法有多种。目前,对放射性粉尘的处置方法主要有高压水冲洗法、铲土法、可剥离膜压制去污法等。对大体量液态化学有毒有害物质的压制和清除主要采取的方法有围堰收容法、泥沙覆盖法、化学中和法等。授权公告号为CN 204183983 U的中国实用新型专利“一种用于压制和清除介质表面污染粉尘的即铺式卷材”,主要用于放射性粉尘的压制和清除,粘附粉尘所用材料的主要成分为丁基橡胶或松香树脂的热熔胶层,其粘性受温度影响大,铺设时需要加热装置对热熔胶层进行加热以提高其粘性,回收前去污材料需要固化。现有技术方案中对于液态化学有毒有害物质的处置方法,由于阻隔介质都是多孔隙,不能有效控制有毒有害物质继续向环境中的扩散,从而造成二次污染,对人及环境造成后续伤害。针对应急处置快速、高效的要求,需要一种操作简便、清除效率高,能够快速、有效压制和清除硬质表面有毒有害物质的去污材料。
发明内容
针对以上情况,本发明公开了一种用于压制和清除硬质表面有毒有害物质的水凝胶卷材,所述的水凝胶卷材适用范围广,去污率高,铺设回收简便,可以人工方式作业也可机械化作业,适用于核化突发事件造成有毒有害物质泄漏后的应急处置。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种用于压制和清除硬质表面有毒有害物质的水凝胶卷材,其特征是:所述的卷材由背衬层、支撑层和水凝胶层构成三层卷材结构;所述的背衬层为水凝胶粘附载体,其一侧表面粗糙,均匀涂布用于吸附有毒有害物质的水凝胶层,另一侧表面光滑,可以防止水凝胶卷材粘连;背衬层与水凝胶层之间为支撑层,用于增强水凝胶的整体剥离性;所述的水凝胶层为去污材料,主要成分为聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇以及海藻酸钠等中的一种或多种与交联剂交联而成。利用水凝胶的粘弹性,将附着在表面和浅表孔隙中的放射性粉尘等固态粉末状有毒有害物质粘附到水凝胶层;利用水凝胶内部的网状交联结构,密封或吸收液态有毒有害物质,阻隔并防止其挥发扩散。
进一步,所述的背衬层为PVC膜、PE膜或纤维离型纸。
进一步,所述的支撑层为棉质纱布、化纤纱布和混纺纱布或其网眼布中的一种。
进一步,所述的水凝胶层按照重量百分比计,包括高分子骨架材料0.5~10%、粘度调节剂10~30%、填充剂1~10%、交联剂0.1~3%、水质调节剂0.1~2%,余量为水;
所述高分子骨架材料为聚丙烯酸钠、部分水解聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种组合物;
所述粘度调节剂为丙三醇;
所述交联剂为氯化铝、溴化铝、甘羟基铝、氢氧化铝、氯化钙、氯化镁、溴化钙、硼酸中的一种或几种组合物;
所述填充剂为硅藻土、硅胶或纳米二氧化钛中的一种或两种组合物;
所述水质调节剂为乙二胺四乙酸及二钠盐、柠檬酸及盐、苯甲酸及盐等中的一种或几种的混合物。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果。
本发明所述的水凝胶卷材具有一定的粘弹性和吸水性,可以清除硬质表面和浅表孔隙中的固态粉末状有毒有害物质,也可以压制和清除液态化学有毒有害物质,因此应用范围广、界面适应性强、去污染清除率高;同时,由于所述的水凝胶卷材的去污材料受环境(如温度、湿度)影响小,使用过程中不需辅助加热和固化过程,因此所述水凝胶卷材的铺设和回收既可以采用人工方式作业,也可以采用机械化作业,操作简便,能够随铺随收,作业效率高,特别适用于核化突发事件造成有毒有害物质泄漏后的应急处置。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明的发明内容作进一步的详细说明,公开本发明的目的旨在保护本发明范围内的一切变化和改进,本发明并不局限于下面的实施例:
结合附图1所述的用于压制和清除介质表面有毒有害物质的水凝胶卷材,所述的水凝胶卷材由背衬层1、支撑层2和水凝胶层3构成三层卷材结构;所述的背衬层1为具有一定强度的水凝胶粘附载体,如PE或纤维织物,背衬层1的一侧均匀涂布有用于粘附或吸附有毒有害物质的水凝胶层3,该水凝胶层3的主要成分为聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇以及海藻酸钠等中的一种或多种与交联剂交联而成,在实际应用中,能够根据需要通过改变组分比例或添加相应的助剂来调节其粘度;背衬层1的另一侧为光滑表面,主要是用于防止成卷后相邻的水凝胶层3和背衬层1之间产生粘连。
实施本发明所述的用于压制和清除硬质表面有毒有害物质的水凝胶卷材时,在受污染区域,用专门的铺设回收一体化装置将水凝胶卷材平铺到地面,并用沉重的辊筒滚压水凝胶卷材,将其与硬质表面压紧、压实,将附着在浅表孔隙中的有毒有害物质粘附到水凝胶上;随后用铺设回收一体化装置将粘附了有毒有害物质的水凝胶卷材从硬质表面剥离、回收;最后将回收后的水凝胶卷材打包运送到专门的废物处置场所进行集中处理。
水凝胶制作实例1
先将5份聚丙烯酸钠、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.5份的甘羟基铝加入20份的甘油中,搅拌成均匀的糊状,为组分I,备用;在另一容器内加入3份硅藻土、1份氯化钙、0.2份乙二胺四乙酸及0.5份柠檬酸,余量为水,总份量为100,搅拌溶解均匀,为组分II;在快速搅拌下,将组分I均匀加入到组分II中,搅拌30分钟,得到均匀的水凝胶。均匀涂布在支撑材料及背衬材上即得成品卷材。(背衬层为PVC膜、PE膜或纤维离型纸;支撑层为棉质纱布、化纤纱布和混纺纱布或其网眼布中的一种)。
水凝胶制作实例2
先将3份聚丙烯酸钠、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1份海藻酸钠、2份聚乙烯醇、0.5份的氯化铝加入25份的甘油中,搅拌成均匀的糊状,为组分I,备用;在另一容器内加入3份钠米二氧化钛、1份溴化钙、0.1份的硼酸、0.1份乙二胺四乙酸及0.3份柠檬酸,余量为水,总份量为100,搅拌溶解均匀,为组分II;在快速搅拌下,将组分I均匀加入到组分II中,搅拌30分钟,得到均匀的水凝胶。均匀涂布在支撑材料及背衬材上即得成品卷材。(背衬层为PVC膜、PE膜或纤维离型纸;支撑层为棉质纱布、化纤纱布和混纺纱布或其网眼布中的一种)。

先将10份部分水解聚丙烯酸钠、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1份海藻酸钠、0.5份的氯化铝加入15份的甘油中,搅拌成均匀的糊状,为组分I,备用;在另一容器内加入3份硅胶、1份氯化钙、0.1份的硼酸、0.1份乙二胺四乙酸及0.3份柠檬酸,0.2份苯甲酸钠,余量为水,总份量为100,搅拌溶解均匀,为组分II;在快速搅拌下,将组分I均匀加入到组分II中,搅拌30分钟,得到均匀的水凝胶。均匀涂布在支撑材料及背衬材上即得成品卷材。(背衬层为PVC膜、PE膜或纤维离型纸;支撑层为棉质纱布、化纤纱布和混纺纱布或其网眼布中的一种)。

1.一种用于压制和清除硬质表面有毒有害物质的水凝胶卷材,其特征是:所述的卷材由背衬层(1)、支撑层(2)和水凝胶层(3)构成三层卷材结构;所述的背衬层(1)为水凝胶粘附载体,其一侧表面粗糙,均匀涂布用于吸附有毒有害物质的水凝胶层(3),另一侧表面光滑,可以防止水凝胶卷材粘连;背衬层(1)与水凝胶层(3)之间为支撑层(2),用于增强水凝胶的整体剥离性;所述的水凝胶层(3)为去污材料,主要成分为聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇以及海藻酸钠等中的一种或多种与交联剂交联而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水凝胶卷材,其特征在于:所述的背衬层(1)为PVC膜、PE膜或纤维离型纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水凝胶卷材,其特征在于:所述的支撑层(2)为棉质纱布、化纤纱布和混纺纱布或其网眼布中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水凝胶卷材,其特征在于:所述的水凝胶层(3)按照重量百分比计,包括高分子骨架材料0.5~10%、粘度调节剂10~30%、填充剂1~10%、交联剂0.1~3%、水质调节剂0.1~2%,余量为水;
所述高分子骨架材料为聚丙烯酸钠、部分水解聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种组合物;
所述粘度调节剂为丙三醇;
所述交联剂为氯化铝、溴化铝、甘羟基铝、氢氧化铝、氯化钙、氯化镁、溴化钙、硼酸中的一种或几种组合物;
所述填充剂为硅藻土、硅胶或纳米二氧化钛中的一种或两种组合物;
所述水质调节剂为乙二胺四乙酸及二钠盐、柠檬酸及盐、苯甲酸及盐等中的一种或几种的混合物。
