Description

High-strength high-permeability full-aggregate steel slag water permeable brick and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a high-strength high-permeability full aggregate steel slag water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water permeable brick is a novel road paving material. The composite material has high porosity and excellent water permeability, can reduce dust pollution, absorb noise, supply underground water, reduce urban heat island effect, relieve pressure of urban flood control and drainage systems, and effectively overcome the defects of the traditional road paving material.
The common water permeable bricks on the market at present comprise ceramic water permeable bricks and steel slag water permeable bricks, the ceramic water permeable bricks are formed by high-temperature sintering, the performances of all aspects are superior, but the ceramic water permeable bricks are difficult to popularize comprehensively due to high cost and high energy consumption. The steel slag permeable brick has simple forming mode and low manufacturing cost, and is suitable for mass production. However, when the strength grade of the existing steel slag permeable brick reaches C40, the permeability coefficient of the existing steel slag permeable brick is generally low, and the existing steel slag permeable brick is difficult to meet the requirements on water permeability in the specification permeable brick (JC/T945-2005).
Therefore, in order to comprehensively improve the strength and the water permeability of the steel slag water permeable brick, researchers propose to use some novel cementing materials or additives, such as magnesium phosphate cement and active micro powder, in the steel slag water permeable brick. Although the strength and the water permeability of the steel slag permeable brick are obviously improved, the magnesium phosphate cement and the active micro-powder are high in price and difficult to popularize and use in a large range.
In order to overcome the defects of the conventional steel slag water permeable brick in the aspects of strength, water permeability coefficient, engineering cost and the like, the invention provides a high-strength high-permeability full-aggregate steel slag water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof.
