发明背景
可以采用各种方式装饰管状容器,视管状容器的结构及其制造方法而定。所谓装饰,系指放在管上的所有标记。这种装饰包括商标名称、型号和一般信息的印制。可在完全制成管状容器之前或之后装饰管状容器。可在完全制成管以前装饰叠层管。在制造叠层管体的原板材是薄板时,先在原板材上印制,然后用这种印制的原板材制成管体。可在叠层的外表面或一个内层上印制这种原板材。可将装饰印制在一个内层如纸或膜层上。如果管体是由挤压模塑法或吹塑法制造的,通常会在制成管体或管后,并在装填和密封之前进行装饰。在后一种情况下,将每个管放在心轴上,利用管和印制面之间的相对移动在管的表面上印制。在这类管中,管的装饰是在外表面上。可采用这些技术中的任一种技术装饰常规的管容器,例如用以管封装的牙膏、洗涤剂、洗发剂、软膏、烫发剂、食品和其它产品的管状容器。
对管状容器的一种新型装饰方法是全息装饰。这种装饰不能印制在所制管的外表面上。用于可产生全息效果的管结构技术是叠层管。然而在叠层膜的应用中,全息膜有分层的趋势。一个原因是,传统的全息膜是镀金属的膜。在美国专利5,200,253中叙述了这类镀金属的全息膜,它们的结构和它们的制造方法。然而,由于在大多数的叠层管中,都有搭接的纵向封口,叠层的一个边缘可能暴露在管的内容物中,这就提出了管的内容物与全息膜中的金属反应及膜分层的问题。在纵向封口区域的这种分层作用,会使纵向封口削弱,在许多情况下会造成密封的失效。

发明概述
本发明是针对具有全息装饰的管。这种管具有叠层结构的管体,管体通过热粘结或压塑与管肩连接。管体是多层的叠层结构,其中的外层为多烯层,至少一层内层是不镀金属的全息膜层。可以,而且通常具有一层或多层其它内层。即至少优选具有一层能阻挡水分的多烯聚合物最内层、全息膜层和最外层。可以有另一层阻挡层如有机物阻挡层。多烯聚合物是一种烯聚合物如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、或乙烯-丙烯共聚物。适宜的有机物阻挡层是由乙烯醇和乙酸乙烯酯的均聚物和共聚物组成的。这些化合物包括乙撑乙烯醇和乙撑乙烯乙酸酯。此外,在阻挡层和全息膜层之间,以及在全息膜层和通常是多烯层的最外层之间,可以有膜粘结层。在具有一层以上的内阻挡层时,在内阻挡层之间也可以有粘结层。如所提到的,将管肩与最外层粘结。在优选的实施方案中,管肩是由多烯组成的,最外层也是多烯。

Claims (17)
1.一种具有体部和肩部的管状容器,肩部的一端有一个嘴,所述肩部的另一端固定在所述的体部上,所述的体部具有叠层结构,该结构包括至少一层全息膜层,所述的全息膜层是不镀金属的全息膜层,至少一层内膜层热粘结在全息膜层的一侧上,所述的内膜层与所述的肩部粘结形成所述的管状容器。

12.权利要求1的管状容器,其中所述体部包括第一端和第二端,所述肩部由多烯组成,所述肩部的一端有一个嘴,另一端固定在所述体部的第一端上,所述的体部由至少三层膜层组成,至少一层是不镀金属的全息膜层,至少一层粘结在所述不镀金属的全息膜层的第一侧上的多烯外膜层和至少一层粘结在所述不镀金属的全息膜层的第二侧上的内阻挡膜层,所述体部第二端的卷边,是通过将第一侧上所述的至少一层内阻挡层粘结在其本身上进行密封,所述的至少一个内阻挡膜层,粘结在所述肩部的另一端上,将所述的体部固定到所述的肩部上。
13.权利要求12的管状容器,其中所述的体部是由以纵向搭接封口结构的至少三层组成的,所述四层的边缘与管状容器的内容物接触。
14.权利要求12的管状容器,其中所述的全息膜层是一种聚酯膜层。
15.权利要求12的管状容器,其中所述的多烯层选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯、聚丁二烯、和乙烯-丙烯共聚物。
16.权利要求12的管状容器,其中在所述不镀金属的全息层与所述的至少一层内阻挡膜层、和所述的至少一层多烯外膜层的每一层之间,都有一个粘结剂连接层。
17.权利要求16的管状容器,其中具有至少二层内阻挡膜层,在所述至少二层内阻挡膜层之间有粘结剂连接层。
