Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a door leaf device arranged on a subway gate. The present invention is directed to a gate that swings in a gate having a plurality of movement paths, but is not limited thereto. Consider the case of maintaining a narrow gate width of the vias, but the invention is not so limited.
According to the invention, the invention is based on a gate body 10 with a charge settlement function. The gate body 10 has at least a part of a function of settling the fee. The gate body 10 may selectively include a subway ticket counter, a card counter, a cash dispenser, etc. for settlement of fees. If the passenger passes by holding a credit card or a transportation card, an "open gate" method capable of settling the fee may be applied.
On the other hand, in the subway station, the direction of the platform is referred to as "inside (inside)" and the direction of the exit is referred to as "outside (outside)" with the gate main body 10 as a reference.
Also, according to the present invention, the barrier 30 is rotatably supported by forming a driving shaft 31 at one side of the gate main body 10. The baffle 30 may be provided in a left-side type, a right-side type, or both-side type in the gate body 10. Fig. 1 and 4 are views from the outside to the inside of the subway station, and fig. 2 and 3 are views from the inside to the outside of the subway station. In any case, the baffle 30 of the left-hand type is presented in the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the housing 20 and the bracket 25 are fixed to one side of the gate body 10. The upper and lower ends of the drive shaft 31 are rotatably supported by the bracket 25 and the housing 20, respectively. The barrier 30 may be tightly fixed to the driving shaft 31 and may be separated to adjust the relative position. The variation of the left-side type and the right-side type becomes simple with the relative position of the adjusting flapper 30 and the drive shaft 31.
According to a detailed structure of the present invention, the baffle 30 is formed in a T-shape with a narrowed width in the middle using flame retardant urethane or tempered glass.
The minimum width of the baffle 30 of the present invention can be about 240mm and the minimum height about 800mm, which is a design element that maximizes the number of gate bodies 10 in a limited case. The material of the baffle 30 is flame-retardant urethane, another resin material having physical properties equivalent to or higher than those of flame-retardant urethane, or tempered glass. The flame-retardant polyurethane and the toughened glass can also be partially used together. The baffle 30 has a substantially T-shaped or C-shaped outer shape with a large upper side and a small lower side and a narrow middle width. In addition to forming the edge portion of the baffle 30 into an arc shape, a partially additional buffer plate is required. As described above, the lightweight structure can improve the operational reliability and is advantageous for ensuring the field of view, and safety against collision can be ensured even if the number of passengers passing through increases dramatically.
According to a detailed configuration of the present invention, the damper 30 receives an elastic force in an opening direction by a return spring 34 connected to the drive shaft 31, and a torque limiter 36 is further formed between the drive shaft 31 and the drive motor 32.
Referring to fig. 3, a state in which a return spring 34 and a torque limiter 36 are provided above the drive motor 32 inside the housing 20 is illustrated. The drive motor 32 is preferably a servo type having a brake function. In the closed state of fig. 2, the spring force of the return spring 34 will increase, and in the open state of fig. 3, the spring force will decrease. During the time that the drive motor 32 is closing the flapper 30, the spring energy of the return spring 34 will build up. This is to maintain the barrier 30 in an open state to allow passengers to quickly escape from the inside to the outside of the subway station when an emergency such as a platform fire or a power failure occurs. In this case, if the closed state of the flap 30 is maintained, the passenger can forcibly push the flap 30 to open. This is simply because the torque limiter 36 is mounted on the drive shaft 31. The torque limiter 36 slips above a set torque to allow rotation of the flapper 30.
Also, according to the present invention, the locking unit 40 applies an electromotive force of the solenoid 45 to the barrier 30 to maintain the closed or forward and backward opened position. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the locking unit 40 maintains the closed state of the shutter 30, or as shown in fig. 3, maintains the forward open state of the shutter 30, or as shown in fig. 5, maintains the forward and reverse open state of the shutter 30. For example, if the settlement of the fee by the passenger is problematic, the driving motor 32 is stopped to maintain the braking state, and the solenoid 45 is activated to restrict the opening of the damper 30.
According to a detailed structure of the present invention, the locking unit 40 includes: a gear 41 concentrically provided on the drive shaft 31; and a stopper 43 connected to the solenoid 45 to be engaged with the gear 41.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the driving shaft 31, a gear 41 having a tooth shape at a lower side of the torque limiter 36 is concentrically coupled, and a solenoid 45 disposed adjacent to a side of the gear 41 is connected to a stopper 43 so as to face the gear 41. As shown in fig. 4, when the shutter 30 is rotated to the closed position due to an abnormal settlement or the like, the solenoid 45 is actuated to engage the stopper 43 with the gear 41. The position of the damper 30 can be maintained by the operation of the solenoid 45 in a state where the damper is opened in the forward or reverse direction.
Of course, since the torque limiter 36 is provided, the damper 30 is allowed to be forcibly opened in an emergency such as a fire during the activation of the locking unit 40. That is, in the engaged state of the gear 41 and the stopper 43, the drive shaft 31 positioned above the torque limiter 36 rotates.
Further, according to the present invention, the control unit 50 controls the gate main body 10, the barrier 30, and the locking unit 40 according to a set algorithm. The Control Unit 50 is based on a Gate Control Unit (GCU) mounted on the Gate main body 10. The control unit 50 improves the reliability of the operation of the door, which is embodied by a simple algorithm.
According to a detailed structure of the present invention, the control unit 50 includes: a gate control unit 52 for opening and closing the shutter 30 in conjunction with settlement; a position detector 54 provided on the drive shaft 31 for detecting the open/close position of the shutter 30; and an impact detector 56 mounted on the gate control unit 52 for detecting an impact generated on the flapper 30.
The gate control unit 52 is a microprocessor, and is composed of a memory and a microcomputer circuit having an input/output interface. Of course, the functions may be shared by providing an additional control substrate (not shown) in addition to the gate control unit 52. In order to improve the control reliability of the brushless dc motor type drive motor 32, RS232 communication is used and the operation speed can be adjusted in the range of 0.3 to 1 second. The position detector 54 is connected to the upper end of the drive shaft 31 by a potentiometer in a state of being fixed to the bracket 25. A coupler is formed between the drive shaft 31 and the position detector 54 to easily perform angle setting. The impact detector 56 detects a current change in a driving unit of the drive motor 32 connected to an output interface of the gate control unit 52. Further, an impact detector 56 may be additionally provided between the baffle 30 and the drive motor 32. In any case, when a passenger collides with the baffle 30, a set signal is generated.
As an example of the operation, the shutter 30 of the gate main body 10 is in a closed state, and the shutter 30 is opened by the actuation of the driving motor 32 in the case of normal settlement of the fee, and the closed state is maintained by the actuation of the solenoid 45 in the case of abnormal settlement. The gate control unit 52 controls the signal of the substrate input position detector 54 and activates the driving motor 32 to guide the normal position opening and closing of the barrier 30.
Of course, the flapper 30 is maintained in the open state during the commute time period in which the passengers are drastically increased, and the driving motor 32 and the solenoid 45 may be sequentially activated only when abnormal settlement occurs. When an impact equal to or greater than a set value is detected in the closed state of the shutter 30, the shutter 30 is opened for safety. When an accident such as a power failure occurs, the shutter 30 is opened by the elastic force of the return spring 34, and the shutter 30 is forcibly opened by the lower surface torque limiter 36 even in a state where the shutter 30 is closed.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described, and various modifications and variations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, such modifications or variations fall within the scope of the claimed invention.
