The remote control of the mooring winch gunwale of the present container ship is mostly arranged on the deck and is not arranged on a platform with a certain height away from the deck, and a crew fails to have a better view field to the operation condition outside the ship board during the operation of the mooring winch, so that the remote control of the gunwale can be arranged by setting a special platform, the height of the platform is slightly higher than that of the gunwale top plate, and the platform is arranged by combining with the gunwale top channel. The socket is positioned on the anchor observation overturning platform, is a circular base capable of being quickly inserted, and is provided with a bolt with a tongue.
