1.8% of Wu, 13% of Cr, 0.25% of Ni, 1.3% of Ti, 0.6% of C, 1.5% of B, 0.93% of Mn, 0.2% of rare earth and the balance of Fe; a small amount of impurities.

step five: stirring, removing slag, and standing for 5-8 min;
step six: and pouring the steel bar in a resin sand casting mold to obtain the steel bar.

s1: pre-deoxidizing with 0.5% Si-Ca alloy;
