Description

水性清洁组合物如地板护理制剂、硬表面清洁制剂和个人护理制剂等具有广泛的用途。例如,用以清洁需要定期清除积聚的污垢、油脂和其他污染物的硬质表面如地板、柜台、墙壁、桌子和其他由木材、石材、层压板、陶瓷和塑料制成的物体。
水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂通常用于手洗洗碗液、洗发剂、清洁剂和某些洗衣用途。这些水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂通常包含属于主要泡沫产生剂的阴离子表面活性剂和次要表面活性剂。
水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂通常还包含香料。尽管某些精油基香料的掺入从香气角度来看是合乎需要的,但从配方角度来看通常是困难的。具体地,精油基香料的主要疏水性质使这些分子在含表面活性剂的水性制剂中的增溶作用具有挑战性。溶解性差的香料会导致制剂不稳定,尤其导致所不期望的相分离。

本发明的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂提供清洁作用和令人愉悦的香料,其中该水性清洁制剂在高香料载量下保持稳定,否则该基于精油的香料是难以稳定地加入其中的。

优选地,本发明的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂进一步包含添加剂。优选地,本发明的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂进一步包含选自盐、增洁剂、酶、缓蚀剂、酸、漂白剂、磨料、抗微生物剂、螯合剂、其他表面活性剂、pH调节剂、缓冲剂和其混合物的添加剂。
优选地,本发明的手洗洗涤物品的方法包括:提供一种物品,其中所述物品选自餐具、玻璃器皿、刀叉、锅、平底锅和精致衣物中的至少一种(优选地,其中所述物品选自餐具、玻璃器皿、刀叉、锅和平底锅中的至少一种;更优选地,其中所述物品选自餐具、玻璃器皿和刀叉中的至少一种;提供本发明的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂;手动使制品与轻型液体洗涤剂水性制剂接触;和冲洗物品上的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂。

水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂
比较例C1-C12和实施例1-4通过将表1所示重量比的组分混合在一起而制备水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂。比较例C1-C12和实施例1-4观察了水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂的相分离稳定性。表2列出了观察的结果。
Claims (10)
1.一种水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂,其包括:水;精油;选自公式I和公式II的蓖麻油衍生物
其中R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7、R8、R9、R10、R11和R12各自独立地选自-CH2CH2O-基团、-CH2CH2CH2O-基团、-CH2CH2CH2CH2O-基团、-CH(CH3)CH2O-基团、-CH2CH(CH3)O-基团、-CH(CH3)CH2CH2O-基团、-CH2CH(CH3)CH2O-基团和-CH2CH2CH(CH3)O-基团;其中a、b、c、d、e、f、g、h、i、j、k和m分别独立地为0至250之数字;其中a+b+c+d+e+f的平均和为1至250;其中g+h+i+j+k+m的平均和为1至250;如公式III所示的乙氧基化苯酚
其中T为5到8的平均值;阴离子表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂,基于所述水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂的重量,其还包括重量百分比为0.01至10%的有机溶剂。
3.根据权利要求1的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基醚硫酸钠磺酸。
4.根据权利要求1的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂,其中所述两性离子表面活性剂为烷基取代的氧化胺。
5.根据权利要求1的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂,其中所述两性离子表面活性剂为C10-14烷基二甲基氧化胺。
6.根据权利要求1的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂,基于所述水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂的重量,其还包括重量百分比为0.1至10%的水溶助剂。
7.根据权利要求1的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂,其中所述精油为柑橘精油。
8.根据权利要求1的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂,其中所述精油为橙精油。
9.根据权利要求8的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂,其中所述水性清洁制剂含有
基于所述水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂的重量,重量百分比为50至97%的水;
基于所述水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂的重量,重量百分比为0.01至5%的精油,其中所述精油为柑橘精油;
基于所述水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂的重量,重量百分比为1至3%,选自公式I和公式II的蓖麻油衍生物,其中R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7、R8、R9、R10、R11和R12各为-CH2CH2O-基团;其中a、b、c、d、e、f、g、h、i、j、k和m分别独立地为0至250之数字;其中a+b+c+d+e+f的平均和为1至250;其中g+h+i+j+k+m的平均和为1至250;
基于所述水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂的重量,重量百分比为2.5至7.5%,如公式III所示的乙氧基化苯酚,其中T是5.75至6.25的平均值;和
基于所述水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂的重量,重量百分比为0.01至30%的阴离子表面活性剂,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基醚硫酸钠磺酸;
基于所述水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂的重量,重量百分比为1至5%的两性离子表面活性剂,其中所述两性离子表面活性剂为月桂基二甲基氧化胺。
10.一种手洗洗涤物品的方法,包括:
提供一种物品,其中所述物品选自餐具、玻璃器皿、刀叉餐具、锅、平底锅和精致衣物中的至少一种;
提供权利要求1的水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂;
手动使所述物品与所述轻型液体洗涤剂水性制剂接触;和
冲洗所述物品上的所述水性轻型液体洗涤剂制剂。
