Background
Laser light is a major invention of human beings since the 20 th century, and has attracted extensive attention as soon as it appears. The solid laser has the advantages of small volume, convenient use, large output power and the like, and has great application in the fields of military affairs, processing, medical treatment and scientific research. However, nonlinear conversion crystals such as LBO in solid-state lasers are susceptible to deliquescence, which affects the storage life and service life of the solid-state lasers. In the prior art, the deliquescence phenomenon can be relieved by adopting a nitrogen packaging method, but if the nitrogen is not used properly, suffocation can be caused, so that the packaging method is high in packaging difficulty and poor in safety.

The embodiment of the invention provides a laser vacuum sealing device, which comprises a shell, wherein an opening is formed in the shell; the device comprises: the vacuumizing structure is used for vacuumizing the inside of the shell through the opening; and the sealing structure is used for plugging the open hole when the inside of the shell is in a vacuum state.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the suction cup 11, and the material, size, etc. of the suction cup 11 and the air suction pipe 12 are not limited. In practical application, the suction cup 11 may have a truncated cone shape or a conical shape; the suction cup 11 and the suction tube 12 may be made of plastic.

Specifically, the dispensing unit comprises a dispensing tube 13 and a pushing member; one end of the dispensing tube 13 is connected with the output end of the pushing element, and the other end of the dispensing tube extends into the sucking disc 11 and is hermetically connected with the sucking disc 11; the pushing member is used for pushing the ultraviolet glue in the pushing member to the opening through the glue dispensing pipe 13. The ultraviolet light unit comprises an ultraviolet lamp 14 and an optical fiber 15; one end of the optical fiber 15 is connected with the light outlet of the ultraviolet lamp 14, and the other end extends into the sucker 11 and is hermetically connected with the sucker 11; the optical fiber 15 is used for transmitting the ultraviolet light output from the ultraviolet lamp 14 to the ultraviolet glue at the opening. The dispensing tube 13 may be made of an opaque plastic material, so that a part of the ultraviolet light output by the optical fiber 15 is prevented from irradiating the dispensing tube 13, and the problem of curing the ultraviolet light at the dispensing tube 13 is solved.
The vacuum sealing device for the laser provided by the invention has the advantages that the inside of the laser is vacuumized through the suction disc 11, the air suction pipe 12 and the vacuum pump, then the ultraviolet glue is dispensed through the glue dispensing pipe 13, and finally the ultraviolet glue is cured through the ultraviolet irradiation emitted by the ultraviolet lamp 14 and the optical fiber 15, so that the purpose of vacuum sealing is achieved.
Further, the uv unit further comprises a light collector 16; the light-gathering member 16 is disposed at an end of the optical fiber 15 away from the uv lamp 14 for gathering the uv light output from the optical fiber 15 on the uv light at the opening. In practical applications, the light-gathering member 16 may be a light-gathering lens.
In the embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises a conduit 17, wherein the conduit 17 is connected with the suction cup 11 in a sealing way; the guide pipe 17 is sleeved outside the air suction pipe 12, the optical fiber 15 and the spot rubber pipe 13; one end of the air suction pipe 12, the optical fiber 15 and the spot rubber pipe 13 extends out of the guide pipe 17 and are connected with the guide pipe 17 in a sealing way.
The duct 17 may be made of plastic or metal, and plays a role in protecting the air intake pipe 12, the optical fiber 15, and the spot rubber pipe 13.

the sucker is used for being adsorbed on the open pore;
the vacuum pump is used for vacuumizing the interior of the shell through the opening;
the sealing structure comprises a dispensing unit and an ultraviolet light unit;
the dispensing unit is used for outputting ultraviolet glue to the opening when the interior of the shell is in a vacuum state;
the ultraviolet light unit is used for outputting ultraviolet light to the opening hole, so that the ultraviolet light irradiates the ultraviolet glue at the opening hole;
the dispensing unit comprises a dispensing tube and a pushing piece;
