The working principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly, a cable is threaded through a shell hole 126cb in a cable control mechanism 126, a limiting piece 126b is pulled upwards manually to separate a belt wheel 126h from a gear 126i, the cable can pass through a space between the belt wheel 126h and the gear 126i and is limited in a belt groove of the belt wheel 126h, then the cable passes through a cable threading hole 127 in a guide head 124, a lead screw 125 is rotated to control the guide head 124 to move up and down relative to a moving device 120, and the guide head 124 is adjusted to a corresponding position according to different diameters of spiral cables to be wound;
the winding rods 130 are sequentially arranged on the positioning notches 121b at the tail ends of the moving arms 121 on the moving device 120 and are abutted against the inner rectangular keys on the driven gear 102, then one end of the cable is placed into the square notch 111b of the pressing and fixing device 110 by bypassing the pulley 123, the pressing cap 113 is pressed to lower the clamping piece 112, when the elastic protrusion 112a on the clamping piece 112 is abutted against the annular notch 111a on the fixing shell 111 to be fixed, then the transmission lead screw 140 rotates, the moving device 120 moves, so that the winding rods 130 start to rotate and wind the cable, the cable is cut after winding is finished, the cable after cutting is only allowed to move forwards by the ratchet mechanism in the wire control mechanism 126, therefore, the cut cable cannot be separated from the wire control mechanism 126, the next use of the cable is facilitated, the cable head is placed between the elastic fixing device 150 and the winding rod 130 after cutting, then, the fixing sleeve 151 is rotated to separate the half-ring blocks 151b from the protrusion stoppers 132 of the winding rods 130, the fixing sleeve 151 clamps the cable by the elastic force of the spring three 153, and then each winding rod 130 is sequentially removed to perform the next winding.
