Abstract
本发明提供一种抑菌抗炎的口红及其制备方法,属于口红制备技术领域。本发明的口红主要由以下原料按重量份混合制成:火龙果果皮色素粉2~4份,蜂蜡8~12份,橄榄油30~50份,茉莉花精油0.1~0.3份,维生素E 2~3份,植物性抑菌成分0.004~0.007份。本发明以火龙果皮提取物作为色素,以灯心草、山楂、枇杷叶这三种中药的提取物作为抗菌性成分,通过调节三种抗菌性成分的比例,使之抗菌活性协同增效,获得了一种安全可靠且抑菌抗炎效果较好的口红。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及化妆品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种抑菌抗炎的口红及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
随着美妆行业的发展以及人们对美的追求,市面上口红产品种类越来越多,但有些口红产品质量却得不到保证,市面上流通的一些口红中铅、汞等重金属含量超标,会对人体产生不利影响,不能长时间使用。大量研究表明,铅、汞等重金属元素如果长期在人体内累积,可导致中毒,甚至导致器官衰竭而危及生命,如果利用天然色素代替重金属应用于口红中来达到提亮肤色的目的,则可以在很大程度上降低口红对人体产生的危害。另外,长时间涂抹含重金属的口红会导致过敏、唇炎、唇肤溃烂等病症,这对口腔溃疡患者而言更是不利。如果在口红中加入具有抑菌消炎作用的中药成分,则可抑制唇部发炎,同时中药成分经唇部、口腔粘膜吸收,也可以缓解口腔溃疡,给患有口腔溃疡的爱美人士带来福音。
国外的口红市场中几乎看不到含有中药成分的口红,虽然国内市面上出现了一些含有中药成分的口红,但是以消炎为目的的中药口红产品极少,相关的文献记载和技术支持也较少。目前关于抑菌消炎类的中药口红的研究主要有:余天华,黄琴等对紫金抗病毒中药唇膏的提取方法进行了研究,研究的抗病毒紫金唇膏主要由清热凉血、抗病毒作用的金银花、葛根、蒲公英、甘草、紫草、薄荷脑制得,具有预防和辅助治疗***疱疹的疗效,可起到防病和美容的双重作用。张荣喜,汤乃泓等对中药紫草口红进行了研究,研制的中药紫草口红含紫草、黄柏、五倍子、青黛、冰片五种中药,经过合理配伍,其具有清热解毒,消炎止痛的作用,可治疗唇肤溃疡疾病。有未公开的发明者对一种可食用的抗菌性好的口红及其制备方法进行了研究,研究出的口红由芦荟油、紫草、黄柏、五倍子、青黛、冰片等制得,具有优异的抗菌和保健功效,既可发挥口红的美化和润泽嘴唇的作用,又能发挥治疗唇肤溃疡疾病的功效。刘日昇对一种药用口红进行了研究,研究出了由芦荟油、马齿苋、金银花、黄连、黄芩、蒲公英、山楂等制得的药用口红,此口红具有良好的抑菌作用和消炎作用,防止出现唇干裂、表皮剥脱的情况,可有效治疗***炎等。
目前还没有相关报道将火龙果皮提取物作为色素,将灯心草、山楂、枇杷叶这三种中药的提取物作为抗菌性成分而制作的口红。
【发明内容】
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种抑菌抗炎的口红及其制备方法,以火龙果皮提取物作为色素,以灯心草、山楂、枇杷叶这三种中药的提取物作为抗菌性成分,通过调节三种抗菌性成分的比例,使之抗菌活性协同增效,获得了一种安全可靠且抑菌抗炎效果较好的口红。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种抑菌抗炎的口红,其中含有植物性抑菌成分,所述植物性抑菌成分是由灯芯草醇提液、山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液按重量比为5~7:1:6~7混合得到的药液。更优选地,所述植物性抑菌成分是由灯芯草醇提液、山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液按重量比为6:1:7混合得到的药液。
本发明中,优选地,所述灯芯草醇提液、山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液是分别采用乙醇进行超声辅助提取得到的。
本发明中,优选地,所述超声辅助提取采用的是体积分数为60%~70%的乙醇,在料液比为1g:10~20ml,温度为20~40℃条件下进行提取,超声辅助提取得到初提液,初提液经过浓缩得到最终浓度为1g/mL醇提液。
本发明中,优选地,所述口红采用的色素为火龙果果皮色素粉。
本发明中,优选地,所述口红主要由以下原料混合制成:蜂蜡,橄榄油,茉莉花精油,维生素E,火龙果果皮色素粉,植物性抑菌成分。
本发明中,优选地,所述口红主要由以下原料按重量份混合制成:火龙果果皮色素粉2~4份,蜂蜡8~12份,橄榄油30~50份,茉莉花精油0.1~0.3份,维生素E 2~3份,植物性抑菌成分0.004~0.007份。
本发明中,优选地,所述口红主要由以下原料按重量份混合制成:火龙果果皮色素粉3份,蜂蜡10份,橄榄油40份,茉莉花精油0.25份,维生素E 2.5份,植物性抑菌成分0.005份。
本发明还提供上述抑菌抗炎的口红的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蜂蜡、橄榄油放入容器中加热搅拌,直至融化;
(2)融化后,待温度降至55℃-65℃,加入火龙果果皮色素、植物性抑菌成分、茉莉花精油及维生素E,然后用研磨装置充分搅拌,直至无颗粒感,得口红原液;
(3)搅拌充分后将口红原液迅速倒入口红管,防止蜂蜡凝固;将液面倒至凸出口红管,以使冷却后不至于中间凹陷过大;
(4)待口红原液完全凝固后,将其冷藏助其凝固,并防止粘管壁;最后将唇膏管外壁处理干净,即制备完成。
以下对发明的各组成部分进行说明:
蜂蜡,在本发明中具有固形的作用,同时能增加口红的触感和使用感,滋养肌肤。
橄榄油,具有润唇的作用,能保持蜡足够柔软,以便易于涂抹,防辐射。
茉莉花精油,在本发明中起到滋养肌肤,淡化唇纹,增香的作用。
维生素E,在本发明中起到润肤,保湿,抗氧化的作用。
值得注意的是,本发明以火龙果果皮色素粉为口红的色素,火龙果果皮是火龙果产业加工的副产品,其含有大量的红色素,其色泽艳丽,着色力较好,是天然红色素的优良资源。从火龙果果皮中提取红色素,可以充分利用火龙果加工副产物,在减少对环境的污染的同时,也能带动当地火龙果产业的发展,从而带动当地的经济发展,提高人们的收入水平。火龙果果皮色素粉在本产品中起增色、消炎镇静的作用。
本发明的创新更表现在以灯心草、山楂、枇杷叶这三种中药的提取物作为植物性抑菌成分。以下就其各自的特点进行说明:
中药灯心草为灯心草科植物灯心草(Juncus effusus L)的干燥茎髓,别名灯草、水灯花、水灯心。灯心草性味微寒、甘、淡;归心、肺、小肠经,有清心、利尿、降火的功效。灯心草含有菲、二氢酚类、去氢灯心草二酚等具有抗菌生物活性。
山楂为蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的干燥成熟果实,具有消食健胃、行气散瘀、化浊降脂等功效,山楂富含黄酮类、多酚类等成分,也具有抗炎抑菌的作用,山楂醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、变形杆菌等常见致病菌具有明显的抑菌作用,尤其对枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌作用较强。
枇杷叶为蔷薇科植物枇杷(Eriobotrya Japonca)的叶,其味苦、微辛、性微寒,具有止咳、清肺和胃的功能。枇杷叶中含有很多抗氧化化合物,包括多酚类,皂苷等,且被证明对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌都具有良好的抑菌作用。
虽然灯心草、山楂、枇杷叶这三种中药的醇提物都具有一定的抑菌抗菌作用,但三者单独使用时,抑菌效果仍然有限,本发明通过试验发现,当灯芯草、山楂与枇杷叶药液的比例为5~7:1:6~7,尤其是6:1:7时,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最好,具有协同增效作用,应用在本发明的口红中,具有抑菌抗炎、促进皮肤弹性蛋白生成及伤口愈合的作用。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的口红以火龙果果皮色素粉、蜂蜡、橄榄油、茉莉花精油、维生素E、植物性抑菌成分经过一定的工艺混合制成,研制出的口红具有良好的保湿、润唇、滋养和消炎的功效。其中,橄榄油能够润肤,淡化皱纹,清爽不油腻,精油分子细小,渗透力更有利于肌肤的吸收,且含有丰富的角鲨烷和油酸。蜂蜡对皮肤有很好的营养作用且无毒副作用,能使口红具有良好的滋润和美容的效果。茉莉花精油具有滋润、滋养肌肤,淡化唇纹,增香的功效。维生素E具有抗氧化、滋养肌肤的功效。火龙果皮色素具有漂亮的颜色;灯芯草、山楂、枇杷叶组合的抑菌成分协同增效,具有突出的抑菌消炎、促进溃疡愈合的功效。因此,本发明通过上述原料的配合,获得了一款具有保湿、润唇、滋养和消炎的功效的口红。
2、本发明的口红未添加化学性色素和防腐剂,而使用纯天然的植物色素和植物抑菌成分,集传统口红和抑菌消炎产品于一体,配方安全可靠、使用方便、效果显著,尤其对于经常熬夜导致的口腔溃疡效果更明显,无任何副作用,更受人们的喜爱。
3、本发明的抑菌抗炎口红的制作工艺简单可行、安全可靠。

【具体实施方式】
本发明的目的在于研制一种使用安全、且抗菌消炎的口红。研制过程中选用了火龙果色素作为口红的植物性色素,筛选了3种中草药作为植物性抑菌成分,且发现该3种中草药在一定的配比范围内,具有协同增效的抗菌性作用,取得了预料不到的技术效果。为了更清楚地表达本发明,以下通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种抑菌抗炎的口红,其中含有植物性抑菌成分,其植物性抑菌成分是由灯芯草醇提液、山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液按重量比为5~7:1:6~7混合得到的药液。该植物性抑菌成分通过3种中草药的提取物在一定的重量比范围内配合,具有协同增效的作用,其协同增效的作用不依赖于口红中的其他成份,也即,即使口红中其他成份如色素、油脂、香料发生变化,其抑菌的作用仍然还会存在。
在本发明一些优选的实施例中,灯芯草醇提液、山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液是分别采用乙醇进行超声辅助提取得到的。通过醇提的方式,可以在醇提物中获得抑菌活性成份。
在本发明一些优选的实施例中,所述超声辅助提取采用的是体积分数为60%~70%的乙醇,在料液比为1g:10~20ml,温度为20~40℃条件下进行提取,超声辅助提取得到初提液,初提液经过浓缩得到最终浓度为1g/mL醇提液。超声提取能加快提取的进程。
在本发明一些优选的实施例中,所述口红采用的色素为火龙果果皮色素粉。
在本发明一些优选的实施例中,所述口红主要由以下原料混合制成:蜂蜡,橄榄油,茉莉花精油,维生素E,火龙果皮色素粉,植物性抑菌成分。该完整的配方为一种推荐性的配方,本领域技术人员可以利用本领域的常规技术知识,参照该配方进行等效替换或者进行优化。
在本发明一些优选的实施例中,所述口红主要由以下原料按重量份混合制成:火龙果果皮色素粉2~4份,蜂蜡8~12份,橄榄油30~50份,茉莉花精油0.1~0.3份,维生素E2~3份,植物性抑菌成分0.004~0.007份。
在本发明一些优选的实施例中,所述口红主要由以下原料按重量份混合制成:火龙果果皮色素粉3份,蜂蜡10份,橄榄油40份,茉莉花精油0.25份,维生素E 2.5份,植物性抑菌成分0.005份。
在本发明一些优选的实施例中,上述抑菌抗炎的口红的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蜂蜡、橄榄油放入容器中加热搅拌,直至融化;
(2)融化后,待温度降至55℃-65℃,加入火龙果果皮色素、植物性抑菌成分、茉莉花精油及维生素E,然后用研磨装置充分搅拌,直至无颗粒感,得口红原液;
(3)搅拌充分后将口红原液迅速倒入口红管,防止蜂蜡凝固;将液面倒至凸出来,以使冷却后不至于中间凹陷过大;
(4)待口红原液完全凝固后,将其冷藏助其凝固,并防止粘管壁;最后将唇膏管外壁处理干净,即制备完成。
一、以下通过具体实施例进行说明:
以下实施例中,火龙果果皮色素通过以下方法制备得到:火龙果皮洗净后,把果皮上的绿色茎叶除去,于烘箱中50℃烘5h至干,粉碎并过100目筛,得到火龙果果皮粗粉。称取制备的火龙果皮粗粉末5g于锥形瓶中,按固液比为1:20ml加入无水乙醇,超声处理(功率100W,频率为40kHz,40℃)提取30min,取上清液,滤渣重复提取一次,合并两次上清液于蒸发皿低温蒸干,即得火龙果果皮色素粉。
实施例1
1、植物性抑菌成分的制备:
灯心草醇提液的制备:取干燥灯心草,粉碎,过40目筛后,取5g灯心草粉末于锥形瓶中,加入50mL 60%的乙醇后进行超声提取30min,超声频率为40kHz,超声功率为400W,提取温度为40℃,将提取液用滤纸进行过滤,得初提液,初提液经过浓缩得到最终浓度为1g/mL醇提液,醇提液于121℃灭菌15min后置于冰箱(4℃)保存备用。
山楂醇提液的制备:取山楂果干,粉碎,过40目筛后,分别取5g山楂粉末置于两个锥形瓶中,加入50mL60%%乙醇进行超声提取30min,超声频率为40kHz,超声功率为400W,提取温度为40℃,将提取液用滤纸进行过滤,得初提液,初提液经过浓缩得到最终浓度为1g/mL醇提液,醇提液于121℃灭菌15min后置于冰箱(4℃)保存备用。
枇杷叶醇提液的制备:取干燥枇杷叶,粉碎,过40目筛后,分别称取5g枇杷叶粉末置于两个锥形瓶中,分别加入50mL 60%的乙醇进行超声提取30min,超声频率为40kHz,超声功率为400W,提取温度为40℃,将提取液用滤纸进行过滤,得初提液,初提液经过浓缩得到最终浓度为1g/mL醇提液,醇提液于121℃灭菌15min后置于冰箱(4℃)保存备用。
2、口红的制备:
(1)准备以下原料:火龙果果皮色素粉2kg,蜂蜡8kg,橄榄油30kg,茉莉花精油0.1kg,维生素E 2kg,植物性抑菌成分0.004kg。植物性抑菌成分是由灯芯草醇提液、山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液按重量比为5:1:7混合得到的药液。
(2)将蜂蜡、橄榄油放入容器中加热搅拌,直至融化;
(3)融化后,待温度降至55℃,加入火龙果果皮色素、植物性抑菌成分、茉莉花精油及维生素E,然后用研磨装置充分搅拌,直至无颗粒感,得口红原液;
(4)搅拌充分后将口红原液迅速倒入口红管,防止蜂蜡凝固;将液面倒至凸出来,以使冷却后不至于中间凹陷过大;
(5)待口红原液完全凝固后,将其冷藏助其凝固,并防止粘管壁;最后将唇膏管外壁处理干净,即制备完成。
实施例2
1、植物性抑菌成分的制备:
灯心草醇提液的制备:取干燥灯心草,粉碎,过40目筛后,取5g灯心草粉末于锥形瓶中,加入75mL 65%的乙醇后进行超声提取30min,超声频率为40kHz,超声功率为400W,提取温度为40℃,将提取液用滤纸进行过滤,得初提液,初提液经过浓缩得到最终浓度为1g/mL醇提液,醇提液于121℃灭菌15min后置于冰箱(4℃)保存备用。
山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液的制备方法同灯心草醇提液。
2、口红的制备:

(4)搅拌充分后将口红原液迅速倒入口红管,防止蜂蜡凝固;将液面倒至凸出来,以使冷却后不至于中间凹陷过大;
(5)待口红原液完全凝固后,将其冷藏助其凝固,并防止粘管壁;最后将唇膏管外壁处理干净,即制备完成。
实施例3
1、植物性抑菌成分的制备:
灯心草醇提液的制备:取干燥灯心草,粉碎,过40目筛后,取5g灯心草粉末于锥形瓶中,加入100mL 70%的乙醇后进行超声提取30min,超声频率为40kHz,超声功率为400W,提取温度为40℃,将提取液用滤纸进行过滤,得初提液,初提液经过浓缩得到最终浓度为1g/mL醇提液,醇提液于121℃灭菌15min后置于冰箱(4℃)保存备用。
山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液的制备方法同灯心草醇提液。
2、口红的制备:
(1)准备以下原料:火龙果果皮色素粉4kg,蜂蜡12kg,橄榄油50kg,茉莉花精油0.3kg,维生素E 3kg,植物性抑菌成分0.007kg。所述植物性抑菌成分是由灯芯草醇提液、山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液按重量比为6:1:6混合得到的药液。
(2)将蜂蜡、橄榄油放入容器中加热搅拌,直至融化;
(3)融化后,待温度降至65℃,加入火龙果果皮色素、植物性抑菌成分、茉莉花精油及维生素E,然后用研磨装置充分搅拌,直至无颗粒感,得口红原液;
(4)搅拌充分后将口红原液迅速倒入口红管,防止蜂蜡凝固;将液面倒至凸出来,以使冷却后不至于中间凹陷过大;
(5)待口红原液完全凝固后,将其冷藏助其凝固,并防止粘管壁;最后将唇膏管外壁处理干净,即制备完成。
上述实施例1-3制备得到的口红外观为棒体,表面光滑、无气孔且无肉眼可见外来杂质。色泽为玫红色且颜色深浅较适宜。口红无油脂异味,无中药味,具有淡淡的茉莉花清香。
二、对比抑菌试验
1、抑菌试验方法:
(1)平板培养基的制备
每100mL蒸馏水中按照牛肉膏:氯化钠:蛋白胨:琼脂=0.3:0.5:1:2的比例加入这些试剂。先将蒸馏水、牛肉膏、氯化钠、蛋白胨于烧杯内混匀并加热,待牛肉膏、氯化钠、蛋白胨充分溶解后,边搅拌边加入琼脂,搅拌至琼脂完全溶解后装入锥形瓶中,加棉花塞并用牛皮纸包住瓶口,用高压蒸汽灭菌器于121℃下灭菌20min。灭菌结束后,把灭好菌的培养基置于超净工作台上待冷却到50~60℃时,趁热倒入平板(每个平板倒15mL),然后将平板静置在超净工作台上直至冷却凝固,备用。
(2)菌株的活化和培养
将保存的供试菌种(大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌)菌悬液取100μL涂布接种到上述配置的固体培养基上,涂布均匀,于恒温培养箱中37℃培养24h,让菌种的生理性状得到充分恢复。
(3)供试菌种菌悬液的制备
把接种环放在酒精灯上灼烧,灭菌,然后挑取2环已经活化的供试菌种到无菌水中,分散均匀后均分到两个无菌试管中,将两管菌液分别塞上棉塞密封待用。采用平板培养计数法测定细菌数量,再根据所需菌液浓度进行稀释处理。
(4)抑菌实验的方法
采用0.1g/mL的灯心草、山楂、枇杷叶醇提液作为实验组溶液,以0.5mg/mL青霉素溶液和0.5mg/mL链霉素溶液作为对照品溶液,分别取实验组溶液和对照品溶液5mL,将灭菌的滤纸片分别浸泡于样品液和对照品中1h,取大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌悬液100μL(菌液浓度106-107cfu/mL)滴于不同培养基中,涂布均匀。用无菌镊子夹取浸泡后的滤纸片,待溶剂挥发后,将纸片贴于已涂布好的培养基上,轻压纸片使其与琼脂完全接触,放置20min后,于培养箱中37℃培养过夜,第2天测量并记录其抑菌圈直径。
2、抑菌试验结果
以单独的灯心草醇提液、单独山楂醇提液、单独的枇杷叶醇提液、以及不同配比的灯心草、山楂、枇杷叶混合物对供试菌种测试抑菌效果,测试结果如下表1和表2:

从表1的实验组1-10可以看出,随着枇杷叶提取物用量比例的增加,对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果越明显,但灯心草:山楂:枇杷叶的重量比为1:1:3、1:1:4、1:1:5时,对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果之间无显著差异(P>0.05),但在比例1:1:5过渡到1:1:6时,抑菌圈直径明显增大,有一个突增的现象,1:1:6和1:1:7组与1:1:3、1:1:4、1:1:5组之间的抑菌圈直径差异显著(P<0.05),比例为1:1:7时抑菌效果较好,且随后呈平缓变化的趋势。从表1的实验组11-18可以看出,随着灯心草醇提物的加入,在三者比例为4:1:7到5:1:7也呈现一个抑菌圈直径突然增加的现象,在比例为6:1:7、7:1:7时最好,随后随着灯心草醇提物的增加,抑菌效果呈平缓变化的趋势,说明三种中草药的在一定重量配比时,对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用有协同增效的效果。
从表2的实验组1-10可以看出,当灯心草:山楂:枇杷叶为1:1:3、1:1:4、1:1:5、1:1:6时,虽然枇杷叶提取物的用量增加,但是对金色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果无显著差异(P>0.05)。当灯心草:山楂:枇杷叶的比例为1:1:7时,抑菌圈直径出现突增的现象,1:1:7组与1:1:3、1:1:4、1:1:5、1:1:6组之间的抑菌圈直径差异显著(P<0.05)。从表2的实验组11-18可以看出,灯心草:山楂:枇杷叶的比例为2:1:7、3:1:7、4:1:7、5:1:7、6:1:7、7:1:7、8:1:7时对大肠杆菌和金色葡萄球菌都有明显的抑制作用,且随着灯心草用量的增加,抑菌效果也逐渐增强,当灯心草的用量增加到6:1:7时,抑菌效果最好,随后随着灯心草的用量的增加,抑菌效果呈平稳的趋势。
因此,本发明综合取灯芯草醇提液、山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液按重量比为5~7:1:6~7混合得到的药液作为植物性抑菌成分,对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌均具有较好的抑菌效果。
三、小鼠消炎试验
1、小鼠损伤皮肤试验
取昆明种小白鼠(KM)40只,雌雄各半,脱去背部毛,随机分为4组,即无菌创伤组(A1组),赋形剂对照组(A2组,给予凡士林),口红成品组(A3组,给予口红),阳性对照药组(A4组,给予曲安奈德益康唑乳膏)。将各组小鼠背部划破真皮呈2cm长的“井”字,给A2、A3、A4组的小鼠皮肤表面涂金色葡萄球菌液、大肠杆菌液(菌液浓度106-107cfu/mL)20μL,分别将凡士林、口红、曲安奈德益康唑乳膏涂抹于各组小鼠的背部,给药剂量均为0.2g/只,每日给药2次,单笼饲养,连续8d,观察在给药后4d和8d小鼠背部创伤的愈合情况[24]。按标准判断创伤愈合程度,愈合程度分为恶化、无变化、好转、痊愈4种情况。恶化表现为创区有大量脓液、渗出物,创口变大、溃烂、新生肉芽组织少,组织张力较大;无变化为创面有脓液或渗出物,局部肿胀,创口没有变大,有新生肉芽,组织张力较大;好转为局部干燥,创口变小,可见新生肉芽,局部张力小;痊愈为局部干燥,创口闭合,局部张力小。测试结果如下表。

由上表可知,无菌创伤组比模型组动物的创面感染程度显著减小,说明造模成功。4d时,赋形剂对照组(A2)有6只小鼠好转、0只痊愈;口红组(A3)有9只小鼠好转、0只痊愈;曲安奈德益康唑乳膏组(A4)有7只好转、3只痊愈。与赋形剂对照组相比,口红组和曲安奈德益康唑乳膏组作用效果不显著,在统计学上无显著差异(P>0.05)。8d时,赋形剂对照组(A2)有3只小鼠好转、7只痊愈;口红组(A3)有1只小鼠好转、9只痊愈;曲安奈德益康唑乳膏组(A4)有0只好转、10只痊愈。与赋形剂对照组相比,口红组和曲安奈德益康唑乳膏组作用效果不显著,在统计学上也无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明凡士林、口红成品和曲安奈德益康唑乳膏促进局部感染创口愈合的作用效果相当。
(2)小鼠耳肿胀试验
将KM小鼠30只随机均分为3组,每组10只,每只18~22g,雌雄各半。B1组为基质组(阴性对照组):涂凡士林;B2组为曲安奈德益康唑乳膏组(阳性对照组);B3组为口红成品组。按剂量0.1g/只分别将凡士林、口红、曲安奈德益康唑乳膏涂抹于各组小鼠的右耳廓,每日给药2次,单笼饲养,连续7d。末次给药前禁食12h,给药后45min将20μL二甲苯涂抹于小鼠右耳,20min后用直径6mm的打孔器,取相同部位的左右耳耳片,用万分之一的天平称重,以两耳片质量之差为耳廓肿胀度。

由表4可知,口红成品组(B2)和曲安奈德益康唑乳膏组(B3)在小鼠两耳质量差值上均较凡士林对照组降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。说明口红成品对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有显著的抑制作用,且显著优于赋形剂对照组(P<0.01)。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种抑菌抗炎的口红,其中含有植物性抑菌成分,其特征在于:所述植物性抑菌成分是由灯芯草醇提液、山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液按重量比为5~7:1:6~7混合得到的药液。
2.一种抑菌抗炎的口红,其中含有植物性抑菌成分,其特征在于:所述植物性抑菌成分是由灯芯草醇提液、山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液按重量比为6:1:7混合得到的药液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗炎的口红,其特征在于:所述灯芯草醇提液、山楂醇提液、枇杷叶醇提液是分别采用乙醇进行超声辅助提取得到的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗炎的口红,其特征在于:所述超声辅助提取采用的是体积分数为60%~70%的乙醇,在料液比为1g:10~20ml,温度为20~40℃条件下进行提取,超声辅助提取得到初提液,初提液经过浓缩得到最终浓度为1g/mL醇提液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗炎的口红,其特征在于:所述口红采用的色素为火龙果果皮色素粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗炎的口红,其特征在于:所述口红主要由以下原料混合制成:蜂蜡,橄榄油,茉莉花精油,维生素E,火龙果果皮色素粉,植物性抑菌成分。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗炎的口红,其特征在于:所述口红主要由以下原料按重量份混合制成:火龙果果皮色素粉2~4份,蜂蜡8~12份,橄榄油30~50份,茉莉花精油0.1~0.3份,维生素E 2~3份,植物性抑菌成分0.004~0.007份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抑菌抗炎的口红,其特征在于:所述口红主要由以下原料按重量份混合制成:火龙果果皮色素粉3份,蜂蜡10份,橄榄油40份,茉莉花精油0.25份,维生素E 2.5份,植物性抑菌成分0.005份。
9.根据权利要求6、7或8所述的一种抑菌抗炎的口红的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将蜂蜡、橄榄油放入容器中加热搅拌,直至融化;
(2)融化后,待温度降至55℃-65℃,加入火龙果果皮色素、植物性抑菌成分、茉莉花精油及维生素E,然后用研磨装置充分搅拌,直至无颗粒感,得口红原液;
(3)搅拌充分后将口红原液迅速倒入口红管,防止蜂蜡凝固;将液面倒至凸出口红管,以使冷却后不至于中间凹陷过大;
(4)待口红原液完全凝固后,将其冷藏助其凝固,并防止粘管壁;最后将唇膏管外壁处理干净,即制备完成。
