Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a fan rotating speed control method, which can realize independent control of fans corresponding to air outlets of air-conditioning equipment, adjust the rotating speed of the fans according to corresponding fan electrical parameters in different modes, realize better rotating speed setting and improve the comfort of users using the air-conditioning equipment. Each air port of the air conditioning equipment corresponds to at least one fan, and the air gear of the air port can be set no matter the air port is used as an air outlet or an air return port, the air gear refers to the air speed gear (also called as a fan gear) of the air port, and the air gear is realized by the rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the air port. The fan speed is actually the speed of the fan's motor.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for controlling a rotational speed of a fan according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s101, determining at least one target fan needing to be started according to the set wind gear of the wind gap.
The setting of the wind gear refers to a target wind speed gear set by a user according to actual requirements. If the air port corresponds to one fan, the wind shield of the air port is determined by the rotating speed of the corresponding fan; if the air port corresponds to at least two fans, different wind gears are determined by the number of the started and stopped fans and the rotating speed of the fans. The fan has corresponding fan rotating speed ranges under different wind gears, for example, the fan rotating speed range is [ Mna, Mnb ] under the wind gear n, and the larger the wind gear is, the larger the corresponding fan rotating speed range is.
The user operates the wind gear button of the wire controller of the air conditioning equipment to set the target wind gear of the air port, and the relational expression between the wind gear, the number of the started and stopped fans and the rotating speed of the fans is as follows:
the gear fan (n) k1n × V1n + k2n × V2n + … + kin × Vin,
wherein Fan (n) represents windshield n; i represents the number of fans corresponding to the air inlet; kin represents the start-stop coefficient of the ith fan, the kin value is 0 or 1, 0 represents that the fan is closed, and 1 represents that the fan is opened; vin represents the rotational speed of the ith fan, Vin ∈ [ Mna, Mnb ].
According to the relational expression, the starting, stopping and rotating speed of the i fans are parameters of the wind shield, and the complementary relation among the fans is embodied.
The corresponding relation between the wind gears and the starting and stopping of the fans can be set in advance, namely the fans need to be started at the wind ports under different wind gears, so that the corresponding fans can be started according to the corresponding relation after the wind gears are set by a user to achieve the set wind gears, and the user requirements are met. If the number of fans corresponding to different air ports is different, the fans which need to be opened under different wind gears can be set according to the number of the fans. At least one target fan needing to be started is determined according to the set wind gear of the wind gap, and the method comprises the following steps: and determining at least one target fan which needs to be started under the set wind shield in at least one fan corresponding to the wind gap according to the preset corresponding relation between the wind shields and the starting and stopping of the fans. Illustratively, the air opening a corresponds to 3 fans abc, 1 fan (for example, fan a) needs to be started under the wind level 1, 2 fans (for example, fans a and c) needs to be started under the wind level 2, and fans a, b, and c need to be started under the wind level 3.
And S102, determining the operation mode of the target fan.
The operation mode of the fan is a noise optimal mode or an energy efficiency optimal mode, and the noise optimal mode is to control the noise of the fan to be optimal so as to avoid the influence of overlarge noise on a user; the energy efficiency optimal mode is to control the energy efficiency to be optimal so as to meet the temperature regulation requirement of a user and reduce the energy consumption as much as possible. The operation modes of all target fans needing to be started at the current air ports under the set wind gear are the same.
S103, collecting the electrical parameters of the target fan according to the electrical parameter type corresponding to the operation mode.
The electrical parameters refer to electrical parameters of the fan, and specifically refer to electrical parameters of a fan motor winding, such as current, voltage, phase and the like. And different types of electrical parameters are used as the basis for adjusting the rotating speed of the fan in different operation modes.
And S104, adjusting the current rotating speed of the target fan according to the electrical parameters.
And for any target fan which is started, the rotating speed of each target fan can be adjusted according to the steps. If the air port only corresponds to one fan, aiming at the current set wind gear and the current operation mode, the rotating speed of the fan can be adjusted, the optimal rotating speed configuration is realized, and the comfort of a user is ensured. If the air port corresponds to two or more fans, the fans can be independently controlled to start, stop and rotate. It should be noted that, no matter the user sets the target temperature and the wind gear when the air conditioner is just started, or the user changes the setting of the temperature and the wind gear in the operation process of the air conditioner, the rotating speed of the related fan can be independently controlled according to the steps.
The fan rotating speed control method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of determining at least one target fan to be started according to a set wind gear of a wind port, determining an operation mode of the target fan, acquiring electrical parameters of the target fan according to electrical parameter types corresponding to the operation mode, adjusting the current rotating speed of the target fan according to the electrical parameters, independently controlling starting, stopping and rotating speeds of the fans, and independently controlling the operating rotating speed of each fan according to the corresponding electrical parameters of each fan in the corresponding operation mode, so that the optimal rotating speed setting of the fans in different operation modes is realized, and the comfort of users in using air conditioning equipment is improved.
The fan operation mode can be automatically determined through related data or manually set by a user. Specifically, the step S102 of determining the operation mode of the target fan includes: acquiring the current temperature and the set temperature of the area where the air inlet is located, and determining an operation mode according to the difference value of the current temperature and the set temperature; or, the operation mode is determined according to the user setting information. The operation mode of the fan can be simply and reliably determined through the temperature difference, so that the rotating speed of the fan can be optimally controlled in the corresponding operation mode.
Further, determining the operation mode according to the difference between the current temperature and the set temperature includes: if the difference value is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value and less than or equal to a second preset threshold value, determining that the operation mode is the optimal noise mode; and if the difference value is smaller than a first preset threshold value or larger than a second preset threshold value, determining that the operation mode is the energy efficiency optimal mode.
The first preset threshold and the second preset threshold can be set according to actual requirements. If the difference value is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold value and less than or equal to the second preset threshold value, the temperature difference is not large, and noise generated by the fan can be controlled in a stressed mode. If the difference value is smaller than the first preset threshold value or larger than the second preset threshold value, the temperature difference is large, the set temperature needs to be reached as soon as possible, the energy efficiency is optimal, and the influence of noise can be ignored. The user setting information is information for setting the target fan operation mode, which is manually input by a user, for example, input through an interactive interface or selection through a button.
The following describes the adjustment of the fan rotation speed in the noise optimization mode and the energy efficiency optimization mode, respectively.
(1) Noise optimum mode
And if the operation mode is the noise optimal mode, the electrical parameter type corresponding to the noise optimal mode is the harmonic content of the current of the fan motor winding. S104, adjusting the current rotating speed of the target fan according to the electrical parameters, wherein the adjusting comprises the following steps:
if the collected current harmonic content is greater than a preset harmonic threshold and the difference value between the current rotating speed and the preset rotating speed regulating quantity is greater than a third preset threshold, reducing the current rotating speed by the preset rotating speed regulating quantity;
and if the current harmonic content is less than or equal to a preset harmonic threshold value, or the difference value between the current rotating speed and the preset rotating speed regulating quantity is less than or equal to a third preset threshold value, controlling the target fan to continuously operate at the current rotating speed.
The larger the harmonic content of the motor winding current is, the more serious the magnetic field distortion is, and the more easily the electromagnetic noise of the motor is induced. Therefore, a harmonic safety coefficient is set, and the harmonic safety coefficient is critical harmonic content induced by electromagnetic noise of the test motor, namely a preset harmonic threshold value. If the current harmonic content is larger than the preset harmonic threshold, the noise is possibly generated, and the noise can be improved by reducing the rotating speed of the fan; if the current harmonic content is less than or equal to the preset harmonic threshold, electromagnetic noise is not induced, and the operation is performed according to the current rotating speed without executing related operations for controlling noise. The third preset threshold value is preferably the minimum value of the fan rotating speed range under the set wind gear, and the difference value between the current rotating speed and the preset rotating speed regulating quantity is larger than the third preset threshold value, which indicates that a reducible space exists in the allowable range (namely the fan rotating speed range under the set wind gear) of the current rotating speed; and if the difference value between the current rotating speed and the preset rotating speed regulating quantity is smaller than or equal to a third preset threshold value, which indicates that the current rotating speed cannot be reduced within the allowable range of the rotating speed of the fan, continuing to operate according to the current rotating speed.
Under the noise optimal mode, the rotating speed of the running fan is controlled according to the harmonic content of the winding current of the fan motor and the fan rotating speed range under the set wind gear, so that the rotating speed configuration with optimal fan noise is realized, and the comfort is improved.
(2) Energy efficiency optimization mode
If the operation mode is the energy efficiency optimal mode, the electrical parameter type corresponding to the energy efficiency optimal mode is the phase angle of the voltage and the current of the fan motor winding. S104, adjusting the current rotating speed of the target fan according to the electrical parameters, wherein the adjusting comprises the following steps:
calculating a current power factor according to the acquired current phase angle;
if the current power factor is smaller than the lowest power factor allowed by the motor and the difference value between the current rotating speed and the preset rotating speed regulating quantity is within a preset range, adjusting the current rotating speed by the preset rotating speed regulating quantity;
and if the current power factor is greater than or equal to the lowest power factor allowed by the motor, or the difference value between the current rotating speed and the preset rotating speed regulating quantity is not in the preset range, controlling the target fan to continuously operate at the current rotating speed.
Wherein, the voltage phase and the current phase can be detected and obtained, and the difference value of the two phases can be calculated to obtain the phase angle. The relationship between power factor and phase angle is:
Figure BDA0002542003300000081
wherein eta represents a power factor, wherein,
Figure BDA0002542003300000082
representing the phase angle. The smaller the phase angle of the motor winding voltage and current is, the smaller the reactive power consumption of the motor is, and the higher the efficiency of the motor is. The smaller the power factor, the less useful work and the lower the motor efficiency. Therefore, the lowest power factor allowed by the motor is set, and if the current power factor is smaller than the lowest power factor allowed by the motorIndicating that the motor efficiency does not meet the requirements, and the rotating speed needs to be adjusted to improve the efficiency; if the current power factor is larger than or equal to the lowest power factor allowed by the motor, the efficiency of the motor meets the requirement, and the motor can continuously run according to the current rotating speed without adjusting the rotating speed. The preset range is preferably a fan rotating speed range corresponding to the set wind gear. The difference value between the current rotating speed and the preset rotating speed regulating quantity is in a preset range, and the difference value indicates that an adjustable space exists in an allowable range (namely a fan rotating speed range under a set wind gear) of the current rotating speed; and if the difference value between the current rotating speed and the preset rotating speed regulating quantity is not in the preset range, which indicates that the current rotating speed cannot be regulated in the allowable range of the rotating speed of the fan, continuing to operate according to the current rotating speed.
Under the energy efficiency optimal mode, the rotating speed of the running fan is controlled according to the phase angle of the voltage and the current of the winding of the fan motor and the fan rotating speed range under the set wind gear, so that the rotating speed configuration with optimal fan energy efficiency is realized, and the comfort is improved.
Further, adjusting the current rotating speed by a preset rotating speed adjustment amount comprises:
aiming at the set wind gear, if the target fan meets the condition that the current power factor is smaller than the lowest power factor allowed by the motor and the difference value between the current rotating speed and the preset rotating speed regulating quantity is in a preset range for the first time in the energy efficiency optimal mode, increasing the current rotating speed by the preset rotating speed regulating quantity so as to reach the set temperature as soon as possible;
if the target fan does not meet the condition that the current power factor is smaller than the lowest power factor allowed by the motor for the first time and the difference value between the current rotating speed and the preset rotating speed regulating quantity is in the preset range in the energy efficiency optimal mode, reducing the current rotating speed by the preset rotating speed regulating quantity under the condition that the current power factor is increased relative to the power factor corresponding to the last rotating speed of the target fan; and under the condition that the current power factor is reduced relative to the power factor corresponding to the last rotating speed of the target fan, increasing the current rotating speed by a preset rotating speed regulating quantity.
When the rotating speed of the motor is adjusted in the energy efficiency optimal mode, the efficiency of the motor is low in consideration of low power factor, so that when the current power factor is reduced relative to the last power factor, the rotating speed needs to be increased to improve the efficiency of the motor; when the current power factor is increased relative to the last power factor, the rotating speed needs to be properly reduced to ensure that the energy efficiency is optimal.
Under the set wind gear, after the fan enters the corresponding operation mode, the fan starts to operate according to the corresponding initial rotating speed, and the initial rotating speed of the target fan after entering the operation mode can be determined according to the current set wind gear and the determined operation mode. Specifically, after the operation mode of the target fan is determined, the initial operation speed of the target fan in the corresponding operation mode may be determined as follows:
acquiring the minimum value and the maximum value of a fan rotating speed range corresponding to a set wind gear;
if the operation mode is the noise optimal mode, determining that the initial rotating speed of the target fan entering the noise optimal mode is the maximum value;
and if the operation mode is the energy efficiency optimal mode, determining that the initial rotating speed of the target fan entering the energy efficiency optimal mode is a preset intermediate value, wherein the preset intermediate value is between the minimum value and the maximum value.
If the fan enters the noise optimal mode, the temperature difference between the current temperature and the set temperature is small, the temperature regulation requirement can be met at a large rotating speed, and then the noise is optimized, so that the initial rotating speed in the noise optimal mode is set to be the maximum value, and the fan is regulated from the highest rotating speed downwards. The preset intermediate value is preferably half the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value. If the fan enters the energy efficiency priority mode, the difference between the current temperature and the set temperature is large, the rotating speed of the fan is mainly adjusted on the basis of ensuring the energy efficiency, and the rotating speed may be adjusted up or down, so that the initial rotating speed in the energy efficiency optimal mode is set as a middle value to ensure that an adjustment space exists. In the embodiment, the fan starts to operate according to the corresponding initial rotating speed after entering the corresponding operation mode, so that the rotating speed configuration of the noise optimal mode or the energy efficiency optimal mode of the air conditioning equipment can be met.
It should be noted that the fan speed control method may have a power failure memory function, that is, if power failure occurs unexpectedly, after recovery, the fan speed control method still continues to operate according to the set wind gear, the set temperature and the fan speed before power failure.
The above fan speed control scheme is described below with reference to a specific embodiment, however, it should be noted that the specific embodiment is only for better describing the present application and is not to be construed as a limitation of the present application. The same or corresponding terms as those of the above-described embodiments are explained, and the description of the present embodiment is omitted.
In this embodiment, for example, the air outlets correspond to three fans (motors) M1, M2, and M3, the wind gear setting value is n, all three fans need to be turned on, and the fan rotation speed range corresponding to the wind gear n is [ Mna, Mnb ].
Referring to fig. 2, the current temperature T1 of the area where the tuyere is located is detected, and the temperature difference Δ T between the current temperature T1 and the set target temperature T0 is calculated as T1-T0.
(1) If delta T is more than or equal to minus 5 ℃ and less than or equal to 5 ℃, determining to enter the noise optimal mode
An initial value V0 of the motor rotating speed V1n/V2n/V3n of M1/M2/M3 is Mnb, and the harmonic content of the winding current i of each motor is synchronously detected;
when the harmonic content im1/im2/im3 of the motor winding current is more than k and V0-V is more than Mna, the motor rotating speed V1n/V2n/V3n is V0-V;
when im1/im2/im3 is less than or equal to k or V0-V is less than or equal to Mna, the rotating speed of the motor V1n/V2n/V3n is fixed and is not adjusted;
k represents a harmonic safety coefficient and refers to critical harmonic content induced by electromagnetic noise of a test motor; v represents a preset rotation speed adjustment amount. The 3 motors can be independently and separately controlled.
(2) If delta T is more than 5 ℃ or delta T is less than-5 ℃, determining to enter an energy efficiency optimal mode
The motor rotating speed initial value V0 is 1/2 x (Mnb-Mna), a phase angle alpha 1/alpha 2/alpha 3 between a motor winding voltage Um1/Um2/Um3 and a current im1/im2/im3 is detected, and a corresponding power factor F1/F2/F3 is calculated according to the phase angle;
when the power factor F1/F2/F3 is less than F and V0-V epsilon [ Mna, Mnb ], the rotating speed V1n/V2n/V3n of the motor is V0-V;
when the power factor F1/F2/F3 is not less than F or
Figure BDA0002542003300000101
When the motor speed is fixed at V1n/V2n/V3n, the motor speed is not adjusted;
f represents the lowest power factor allowed for the motor. The 3 motors can be independently and separately controlled. It should be noted that, in order to keep the expressions of the motor rotation speed adjustment in the noise optimal mode and the energy efficiency optimal mode consistent, both the expressions are written as V0-V, actually, in the energy efficiency optimal mode, the preset rotation speed adjustment amount V may be a positive value or a negative value, for example, when the rotation speed needs to be increased, the value of V is negative, and when the rotation speed needs to be decreased, the value of V is positive.
