本发明公开了一种智能浴霸,包括壳体,在所述壳体内固定有电路板,在所述壳体的侧部通过卡箍连接有排风管且在所述壳体的底部设有风扇和电热丝,在所述壳体的底部还固定有照明光源,在所述电路板上固定有稳压滤波电路、与所述稳压滤波电路相连接的控制电路、与所述控制电路相连接的联动电路、与所述控制电路相连接的电热丝驱动电路、与所述控制电路相连接的换气驱动电路,所述联动电路包括物联网电路、无线信号接收电路和触控开关电路。本发明的结构设置合理,增加了整体的性能,其设置有联动电路,方便进行控制与调节,大大提高了智能性,提高了使用的便捷性,适用性强且实用性好。

本发明属于家用电器技术领域,具体涉及一种智能浴霸。
背景技术
浴霸是一种常见的家用电器,现有技术的浴霸主要是由壳体,设置在壳体内的电路板和与电路板相连接的排风机、电热丝和照明灯具,同时其主要是通过按钮开关相连接,其虽然可以满足一般情况的使用需求,但是其不但性能较为有限,同时智能化程度较低,故而适用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且适用性强的智能浴霸。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种智能浴霸,包括壳体,在所述壳体内固定有电路板,在所述壳体的侧部通过卡箍连接有排风管且在所述壳体的底部设有风扇和电热丝,在所述壳体的底部还固定有照明光源,在所述电路板上固定有稳压滤波电路、与所述稳压滤波电路相连接的控制电路、与所述控制电路相连接的联动电路、与所述控制电路相连接的电热丝驱动电路、与所述控制电路相连接的换气驱动电路,所述联动电路包括物联网电路、无线信号接收电路和触控开关电路。
在所述壳体内还设置有与所述控制电路相连接用于记录使用时长的计时器电路,与所述控制电路相连接的温度检测电路和与所述控制电路相连接的电热丝暂停加热驱动电路。
所述照明光源为三色光源,还设置有与所述控制电路相连接的换气风速调节电路。
还包括与所述控制电路相连接的换气噪音检测电路及换气噪音显示电路。
还设置有与所述控制电路相连接的除湿驱动电路和与所述除湿驱动电路相连接的除湿器。
在所述壳体的底面固定有钢化玻璃面板。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,增加了整体的性能,其设置有联动电路,方便进行控制与调节,大大提高了智能性,提高了使用的便捷性,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1和图2,一种智能浴霸,包括壳体1,在所述壳体内固定有电路板2,在所述壳体的侧部通过卡箍连接有排风管3且在所述壳体的底部设有风扇和电热丝17,在所述壳体的底部还固定有照明光源,在所述电路板上固定有稳压滤波电路4、与所述稳压滤波电路相连接的控制电路5、与所述控制电路相连接的联动电路6、与所述控制电路相连接的电热丝驱动电路7、与所述控制电路相连接的换气驱动电路8,所述联动电路6包括物联网电路61、无线信号接收电路62和触控开关电路63。
在所述壳体内还设置有与所述控制电路相连接用于记录使用时长的计时器电路9,与所述控制电路相连接的温度检测电路10和与所述控制电路相连接的电热丝暂停加热驱动电路11。
所述照明光源为三色光源,还设置有与所述控制电路相连接的换气风速调节电路12。
还包括与所述控制电路相连接的换气噪音检测电路13及换气噪音显示电路14。
还设置有与所述控制电路相连接的除湿驱动电路15和与所述除湿驱动电路相连接的除湿器16。
在所述壳体的底面固定有钢化玻璃面板。
本发明的结构设置合理,增加了整体的性能,其设置有联动电路,方便进行控制与调节,大大提高了智能性,提高了使用的便捷性,适用性强且实用性好。
本实施例中使用的标准零件可以从市场上直接购买,而根据说明书和附图的记载的非标准结构部件,也可以直根据现有的技术常识毫无疑义的加工得到,同时各个零部件的连接方式采用现有技术中成熟的常规手段,而机械、零件及设备均采用现有技术中常规的型号,故在此不再作出具体叙述。

1.一种智能浴霸,包括壳体,在所述壳体内固定有电路板,在所述壳体的侧部通过卡箍连接有排风管且在所述壳体的底部设有风扇和电热丝,在所述壳体的底部还固定有照明光源,其特征在于:在所述电路板上固定有稳压滤波电路、与所述稳压滤波电路相连接的控制电路、与所述控制电路相连接的联动电路、与所述控制电路相连接的电热丝驱动电路、与所述控制电路相连接的换气驱动电路,所述联动电路包括物联网电路、无线信号接收电路和触控开关电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能浴霸,其特征在于:在所述壳体内还设置有与所述控制电路相连接用于记录使用时长的计时器电路,与所述控制电路相连接的温度检测电路和与所述控制电路相连接的电热丝暂停加热驱动电路。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能浴霸,其特征在于:所述照明光源为三色光源,还设置有与所述控制电路相连接的换气风速调节电路。
4.根据权利要求3所述的智能浴霸,其特征在于:还包括与所述控制电路相连接的换气噪音检测电路及换气噪音显示电路。
5.根据权利要求4所述的智能浴霸,其特征在于:还设置有与所述控制电路相连接的除湿驱动电路和与所述除湿驱动电路相连接的除湿器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的智能浴霸,其特征在于:在所述壳体的底面固定有钢化玻璃面板。
