Abstract
The invention discloses quick-drying elastic repair mortar with micro-expansibility and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of building materials. The quick-drying elastic repair mortar with the micro-expansibility consists of a liquid part and a powder part, wherein the liquid part comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the powder part = 0.5-0.7: 1, and the preparation method of the quick-drying elastic repair mortar with micro-expansibility comprises the steps of powder part preparation and liquid part preparation. According to the invention, the nano rectorite with a porous structure is added into a ternary system of portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement and alpha-gypsum to effectively and compactly fill gaps between a ternary cementing material and an aggregate, so that the cracking problem caused by drying shrinkage after the construction of a traditional material is avoided, the styrene-acrylic emulsion with ultrahigh solid content and low Tg of a liquid material component provides the whole elastic anti-vibration performance for a mixed material, the shrinkage of the material in the drying and curing process is further reduced, and the problem of repairing cracks is avoided.

Background
In the waterproof construction of the wet area of the family kitchen and bathroom, the problems that the cracks of various walls and floors need to be repaired, the circular arcs of internal and external corners and pipe roots need to be processed, and the like can be solved. Based on the GB 23440-2009 inorganic waterproof plugging material standard, a silicate cement, sulphoaluminate cement, high-alumina cement and a material with a quick-drying property of a cement and gypsum composite system are well applied, in the aspects of crack repair, internal and external corner and pipe root treatment, a quick-drying sulphoaluminate system single-component material is mostly adopted, and a proper amount of rubber powder and other construction aids are added on the basis of a sulphoaluminate system to realize high-strength quick-setting crack repair, water resistance and plugging, but the material has higher rigidity, has obvious weakness in the aspects of flexibility and cracking resistance in the later period, and has the risk of system waterproof failure;
in addition, based on the GB/T23445-2009 polymer cement waterproof coating standard, the material is widely used for a polymer cement-based composite waterproof material which forms a two-component with polymer emulsion, and the characteristics of high flexibility, strong bonding and high strength of the material are realized, but the material is easy to crack, crust and the like in thick-layer construction, and cannot be used for deep crack repair, arc treatment of a negative and positive angle and a pipe root, so that a high-flexibility elastic repair mortar which is used for crack repair and negative and positive angle treatment and has micro-expansion quick-drying performance is developed.

the liquid material part comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-99% of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1-20% of water, 0.1-1.5% of plasticizer, 0.1-1% of organosilicon defoamer and 0.1-0.5% of bactericide; the sum of the mass percentages of the components in the powder part and the liquid part is 100 percent respectively.
As a preferable example, the mesh number of the quartz sand is less than or equal to 70 meshes or the quartz sand is compounded by 20-70 meshes of quartz sand and 80-140 meshes of quartz sand, and the mesh number of the calcium powder is 200 meshes.
As a preferred example, the cellulose ether has a viscosity of 5000 mPaS or less.
