Description

Degradable route exploring capsule system and degradable route exploring capsule thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a degradable route exploring capsule. In addition, the invention also relates to a degradable route exploring capsule system comprising the degradable route exploring capsule.
Background
The current examination methods for assessing intestinal patency include small intestine CT imaging (CTE), small intestine magnetic resonance imaging (MRE), and an access capsule, which does not require complex bowel preparation and does not require radiation exposure as compared to CTE and MRE. In addition, because the size of the route searching capsule is close to the CE, the swallowing route searching capsule can simulate the swallowing process of the CE for a part of patients, particularly children, so that the fear of the part of patients to the CE is reduced, and the swallowing time of the capsule is reduced. The research result shows that the negative predictive value between the exploring capsule and the radiology examination is not different, namely, whether the exploring capsule is used before the CE examination or the radiology examination is carried out, as long as the examination result is negative, the patient is likely to successfully complete the CE examination.
The detection of whether the route-exploring capsule stays in the body can be checked by radiology (detection of barium sulfate); the detection can also be carried out by a scanner (for detecting the RFID tag), or the detection can be carried out by a marker method, mainly, after colored substances are absorbed by the human body, the colored substances are discharged by metabolism of the human body, and the judgment is carried out by distinguishing the color of urine of the detected person.
The route-exploring capsule needs to maintain the integrity of the main body in the human body for a certain period of time, and if the route-exploring capsule is not smoothly discharged out of the body in a target period of time, the risk of staying in the human body exists.
The existing route-exploring capsule product can actually have the condition that the volume of the capsule is reduced at the end of the target working time, and a doctor can also judge that if the capsule discharged out of the body does not have too large volume change, the retention risk does not exist according to the digestive tract of a user. However, the quantifiable effect of this situation in the clinic is not good, and much of the experience of the doctor is used as the judgment basis, so there is a risk of misjudgment.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The core of the invention is to provide a degradable route-exploring capsule which can keep the integrity of the appearance in vivo within the specified time and can be rapidly degraded after the specified time, so that the volume of the rest part is obviously reduced, and the accuracy of judging whether a doctor is suitable for a capsule endoscope by a user is improved. Another core of the present invention is to provide a degradable access capsule system comprising the above degradable access capsule.
Referring to fig. 1-3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a degradable route exploring capsule provided by the present invention; FIG. 2 is a side view of the degradable access capsule of FIG. 1; fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the direction a-a in fig. 2.
The degradable route exploring capsule provided by the embodiment comprises an inner core part 1 for sending signals to the outside, a sealing shell 2 wrapped on the periphery of the inner core part 1 and a fixing part 3 arranged in the sealing shell 2 and used for fixing the inner core part 1; the sealing shell 2 is used for simulating the appearance of the capsule endoscope and is completely degraded after entering the alimentary canal for a certain time, and the fixing part 3 is a degradable material.
In the process of using the degradable pathfinding capsule provided by the embodiment, firstly, a user needs to swallow the pathfinding capsule, and the shape of the sealing shell 2 of the degradable pathfinding capsule is close to that of the capsule endoscope, so that the process of swallowing the degradable pathfinding capsule can be used for simulating the process of swallowing the capsule endoscope; the degradable route exploring capsule can be kept in a good state or a small part of the degradable state in a certain time after being swallowed into a human body, so that the volume of the sealing shell 2 is kept basically unchanged, the process that the capsule endoscope is swallowed into a digestive tract is simulated, after a certain time, the time is generally 30 hours, of course, according to the different conditions of a user, the volume of the sealing shell 2 can be kept unchanged, if the degradable route exploring capsule is not discharged out of the body, the sealing shell 2 can be completely degraded, the fixing part 3 in the inner part is directly contacted with the environment in the digestive tract and is dissolved, only the inner core part 1 is remained at the moment, and the volume of the inner core part 1 is small, so that the user can conveniently discharge the degradable route exploring capsule.
Compared with the prior art, the degradable route exploring capsule provided by the embodiment has the advantages that in the using process, the appearance does not change obviously within the specified time, the appearance of the capsule endoscope can be simulated more truly, the sealing shell 2 and the fixing part 3 can be degraded after the specified time, the volume of the rest inner core part 1 is small, the discharge is facilitated, and the risk that the route exploring capsule stays in the body can be effectively avoided; and the size difference of the route exploring capsule before and after degradation is large, so that the judgment by a doctor is facilitated, and the accuracy of judging whether a user is suitable for the detection of the capsule endoscope is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the sealing shell 2 can be a shell with uniform thickness, so that the decomposition speed of each part is relatively uniform in the process that the sealing shell 2 enters the alimentary canal and starts to decompose, and the situation that partial sealing shell 2 is decomposed completely and is less can not occur.
The sealing shell 2 can be set to be a medical gelatin material piece or a palm wax material piece, and of course, the sealing shell can also be a mixed material piece meeting the requirements, the material pieces can be degraded in the digestive tract environment, and are nontoxic, harmless and free of side effects on a human body, and products after degradation can be absorbed by or discharged out of the human body, so that the harm to the human body is avoided.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to make the sealed housing 2 more realistically simulate the external shape of the capsule endoscope, the sealed housing 2 may include a cylindrical middle shell 21 and end hemispherical shells 22 disposed at two ends of the middle shell 21 in the length direction, and the diameter of the end hemispherical shells 22 is the same as that of the middle shell 21.
The combination of the middle shell 21 and the end hemispherical shell 22 makes the appearance structure of the sealed shell 2 more similar to that of a capsule endoscope, so as to better simulate the process of the capsule endoscope entering the alimentary canal, and the arrangement of the end hemispherical shell 22 can make the outer surface of the sealed shell 2 more smooth, which is beneficial to the movement and discharge of the degradable exploring capsule in the alimentary canal.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sealing case 2 is in a capsule shape as a whole, and the two ends of the middle case 21 in the length direction are connected with the end hemispherical shells 22, preferably, the middle case 21 and the end hemispherical shells 22 are in an integral structure, so as to facilitate processing and manufacturing.
In addition to the above embodiment, the core portion 1 may have a cylindrical configuration, the central axis of the core portion 1 may coincide with the central axis of the seal housing 2, and the center of the core portion 1 may coincide with the center of the seal housing 2.
The central axis of kernel portion 1 and seal housing 2's the central axis coincidence, and its center and seal housing 2's the center coincidence's the mode that sets up, make kernel portion 1 set up placed in the middle in seal housing 2, so that the clearance between the surface of kernel portion 1 and seal housing 2's the internal surface evenly sets up, after seal housing 2 is degraded, fixed part 3 is direct and alimentary canal environmental contact, the degradation progress uniformity at 3 each positions of fixed part can be improved evenly in the clearance between the surface of kernel portion 1 and seal housing 2's the internal surface, optimize the degradation time of fixed part 3.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the fixing portion 3 may be provided as a degradable powder for filling the gap between the core portion 1 and the seal housing 2 or a fixing connector provided between the fixing portion 3 and the seal housing 2, the degradable powder being a degradable powder having a hydrophilic property.
It should be noted that the fixed connection member may be a material member with a degradable function or a structure without a degradable function but with a smaller volume, after the sealing shell 2 is degraded, the fixed connection member may directly contact with the liquid in the digestive tract, and when the fixed connection member is a degradable material member, the fixed connection member may be degraded under the action of the digestive liquid; when the fixed connection piece is the small volume structure that does not have the degradable function, after sealed shell 2 can be degraded, degradable way exploring capsule decomposes into a plurality of small volume structures and kernel portion 1, because the volume of kernel portion 1 is far less than the volume of original degradable way exploring capsule, consequently can conveniently discharge extracorporeally.
Of course, the fixing portion 3 may also be made of other degradable materials meeting the requirement, which is determined according to the actual situation and will not be described herein.
In the using process of the degradable route exploring capsule, after a user swallows the degradable route exploring capsule, the early-stage sealing shell 2 can keep a relatively good state, the fixing part 3 cannot be in direct contact with the environment in the alimentary canal, and the inner core part 1 is fixed in the sealing shell 2 through the fixing part 3; after the degradable pathfinding capsule is swallowed for a certain time, seal shell 2 can be degraded, when fixed part 3 directly contacts with the alimentary canal environment, the moisture in the alimentary canal is absorbed to the degradation powder, and degrade fast, make the degradable pathfinding capsule degrade to kernel portion 1, the volume reduces, be convenient for discharge, and in case seal shell 2 degrades to the incomplete shell of volume, fixed part 3 directly contacts with the alimentary canal environment, the degradation speed of degradation powder is very fast, because kernel portion 1 differs great with the volume before the degradation of degradable pathfinding capsule, consequently, help the doctor to make accurate judgement.
Preferably, the degradation powder can be uniformly distributed in the space enclosed by the sealed shell 2 and the inner core part 1.
In order to fix the degradation powder to the inner core portion 1, the density of the filled degradation powder may be increased appropriately, and considering that the larger the filling density is, the longer the degradation time of the degradation powder is, therefore, the specific filling density of the degradation powder needs to be determined according to actual conditions.
The degradation powder is uniformly distributed in the space enclosed by the sealing shell 2 and the inner core part 1, so that the inner core part 1 can be better fixed in the sealing shell 2, and when the degradation powder begins to degrade, the degradation speed of the degradation powder positioned at each part can be kept relatively consistent, and the degradation time of the degradation powder is optimized.
On the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment, in order to enable the core part 1 to smoothly send a signal to the outside to judge whether the degradable exploring capsule is expelled by the user, the core part 1 may be made to include the PC housing 11, a signal emitting part for sending the signal, and a power supply for supplying power to the signal emitting part.
Preferably, the signal transmitting part is a radio frequency signal transmitting part.
The arrangement of the signal emitting part and the power supply can enable the inner core part 1 to send signals to the outside so as to judge whether the degradable exploring capsule exists in the human body after a specified time.
In order to save electric energy, the power supply and the signal transmitting part can be in a disconnected state in a natural state, and when whether the degradable route exploring capsule exists in a human body or not is required to be detected, the signal transmitting part is communicated with the power supply through the corresponding deformation connecting piece; the deformation connecting piece can be a magnetic deformation material piece, can deform under the action of a magnetic field to enable the power supply to be communicated with the signal transmitting part, does not deform when the magnetic field does not act, enables the power supply to be in a disconnected state with the signal transmitting part, and can be of other materials and specifically determined according to actual conditions.
The PC shell 11 can prevent the digestive tract from eroding the shell of the inner core 1 after the sealed shell 2 and the fixed part 3 are degraded, and the use of internal elements is influenced.
In order to facilitate the discharge of the inner core part 1 after the degradable route exploring capsule is degraded, the outer surface of the PC shell 11 can be set to be a smooth surface, so that the movement resistance of the outer surface of the inner core part 1 in the alimentary canal is reduced, and the user can discharge the inner core part 1 out of the body.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the PC case 11 may be provided as an easily deformable material, and the PC case 11 is provided with at least one pressure sensor.
In use, the pressure sensor may be arranged to sense the pressure experienced by the PC housing 11 in order to determine the degree of blockage of the channel.
Preferably, at least three pressure sensors may be arranged in the PC housing 11; wherein, at least two pressure sensor set up respectively in the both ends of degradable way of exploring capsule length direction, and at least one pressure sensor sets up in the periphery side of degradable way of exploring capsule.
On the basis of the above described embodiment, at least one acceleration sensor may be provided in the core part 1 for detecting acceleration during movement of the core part 1.
In order to measure the parameters of the degradable route exploring capsule in the rotating state, at least two acceleration sensors can be arranged in the inner core part 1, and the acceleration sensors are respectively arranged at different positions of the degradable route exploring capsule; because the size and the direction of the rotating speed of different parts can have differences in the rotating process of the degradable route exploring capsule, at least two acceleration sensors are arranged, and parameters of the degradable route exploring capsule in a rotating state can be obtained.
In the using process, when the degradable route exploring capsule is in a rotating state, the acceleration sensors at different positions can measure different acceleration data, and the related parameters such as speed, direction and the like in the rotating process of the degradable route exploring capsule can be calculated according to the measured acceleration data; in the detection process, the acceleration conditions of different parts of the degradable pathfinding capsule can be obtained, and the comprehensive judgment is carried out by combining the body position of the human body.
In addition, the invention also provides a degradable route exploring capsule system, which comprises the degradable route exploring capsule and a detection system, wherein the degradable route exploring capsule is arranged in the capsule body;
and the detection system is used for detecting the sending signal of the degradable route exploring capsule so as to judge whether the degradable route exploring capsule is detained in the cavity or not.
The detection system may be further caused to comprise a data receiver and a data processor; the data receiver receives sensor data sent by the degradable route exploring capsule, wherein the sensor data comprises pressure data and/or acceleration data; the data processor comprehensively analyzes the sensor data sent by the degradable route exploring capsule, calculates the movement speed, the movement track and the movement posture of the degradable route exploring capsule, and finally judges the patency degree and the blocking position of the cavity channel.
In use, the detection system may be provided with a data receiver for receiving data measured by the acceleration sensor and data measured by the pressure sensor, and a data processor for processing data measured by the acceleration sensor and/or data measured by the pressure sensor. The acceleration sensor can transmit the detected data to the data receiver, and the data processor judges the shape and the patency degree of the cavity according to the acceleration information transmitted by the acceleration sensor. The detection system is used together with the degradable route exploring capsule and is external detection equipment for detecting the condition of the degradable route exploring capsule in a cavity.
The arrangement of the acceleration sensor can obtain the motion condition of the degradable route exploring capsule, so that the posture of the degradable route exploring capsule at present can be obtained more intuitively.
The data processor is used for processing the data received by the data receiver, for example, the movement speed and direction of the degradable exploring capsule can be calculated according to the data measured by the acceleration sensor.
In the using process, when the number of the pressure sensors is large, the detection system can convert the pressure data received by the data receiver into a pressure cloud picture through the data processor, so that the pressure distribution on different parts of the degradable route exploring capsule can be observed conveniently; in addition, the data processor can be used for judging the specific blocking position of the cavity or the channel by combining the data measured by the pressure sensor and the acceleration sensor, for example, when a human body is in a standing state, the data measured by the pressure sensor can be used for judging which specific part of the degradable exploring capsule is squeezed, and the approximate position of the degradable exploring capsule can be measured according to the data measured by the acceleration sensor and the signal emitted by the signal emitting part, so that the specific blocking position of the cavity or the channel can be roughly determined.
