Claims (10)

1. The multi-instrument channel bronchoscope is characterized by comprising a terminal device (1), an operation part (2) and an insertion part (7);
the insertion part (7) comprises a main hose (3), a tip bending part (4) and a head end part (5), and the insertion part (7) is connected with the operation part (2) through a conical sleeve (8);
wherein at least two instrument channels (19), at least one lighting device (20) and an imaging device (21) are arranged in the head end part (5); the tip bending part (4) is of a snake bone structure, and at least two instrument channels (19) are arranged in the tip bending part (4) and are connected with corresponding channels in the head end part (5); at least two instrument channels (19) are arranged in the main hose (3) and are connected with corresponding channels in the front end bending part (4), and the instrument channels (19) penetrate through the main hose (3), the front end bending part (4) and the head end part (5);
the operating part (2) is internally provided with a bend angle control structure for controlling the action of the tip bending part (4), and the operating part (2) is provided with at least two forceps bodies (13) with instrument channels (19).
2. A multi-instrument channel bronchoscope according to claim 1, characterized in that a suction button (12) is mounted on one side of the operating part (2).
3. The bronchoscope according to claim 1, characterized in that the terminal device (1) is an observation eyepiece, or a light-conducting connector connected to an image processor for displaying images on a medical monitor in real time, or a display screen directly connected to the operation portion through a mechanical structure, and when the terminal device (1) is an observation eyepiece, a light-conducting tube (6) is installed on one side of the operation portion (2) through a taper connection tube.
4. The bronchoscope according to claim 1, characterized in that the diameters of the instrument channels (19) are of the same or different sizes for passing bronchoscope surgical instruments, as suction channels or water-air channels or as drug injection channels.
5. A multi-instrument channel bronchoscope according to claim 1, characterized in that the bend angle control structure comprises a drum mounted in the operation portion (2), the drum being connected to the snake bone structure of the distal bending portion (4) by means of a wire cable.
6. A multi-instrument channel bronchoscope according to claim 5, characterized in that the operating part (2) is mounted with a bend angle adjusting wrench (22) on one side to which a drum is connected.
7. The multi-instrument channel bronchoscope according to claim 1, characterized in that the illumination device (20) is a LED lamp bead or a light guiding fiber.
8. The multi-instrument channel bronchoscope according to claim 1, wherein the two forceps bodies (13) on the operation portion (2) are a first forceps body (13A) and a second forceps body (13B), and the first forceps body (13A) and the second forceps body (13B) are set to:
a first position: the first insertion clamp body (13A) is arranged at the top of the operation part (2), and the second insertion clamp body (13B) is arranged on one side of the operation part (2) through the first insertion ring (14);
and position two: the first inserting clamp body (13A) and the second inserting clamp body (13B) are both arranged between the operating part (2) and the conical sleeve (8) through a second inserting ring (18);
and (4) position three: the first insertion clamp body (13A) is arranged on one side of the operation part (2), and the second insertion clamp body (13B) is arranged between the operation part (2) and the conical sleeve (8) through a second insertion ring (18);
and a fourth position: the first insertion clamp body (13A) is arranged at the top of the operation part (2), and the second insertion clamp body (13B) is arranged between the operation part (2) and the conical sleeve (8) through a second insertion ring (18);
and a fifth position: the first inserting clamp body (13A) and the second inserting clamp body (13B) are both arranged on one side of the operating part (2) through a first inserting ring (14);
position six: the first forceps body (13A) and the second forceps body (13B) are both arranged at the top of the operation part (2).
9. The multi-instrument channel bronchoscope according to claim 8, wherein when the forceps body (13) is installed on the top of the operation portion (2), the top of the operation portion (2) is provided with a first insertion hole (1101) corresponding to the forceps body (13).
10. The multi-instrument channel bronchoscope according to claim 8, wherein the second plug-in ring (18) is installed between the operation portion (2) and the insertion portion (7), and a second plug-in hole (1801) corresponding to the plug-in body (13) is formed in the periphery of the second plug-in ring (18); the first inserting ring (14) is fixedly installed on one side of the operating portion (2), and taper sleeves corresponding to the inserting clamp bodies (13) in a matched mode are arranged on the peripheral side of the first inserting ring (14).
