For the wear-resistant coating 20, the first layer is a base layer, and the first layer is used as a substrate material for spraying, because the material of the pipe body 10 is mainly wear-resistant cast iron or common carbon structural steel, the thermal stress generated during the sintering process easily exceeds the high-temperature strength of the material itself. This is prone to warping during the molding process, which can affect the tube 10 and the wear-resistant coating 20. The substrate layer is recommended to be a nickel-based metal substrate and can also be other high-temperature alloys;
the second layer is a wear-resistant layer which mainly plays a role in wear, and silicon nitride, tungsten carbide, aluminum oxide or a composite form of wear-resistant material is recommended to be selected;
the third layer is a reinforcing layer, the reinforcing layer is coupled with the front two layers, and the main functions of the reinforcing layer are two points, namely, the surface friction coefficient is reduced, the abrasion rate is effectively reduced, and the wear-resistant layer is reinforced.
The thermal spraying wear-resistant coating 20 technology is used for pumping, coagulating and conveying bent pipes, straight pipes and S-shaped pipes, and comprises a single-layer pipe and a composite double-layer pipe in structural forms; and the technology can be applied to the repair and renovation of the old pipe, and for a double-layer pipe structure, a certain completeness rate of the outer pipe 104 is required to be kept.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the pipeline 1 is a concrete conveying straight pipe, the pipe body 10 is a double-layer structure, the outer pipe 104 is sleeved outside the inner pipe 102, the inner wall of the inner pipe 102 is provided with the wear-resistant coating 20, and during operation, the concrete is in contact with the wear-resistant coating 20.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the pipeline 1 is a concrete delivery straight pipe, the pipe body 10 is a single-layer structure, the inner wall of the pipe body 10 is provided with a wear-resistant coating 20, and during operation, the concrete is in contact with the wear-resistant coating 20.
In a further embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 7, the pipeline 1 is a concrete conveying S-shaped pipe, the pipe body is of a single-layer structure, and the inner wall of the pipe body is provided with a wear-resistant coating, so that the concrete is in contact with the wear-resistant coating during operation.

a tube (10);
a wear-resistant coating (20) formed on the inner wall of the pipe body (10) by thermal spraying;
wherein the wear resistant coating (20) comprises a ceramic material coating.
2. The pipe (1) according to claim 1, wherein said abradable coating (20) comprises:
a base layer disposed on an inner wall of the tube (10);
the wear-resistant layer is connected with the substrate layer, the substrate layer is located between the pipe body (10) and the wear-resistant layer, and the wear-resistant layer is a ceramic material coating.
3. The pipe (1) according to claim 2, wherein said substrate layer is a nickel-based metal substrate layer.
4. The pipe (1) according to claim 2, wherein said wear resistant layer comprises micro-and/or nano-particles;
the composition of the wear-resistant layer comprises at least one of silicon nitride, tungsten carbide and aluminum oxide or a combination thereof.
5. The piping (1) according to claim 2, further comprising:
a reinforcement layer, the wear layer positioned between the substrate layer and the reinforcement layer, the reinforcement layer filling pores in the wear layer.
6. The piping (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that said tubular body (10) comprises:
an inner tube (102);
the outer pipe (104) is sleeved outside the inner pipe (102);
the inner pipe (102) is an alloy steel inner pipe (102), the outer pipe (104) is a low carbon steel outer pipe (104), and a cavity is formed between the inner pipe (102) and the outer pipe (104).
7. The piping (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that said tubular body (10) is a mild steel tubular body (10).
8. A process for the production of a pipe (1) according to any one of claims 2 to 7, comprising:
roughening the inner wall surface of the pipe body (10);
thermally spraying the substrate layer on the inner wall surface;
thermally spraying the wear layer on the substrate layer.
9. The method of manufacturing a pipe according to claim 8, further comprising:
and coating a reinforcing layer on the wear-resistant layer by brushing.
10. A concrete machine, comprising:
a body;
the pipe (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, said tubular body (10) being provided on said body.
