In this case, the information processing device mounted on vehicle 120 may be an example of an evaluation system. In another embodiment, the communication terminal 22 or the information processing device mounted on the communication terminal 42 may execute at least a part of the information processing in the management server 110 according to the present embodiment. In this case, the communication terminal 22 or the information processing device mounted on the communication terminal 42 may be an example of the evaluation system.
In the present embodiment, an example of the evaluation system 100 will be described, taking as an example a case where the evaluation system 100 performs an evaluation operation for the cleaning manufacturer 30 of the cleaning vehicle 120. However, the evaluation system 100 is not limited to this embodiment. In another embodiment, the evaluation system 100 may perform an evaluation operation for the cleaning manufacturer 30 that cleans any article. For example, the evaluation system 100 executes an evaluation work for a cleaning manufacturer 30 that cleans an arbitrary mobile body.
Examples of the moving body include a vehicle, a ship, and a flying object. Examples of the vehicle include a bicycle, an automobile, a motorcycle, and an electric train. Examples of the vessel include ships, hovercraft, water-borne motorcycles, diving ships, submarines, and water scooters. The flying object may be an airplane, an airship, a hot air balloon, a helicopter, an unmanned aerial vehicle, or the like.
[ overview of evaluation method by evaluation System 100 ]
An outline of an evaluation method by the evaluation system 100 will be described with reference to fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. In these embodiments, an outline of the evaluation method of the subject to be evaluated by the evaluation system 100 will be described, taking as an example a case where the vehicle 120 of the owner 20 is an autonomous vehicle, an unmanned vehicle, or a remotely driven vehicle, and is used for the car sharing service. In addition, at least a part of the embodiments described with reference to 1 drawing of fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 and the embodiments described with reference to one or more other drawings may be arbitrarily combined within a range where technical contradictions do not occur.
In the present embodiment, the vehicle 120 of the owner 20 is used by the 1 st user 40 during the 1 st period and by the 2 nd user 40 during the 2 nd period, for example. Also, after the 1 st user 40 utilizes the vehicle 120 during the 1 st period, and before the 2 nd user 40 utilizes the vehicle 120 during the 2 nd period, the job principal 34 of the cleaning manufacturer 30 cleans the vehicle 120.
In the present embodiment, for example, a contract that (i) the owner 20 transports the 1 st user 40 from the boarding location 212 to the alighting location 214 using the vehicle 120 of the owner 20, or (ii) the owner 20 lends the vehicle 120 of the owner 20 to the user 40 who wishes to move from the boarding location 212 to the alighting location 214 is established between the 1 st user 40 and the owner 20 by the intermediation service or the matching service provided by the management server 110. The 1 st period may be (i) a period defined by a contract between the 1 st user 40 and the owner 20, or (ii) a period from when the 1 st user 40 gets on the vehicle 120 at the boarding point 212 to when the 1 st user gets off the vehicle 120 at the disembarkation point 214.
In the present embodiment, for example, a contract that (i) the owner 20 transports the 2 nd user 40 from the boarding location 222 to the alighting location 224 using the vehicle 120 of the owner 20, or (ii) the owner 20 lends the vehicle 120 of the owner 20 to the user 40 who wishes to move from the boarding location 222 to the alighting location 224 is established between the 2 nd user 40 and the owner 20 by the intermediation service or the matching service provided by the management server 110. The 2 nd period may be (i) a period defined by a contract between the 2 nd user 40 and the owner 20, or (ii) a period from when the 2 nd user 40 gets on the vehicle 120 at the boarding location 222 to when the user gets off the vehicle 120 at the disembarkation location 224.
As described above, since the vehicle 120 is an autonomous vehicle, an unmanned vehicle, or a remotely driven vehicle, the 1 st user 40 can move to a place where the cleaning operation is performed by the cleaner 30 after getting off the vehicle 120 at the getting-off place 214. After the cleaning operation is finished by the cleaning manufacturer 30, the vehicle can be moved to the riding place 222.
However, since the owner 20 cannot specify the state of the vehicle 120 immediately after cleaning, the owner 20 cannot evaluate whether or not the cleaning manufacturer 30 has sufficiently cleaned the vehicle 120. For example, even if the 2 nd user 40 is the owner 20, the owner 20 cannot confirm the state of the vehicle 120 before cleaning, and therefore the owner 20 cannot evaluate whether or not the cleaning manufacturer 30 has sufficiently cleaned the vehicle 120.
In order to automatically detect the degree of dirtying of the interior or exterior of vehicle 120, it is considered to provide a camera for photographing the interior or exterior of vehicle 120, for example. However, in order to sufficiently evaluate the cleaning operation of vehicle 120, an appropriate number of cameras need to be provided at appropriate positions, and the cost of vehicle 120 increases. In particular, in order to sufficiently photograph the appearance of vehicle 120, it is necessary to provide a camera that is unnecessary for the function of vehicle 120, and the cost of vehicle 120 increases significantly.
Then, according to the present embodiment, the management server 110 acquires the image data of the image of the vehicle 120 in the state after the 1 st user 40 has used up the vehicle 120 and before the cleaning manufacturer 30 cleans the vehicle 120, from the communication terminal 42 of the 1 st user 40. Then, management server 110 executes processing for presenting the image to the evaluator of the cleaning work of vehicle 120 at the time point when the cleaning work of vehicle 120 is evaluated.
This allows the above-described evaluator to know the state of vehicle 120 before cleaning. As a result, the evaluation accuracy is improved. In addition, the load on the management server 110 is significantly reduced compared to a case where the management server 110 analyzes an image captured by a camera fixed to the vehicle 120 to evaluate a cleaning work.
The management server 110 may acquire image data of an image of the vehicle 120 from the communication terminal 42 of the 2 nd user 40 in a state after the cleaning manufacturer 30 cleans the vehicle 120 and before the 2 nd user 40 uses the vehicle 120. Then, management server 110 executes processing for presenting the image of vehicle 120 before cleaning and the image of vehicle 120 after cleaning to an evaluator of the cleaning work of vehicle 120 at the time point when the cleaning work of vehicle 120 is evaluated.
This allows the above-described evaluator to know the state of vehicle 120 before cleaning and the state of vehicle 120 after cleaning. As a result, the evaluation accuracy is improved. In addition, the load on the management server 110 is significantly reduced compared to a case where the management server 110 analyzes an image captured by a camera fixed to the vehicle 120 to evaluate a cleaning work.
According to the embodiment described with reference to fig. 2, first, the 1 st user 40 photographs the vehicle 120 using the communication terminal 42 at the departure point 214. The 1 st user 40 can photograph at least one of the interior and the exterior of the vehicle 120 in accordance with an instruction from at least one of the management server 110, the vehicle 120, and the communication terminal 42. Thereby, the 1 st user 40 can photograph an appropriate portion of the interior or the exterior of the vehicle 120. The image may be a moving image or a still image.
Further, the 1 st user 40 transmits image data of the image of the vehicle 120 to the management server 110 by using the communication terminal 42. The management server 110 may store the image data in any storage device. Thus, the management server 110 can acquire image data of an image of the vehicle 120 in a state after the 1 st user 40 uses the vehicle 120 and before the cleaning manufacturer 30 cleans the vehicle 120.
When the management server 110 receives the image data of the vehicle 120, the management server 110 transmits the position data of the point where the cleaning operation is performed by the cleaning manufacturer 30 to the vehicle 120, and moves the vehicle 120 to the point. When the vehicle 120 arrives at the above-described point, the cleaning manufacturer 30 cleans the vehicle 120. When the cleaning of vehicle 120 is completed, cleaning manufacturer 30 transmits information indicating the completion of cleaning of vehicle 120 to management server 110 using communication terminal 32. When receiving the information indicating that cleaning of vehicle 120 is completed, management server 110 transmits the position data of riding place 222 to vehicle 120, and moves vehicle 120 to riding place 222.
Next, at the riding place 222, the 2 nd user 40 uses the communication terminal 42 to photograph the vehicle 120. The 2 nd user 40 can photograph at least one of the interior and the exterior of the vehicle 120 in accordance with an instruction from at least one of the management server 110, the vehicle 120, and the communication terminal 42. Thereby, the 2 nd user 40 can photograph an appropriate portion of the interior or the exterior of the vehicle 120. The image may be a moving image or a still image.
Further, the 2 nd user 40 transmits image data of the image of the vehicle 120 to the management server 110 by using the communication terminal 42. The management server 110 may store the image data in any storage device. Thus, the management server 110 can acquire image data of an image of the vehicle 120 in a state after the cleaning manufacturer 30 cleans the vehicle 120 and before the 2 nd user 40 uses the vehicle 120.
Next, when the management server 110 receives information indicating that the process for evaluating the cleaning job performed by the cleaning manufacturer 30 is executed from the communication terminal 22 of the owner 20, the management server 110 transmits the image data of the image captured by the 1 st user 40 and the image data of the image captured by the 2 nd user 40 to the communication terminal 22. The management server 110 may transmit an instruction to the communication terminal 22 to output the two images to the image output device of the communication terminal 22. Thereby, the communication terminal 22 presents the two images to the owner 20. The image output device may be a display device or a projection device. The image output device may be a stationary device, a portable device, or a wearable device.
The information indicating that the process for evaluating the cleaning job performed by the cleaning manufacturer 30 is executed may be an instruction or a request for causing the management server 110 to execute the process. In addition, when the communication terminal 22 receives the image data from the management server 110, the communication terminal 22 may install a program for executing a flow of outputting the image to the image output device of the communication terminal 22 to the computer of the communication terminal 22.
Next, the owner 20 inputs evaluation of the cleaning work performed by the cleaning manufacturer 30 using the communication terminal 22. The communication terminal 22 transmits the information on the above-described evaluation input by the owner 20 to the management server 110. The management server 110 stores information related to the above-described evaluation in an arbitrary storage device. Thus, the evaluation system 100 can execute the evaluation job performed by the owner 20.
In the embodiment described with reference to fig. 3, the point that the 1 st user 40 photographs the vehicle 120 at the boarding location 212 and the alighting location 214 and transmits image data of images of the vehicle 120 photographed at the boarding location 212 and the alighting location 214 to the management server 110 is different from the embodiment described with reference to fig. 2. In the embodiment described with reference to fig. 3, the point that the 2 nd user 40 images the vehicle 120 at the boarding point 222 and the alighting point 224 and transmits image data of images of the vehicle 120 captured at the boarding point 222 and the alighting point 224 to the management server 110 is different from the embodiment described with reference to fig. 2. The embodiment described with reference to fig. 3 may have the same configuration as the embodiment described with reference to fig. 2 with respect to the features other than the above-described difference.
The embodiment described with reference to fig. 4 differs from the embodiment described with reference to fig. 2 in that the 2 nd user 40 evaluates the cleaning work performed by the cleaning manufacturer 30 instead of the owner 20. According to the present embodiment, first, for example, as in the embodiment described with reference to fig. 2, the 1 st user 40 transmits image data of an image of the vehicle 120 at the riding place 212 to the management server 110. The management server 110 stores the image data in an arbitrary storage device.
After the management server 110 receives the image data of the vehicle 120, the cleaning manufacturer 30 cleans the vehicle 120, for example, as in the embodiment described with reference to fig. 2. When the cleaning of vehicle 120 is completed, vehicle 120 moves to riding place 222.
Next, according to the present embodiment, when the management server 110 detects that the 2 nd user 40 is present in the vicinity of the vehicle 120 at the riding place 222, the management server 110 transmits the image data of the image captured by the 1 st user 40 to the communication terminal 42 of the 2 nd user 40. The management server 110 may transmit an instruction to the communication terminal 42 to output the above-described image to the image output apparatus of the communication terminal 42. Thereby, the communication terminal 42 presents the image to the 2 nd user 40.
In the present embodiment, the 2 nd user 40 can reliably confirm the state of the vehicle 120 after cleaning. More specifically, the 2 nd user 40 can reliably confirm the vehicle 120 in a state where the third person does not use the vehicle 120, during a period from when the cleaner 30 cleans the vehicle 120 to when the 2 nd user 40 wants to use the vehicle 120.
Next, the 2 nd user 40 compares the image captured by the 1 st user 40 with the real object of the vehicle 120, and the 2 nd user 40 evaluates the cleaning work performed by the cleaning manufacturer 30. For example, the 2 nd user 40 inputs evaluation of a cleaning work performed by the cleaning manufacturer 30 using the communication terminal 42. The communication terminal 42 transmits the information on the above-described evaluation input by the 2 nd user 40 to the management server 110. The management server 110 stores information related to the above-described evaluation in an arbitrary storage device. Thereby, the evaluation system 100 can execute the evaluation job performed by the 2 nd user 40.
Next, when the management server 110 receives the information indicating the evaluation performed by the 2 nd user 40 from the communication terminal 42 of the 2 nd user 40, the management server 110 transmits the information indicating the evaluation performed by the 2 nd user 40 to the communication terminal 22 of the owner 20. In addition, the management server 110 may transmit information indicating the evaluation performed by the 2 nd user 40 to the communication terminal 22 of the owner 20 in response to a request from the owner 20. Thus, the evaluation system 100 can execute the evaluation job performed by the owner 20.
In the present embodiment, the details of the evaluation method are described by taking as an example a case where the management server 110 transmits the image data of the image captured by the 1 st user 40 to the communication terminal 42 of the 2 nd user 40, and the communication terminal 42 of the 2 nd user 40 presents the image to the 2 nd user 40. However, the evaluation method is not limited to this embodiment. In other embodiments, the management server 110 may transmit image data of the image captured by the 1 st user 40 to the vehicle 120. The image output device mounted on vehicle 120 may present the image to the 2 nd user 40.
In the present embodiment, the details of the evaluation method are described by taking as an example a case where the management server 110 transmits the image data of the vehicle 120 when the management server 110 detects that the 2 nd user 40 is located in the vicinity of the vehicle 120 at the riding place 222. However, the evaluation method is not limited to this embodiment. The management server 110 may transmit image data of an image captured by the 1 st user 40 to at least one of the communication terminal 42 and the vehicle 120 at an arbitrary point in time. In this case, for example, when at least one of the management server 110, the vehicle 120, and the communication terminal 42 of the 2 nd user 40 detects that the 2 nd user 40 is located near the vehicle 120 at the riding place 222, the image may be presented to the 2 nd user 40 by at least one of the vehicle 120 and the communication terminal 42 of the 2 nd user 40.
In the embodiment described with reference to fig. 4, the 2 nd user 40 may capture the image of the vehicle 120 at the riding place 222 and may transmit the image data of the image of the vehicle 120 captured at the riding place 222 to the management server 110. At this time, the management server 110 may transmit information indicating the evaluation performed by the 2 nd user 40, the image data of the image captured by the 1 st user 40, and the image data of the image captured by the 2 nd user 40 to the communication terminal 22 of the owner 20. The owner 20 can evaluate the evaluation job of the 2 nd user 40 based on the above information.
For example, the owner 20 inputs an evaluation of an evaluation job for the 2 nd user 40 using the communication terminal 22.
4, as in the embodiment described with reference to fig. 3, the 1 st user 40 may photograph the vehicle 120 at the boarding location 212 and the alighting location 214, and image data of images of the vehicle 120 photographed at the boarding location 212 and the alighting location 214 may be transmitted to the management server 110. The 2 nd user 40 may photograph the vehicle 120 at the boarding point 222 and the alighting point 224, and may transmit image data of images of the vehicle 120 photographed at the boarding point 222 and the alighting point 224 to the management server 110.
The embodiment described with reference to fig. 5 differs from the embodiment described with reference to fig. 4 in that the owner 20 is the 2 nd user 40. In the present embodiment, the management server 110 is different from the embodiment described with reference to fig. 4 in that, after receiving the information indicating the evaluation of the cleaning job by the cleaning manufacturer 30, the management server may not transmit the information to the communication terminal 22 of the owner 20. The embodiment described with reference to fig. 5 may have the same configuration as the embodiment described with reference to fig. 4, with respect to features other than the above-described difference.
According to the embodiment described with reference to fig. 6, the point that the image data of the image captured by the 1 st user 40 at the departure point 214 is transmitted to the communication terminal 42 of the 2 nd user 40 via the vehicle 120 instead of the management server 110 is different from the embodiment described with reference to fig. 4. According to the present embodiment, first, for example, as in the embodiment described with reference to fig. 2, the 1 st user 40 takes an image of the vehicle 120 at the riding place 212. In the present embodiment, the 1 st user 40 transmits image data of an image of the vehicle 120 to the vehicle 120 using the communication terminal 42.
The communication terminal 42 may transmit information that image data representing an image of the vehicle 120 is transmitted to the vehicle 120 to the management server 110. The 1 st user 40 can transmit image data of the image of the vehicle 120 to the management server 110 and the vehicle 120 by using the communication terminal 42. The image data of the image of the vehicle 120 may be an example of information indicating that the image data of the image of the vehicle 120 is transmitted to the vehicle 120.
Next, the vehicle 120 stores the image data in an arbitrary storage device. Vehicle 120 may store the image data in a storage device mounted on vehicle 120. Vehicle 120 may transmit information indicating that vehicle 120 has received the image data to management server 110.
After vehicle 120 receives the image data of vehicle 120, cleaner 30 cleans vehicle 120, for example, in the same manner as in the embodiment described with reference to fig. 2. When the cleaning of vehicle 120 is completed, vehicle 120 moves to riding place 222.
Next, according to the present embodiment, when the vehicle 120 detects that the 2 nd user 40 is present in the vicinity of the vehicle 120 at the riding place 222, the vehicle 120 transmits the image data of the image captured by the 1 st user 40 to the communication terminal 42 of the 2 nd user 40. Vehicle 120 may transmit an instruction to communication terminal 42 for outputting the above-described image to the image output device of communication terminal 42. Thereby, the communication terminal 42 presents the image to the 2 nd user 40.
Thereafter, for example, the 2 nd user 40 evaluates the cleaning work performed by the cleaning manufacturer 30, as in the embodiment described with reference to fig. 4. For example, the 2 nd user 40 inputs evaluation of the cleaning work performed by the cleaning manufacturer 30 using the communication terminal 42. The communication terminal 42 transmits the information on the above-described evaluation input by the 2 nd user 40 to the management server 110. The management server 110 stores information related to the above-described evaluation in an arbitrary storage device. For example, the management server 110 may transmit information indicating the evaluation by the 2 nd user 40 to the communication terminal 22 of the owner 20, as in the embodiment described with reference to fig. 4. Thus, the evaluation system 100 can execute an evaluation job by at least one of the owner 20 and the 2 nd user 40.
