401. when the electronic equipment is in the wrong question information acquisition mode, the electronic equipment detects whether other electronic equipment in the wrong question information acquisition mode exists in the environment where the electronic equipment is located, and if so, the steps 402 to 406 are executed; if not, ending the process, wherein a plurality of electronic devices are provided with wrong question information acquisition modes.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user of the electronic equipment makes questions, one or more electronic equipment in the wrong question information acquisition mode can exist in the environment where the user is located at the same time, for example, electronic equipment such as a tablet computer, a teaching machine, a smart phone, a smart watch, a smart desk lamp and a digital pen in the wrong question information acquisition mode can exist in the environment where the user is located at the same time; when any one electronic device starts the wrong-question information acquisition mode, other electronic devices in the wrong-question information acquisition mode in the same environment can be detected, and if other electronic devices exist, the device acquisition information of the other electronic devices can be integrated to determine the personal information of a user of the electronic device.

Therefore, the mode of acquiring the second equipment acquisition information of other electronic equipment by the electronic equipment is diversified.
403. The electronic device determines personal information of a user of the electronic device from the user information of the first device collected information and the user information of the second device collected information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electronic device can combine the same user information in the user information of the first device acquisition information and the user information of the second device acquisition information and count the number of each user information, the electronic device can determine the user information with the largest number as the personal information of the user of the electronic device, and if the number of the user information with the largest number is not unique, the electronic device can determine the personal information of the user of the electronic device by acquiring the facial image of the current user of the electronic device through the image acquisition module and performing face identification on the facial image.
As an optional implementation manner, the first device collected information further includes a first device type of the electronic device, the second device collected information further includes a second device type of another electronic device, and the manner for the electronic device to determine the personal information of the user of the electronic device from the user information of the first device collected information and the user information of the second device collected information may include the following steps:
the electronic equipment detects whether a target equipment type matched with the personal equipment type exists in the first equipment type and the second equipment type;
if the target user information exists, the electronic equipment determines the target user information matched with the type of the target equipment from the user information of the first equipment collected information and the user information of the second equipment collected information, and determines the target user information as the personal information of the user of the electronic equipment.
By implementing the embodiment, the device types of the electronic device and other electronic devices can be determined, and the user information corresponding to the electronic device with the personal device type can be determined as the personal information of the current user of the electronic device, so that the accuracy of determining the personal information of the user of the electronic device is improved.
Optionally, if a target device type matching the personal device type does not exist in the first device type and the second device type, the electronic device may consider that the electronic device and other electronic devices in the environment where the current user is located are both common type electronic devices, and therefore the electronic device cannot determine the personal information of the user of the electronic device from the first device type or the second device type, and the electronic device may determine the personal information of the user of the electronic device by acquiring a facial image of the current user of the electronic device through the image acquisition module and by performing face recognition on the facial image, thereby ensuring accuracy of the personal information of the user of the electronic device.

By implementing the implementation mode, the service equipment can feed back whether the target electronic equipment for carrying out wrong question acquisition on the current user of the electronic equipment exists in the environment where the electronic equipment is located or not by sending acquisition inquiry information to the service equipment, and if the target electronic equipment does not exist, the electronic equipment is controlled to start a wrong question information acquisition mode, so that repeated wrong question acquisition on the same user by a plurality of electronic equipment is avoided, and the probability of repeated wrong question acquisition is reduced.

The identifying unit 503 is configured to identify error problem information from the target image acquired by the first acquiring unit 502, and send the error problem information and the personal information acquired by the adjusting unit 501 to a service device matched with the electronic device, so that the service device stores the error problem information into an error problem set matched with the personal information.
As an optional implementation manner, the manner of identifying the error topic information from the target image by the identifying unit 503 may specifically be:
identifying test questions and current answers corresponding to the test questions from the target image through an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology;
acquiring standard answers corresponding to the test questions;
judging whether the current answer is consistent with the standard answer;
if not, determining the test question as an error test question, and determining the error test question, the current answer and the standard answer as error question information.
By implementing the implementation mode, the test questions and the current answers written by the user of the electronic equipment corresponding to the test questions can be identified from the target image through the OCR technology, the standard answers of the test questions can be obtained, whether the current answers written by the user are correct or not can be determined by comparing the current answers with the standard answers, if the current answers written by the user are incorrect, the test question can be determined to be a wrong test question by the user, namely, the test question is a wrong test question, the current answers and the standard answers can be determined to be wrong question information, and the accuracy and the comprehensiveness of the determination of the wrong question information are improved.
Optionally, the manner of obtaining the standard answer corresponding to the test question by the identifying unit 503 may specifically be:
identifying whether a two-dimensional code corresponding to the test question exists in the target image through an image identification technology;
if yes, scanning the two-dimensional code to obtain a standard answer corresponding to the test question;
if not, identifying the theme of the test question through a semantic identification technology;
and analyzing the theme through a deep learning algorithm to obtain a standard answer of the test question.
By implementing the implementation mode, when the two-dimensional code corresponding to the test question exists in the target image, the standard answer corresponding to the test question can be read by scanning the two-dimensional code, if the two-dimensional code does not exist in the target image, the thematic identification can be carried out on the test question, and the standard answer of the test question can be determined according to the comprehension of the thematic identification.
Therefore, by implementing the electronic device described in fig. 5, the electronic device can avoid acquiring wrong question information with an input error, and the accuracy of the wrong question information acquired by the electronic device is further improved. In addition, the electronic device described in fig. 5 is implemented, so that the probability of wrong acquisition repetition is reduced. the second collecting unit 504 is configured to control the image collecting module of the electronic device to collect a facial image when the detection result of the first detecting subunit 5011 is negative, where the facial image includes a face of a user of the electronic device;
a first determining unit 505, configured to identify the facial image acquired by the second acquiring unit 504 based on a plurality of facial images stored in advance, and determine a target facial image matched with the facial image;

By implementing the implementation mode, the facial image of the user can be acquired through the image acquisition module of the electronic equipment, and the acquired facial image is compared with the pre-stored face image to determine the personal information of the user, so that the accuracy of determining the personal information of the user is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the first adjusting subunit 5013 of the electronic device shown in fig. 6 may include:
the sensing module 50131 is used for sensing the direction information of the hand of the user relative to the electronic equipment through an infrared sensing module arranged on the electronic equipment;

when the electronic equipment is in a wrong-question information acquisition mode, acquiring personal information of a user of the electronic equipment, and adjusting a shooting area of an image acquisition module of the electronic equipment so as to enable the shooting area to comprise an answer page;
controlling the image acquisition module to acquire a target image containing the answer page;
and identifying error question information from the target image, and sending the error question information and the personal information to service equipment matched with the electronic equipment so that the service equipment stores the error question information into an error question set matched with the personal information.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the electronic device is in a wrong-answer information collection mode, acquiring personal information of a user of the electronic device, and adjusting a shooting area of an image collection module of the electronic device so that the shooting area includes an answer page, comprises:
when the electronic equipment is in a wrong question information acquisition mode, detecting whether the equipment type of the electronic equipment is a personal equipment type;
if yes, acquiring the pre-stored personal information of the user of the electronic equipment;
and adjusting the shooting area of the image acquisition module of the electronic equipment so as to enable the shooting area to contain an answer page.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after detecting that the device type of the electronic device is not a personal device type, the method further comprises:
controlling an image acquisition module of the electronic equipment to acquire a facial image, wherein the facial image comprises a face of a user of the electronic equipment;
identifying the facial image based on a plurality of pre-stored personal facial images, and determining a target facial image matched with the facial image;
and determining target information corresponding to the target face image as personal information of a user of the electronic equipment, and executing the adjustment of a shooting area of an image acquisition module of the electronic equipment so as to enable the shooting area to contain an answer page.
4. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the image capturing module is a variable angle camera disposed on the electronic device, and the adjusting of the shooting area of the image capturing module of the electronic device to make the shooting area contain an answer page comprises:
sensing the direction information of the hand of the user relative to the electronic equipment through an infrared sensing module arranged on the electronic equipment;
adjusting the angle of an image acquisition module of the electronic equipment based on the orientation information so that a shooting area of the image acquisition module contains an answer page.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein before the obtaining of the personal information of the user of the electronic device when the electronic device is in the wrong-question information collection mode, the method further comprises:
determining an acquisition range of the electronic equipment;
and when detecting that the time length that the user is in the acquisition range reaches the preset time length, controlling the electronic equipment to start the wrong question information acquisition mode, and determining the user as the user of the electronic equipment.

The method of claim 1, wherein a plurality of electronic devices are provided with a wrong-answer information collection mode, and when the electronic devices are in the wrong-answer information collection mode, the method comprises the steps of obtaining personal information of users of the electronic devices and adjusting a shooting area of an image collection module of the electronic devices so that the shooting area contains answer pages:
when the electronic equipment is in the wrong question information acquisition mode, detecting whether other electronic equipment in the wrong question information acquisition mode exists in the environment where the electronic equipment is located;
if the electronic equipment exists, acquiring first equipment acquisition information of the electronic equipment and acquiring second equipment acquisition information of other electronic equipment, wherein the first equipment acquisition information contains user information of the electronic equipment; the second device acquisition information comprises user information of the other electronic devices;
determining personal information of a user of the electronic device from the user information of the first device acquisition information and the user information of the second device acquisition information;
and adjusting the shooting area of the image acquisition module of the electronic equipment so as to enable the shooting area to contain an answer page.

The method of claim 6, wherein the first device type of the electronic device is further included in the first device acquisition information, the second device type of the other electronic device is further included in the second device acquisition information, and the determining the personal information of the user of the electronic device from the user information of the first device acquisition information and the user information of the second device acquisition information comprises:
detecting whether a target device type matched with a personal device type exists in the first device type and the second device type;
and if the target user information exists, determining the target user information matched with the type of the target equipment from the user information of the first equipment acquisition information and the user information of the second equipment acquisition information, and determining the target user information as the personal information of the user of the electronic equipment.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
