With the continuous increase of labor dispatching enterprises and labor workers, how to improve the level and efficiency of human resource management by using a computer technology is urgent, the biggest problem of human resource management of the labor dispatching enterprises is that the total number of the labor workers changes frequently and the site construction safety problem is solved, and then the labor workers have salary and labor safety disputes, poor management, suggestions of the labor dispatching enterprises and incapability of guaranteeing the benefits of the labor workers due to the fact that the traditional manual management mode lags behind the development requirements of the enterprises, so that the mobile terminal for monitoring the labor dispatching of the human resources and the monitoring system thereof are provided for solving the problems.

The invention aims to solve the defects of lagging manual management mode, high labor dispatching potential safety hazard and unfair salary proportion in the prior art, and provides a mobile terminal for monitoring labor dispatching of human resources and a monitoring system thereof.

The software part of the monitoring module is provided with a work order receiving and confirming module, a technology help seeking module, a health module and a voice talkback module, the software part can realize the feedback of the lower part of the staff site work order and the completion condition of the work order, the operation efficiency is improved, and the technology help seeking module, the health module and the voice talkback module can realize the on-site remote technology guidance and the timely feedback of the self condition of the staff.
The monitoring mobile terminal is also assisted to be connected and is equipped with high definition digtal camera, high definition digtal camera sets up at the production place, high definition digtal camera embeds image processing module, image processing module connects and is equipped with face identification module, action identification module and infrared tracking module, face identification module is used for discerning staff's identity information, action identification module passes through AI technical intelligence discernment action, action identification module is used for discerning staff's action information (like operating specification, wearing of safety protection article), infrared tracking module is used for the continuation of the staff's action of breaking rules and regulations to track the shooting.
The monitoring mobile terminal and the high-definition camera are in communication connection with the central system through the gateway, the monitoring mobile terminal further comprises a developer terminal, the developer terminal has multi-mode modification permission, the developer terminal, the administrator APP and the employee APP are both in identity authentication and connection for the central system through an IP protocol, the central system comprises a computer cluster, a computer cluster is internally provided with a comprehensive management module, a management monitoring module, an identity information module, a storage module and a performance management module, the storage module is a data storage module based on Hadoop and comprises a Hive system, a MapReduce system, an HBase system and an HDFS system.

The department PC end is subdivided into quality control department PC end, production department PC end, financial department PC end and manpower resources portion PC end, quality control department PC end is used for providing production quality information for monitored control system, production department PC end is used for providing the work order for monitored control system, financial department PC end is used for providing salary settlement information (like end salary or work price), manpower resources portion PC end is used for providing staff's information (like skill level, academic calendar etc.) for monitored control system, avoid the construction phenomenon of no evidence, promoted site operation efficiency.
