3. The installation of a metal curtain wall suitable for any curved surface according to claim 1, wherein: the installation process of the metal curtain wall is as follows:
the method comprises the steps of firstly, designing a drawing, namely completing three-dimensional modeling of the metal curtain wall by using BIM according to a two-dimensional drawing of a design institute so as to obtain three-dimensional curved surface data, completing a collision test, and performing field construction after the collision test is passed;
secondly, three-dimensional simulation, namely installing a keel framework on site according to three-dimensional modeling data, wherein the keel framework needs to be calibrated and fixed with a bearing carrier when being installed; after the keel framework is set, comprehensive calibration is carried out, and after the calibration is carried out, the curved plates are arranged;
thirdly, arranging the curved plates, wherein before arranging the curved plates, the curved plates are firstly sent to the keel frameworks in advance according to the number of the length-adjusting pieces or the edge-sealing fixing seats required by each keel framework, and only need to be loaded, and the length-adjusting pieces or the edge-sealing fixing seats are sequentially positioned and fixed; then, the first screw cylinder rotates clockwise or anticlockwise, so that the rear seat and the front seat are spirally close to or far away from each other; thereby achieving the length adjustment, and completing the length adjustment after the length adjustment reaches the preset length; after adjustment, the front seat and the transverse direction adjusting seat are clamped and fixed through bolts, then the rotating rod is movably clamped in the U-shaped bayonet, and nuts are screwed at two ends of the rotating rod; the nut only needs preliminary positioning and does not need to be screwed with the U-shaped bayonet; then, a limit bolt is screwed in the anti-falling hole; thereby forming a transverse rotating rotary opening; the rotating rod is transversely rotated, adjusted to a preset position and then locked by a limiting bolt; completing the adjustment of the transverse angle, then matching the U-shaped seat, the double-end bolt and the longitudinal adjusting seat for longitudinal adjustment, and locking the double-end bolt and the U-shaped seat through a nut; completing longitudinal adjustment and fixation; thereby completing the angle adjustment of the panel seat; finally, fixing the curved plate on the panel seat;
fourthly, fixing the adjacent groups of curved plates, and arranging the first connecting pieces and the second connecting pieces in a transversely and longitudinally staggered manner; then, the inner substrate of the second connecting piece is clamped on the panel seat, the semicircular elastic sheet is screwed with the compression screw, and the other end of the compression screw is screwed on the screw hole seat; then, clamping the outer wrapping edge with an adjacent panel seat; after clamping, the semicircular elastic sheet and the outer wrapping edge are tightened through screwing of a compression screw; thereby finishing the edge sealing installation of the adjacent curved plates;
