Background
Generally, the installation of the metal decorative plate is to manufacture a supporting frame, connect and fix the supporting frame with a main body structure by bolts, and then fix the metal decorative plate on the supporting frame, wherein the installation method is more suitable for the whole building to be a plane decorative surface; however, in the prior art, some curved surfaces cannot be installed, such as the curved surfaces of the following Chinese patent application numbers: 201510159573.3, discloses a double curved surface metal plate curtain wall mounting structure, which comprises a fixed connecting piece and a three-dimensional adjusting piece, wherein the fixed connecting piece is fixedly connected with a main body structure, and the three-dimensional adjusting piece is adjustably connected with the fixed connecting piece in the three-dimensional direction to realize the three-dimensional adjustment of the double curved surface metal plate; the double-curved-surface metal plate curtain wall mounting structure effectively solves the problems of complex installation, inconvenient operation and the like of double-curved-surface metal plates in the existing metal curtain wall mounting structure, realizes the adjustment of the three-dimensional direction position of the double-curved-surface metal plates in the installation process, but has more complicated adjustment process and can not be suitable for some special-shaped curved surfaces; in addition, after the installation, the adjacent curved plates are directly not related; the structural integrity cannot be formed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a metal curtain wall mounting mode suitable for any curved surface, which is characterized in that curved plates are subdivided, a three-axis adjusting support body is adopted at the center of each curved plate, and four ends of each curved plate are laterally connected or obliquely supported, so that the whole supporting strength is ensured, and the metal curtain wall mounting mode can be suitable for any curved surface.

the front end of the front seat is clamped with a transverse direction adjusting seat by adopting a dovetail structure; the upper side and the lower side of the transverse direction adjusting seat are integrally provided with a transverse U-shaped bayonet; the rotating rod is clamped on the inner side of the U-shaped bayonet; the top and the bottom of the rotating rod are respectively and rotatably connected with nuts clamped with the U-shaped bayonets; Furthermore, the back seat and the sealing edge fixing seat are of hoop structures fixed with the keel framework or dovetail structures clamped with the keel framework.
Further, the installation process of the metal curtain wall is as follows:
the method comprises the steps of firstly, designing a drawing, namely completing three-dimensional modeling of the metal curtain wall by using BIM according to a two-dimensional drawing of a design institute so as to obtain three-dimensional curved surface data, completing a collision test, and performing field construction after the collision test is passed;
secondly, three-dimensional simulation, namely installing a keel framework on site according to three-dimensional modeling data, wherein the keel framework needs to be calibrated and fixed with a bearing carrier when being installed; after the keel framework is set, comprehensive calibration is carried out, and after the calibration is carried out, the curved plates are arranged;
thirdly, arranging the curved plates, wherein before arranging the curved plates, the curved plates are firstly sent to the keel frameworks in advance according to the number of the length-adjusting pieces or the edge-sealing fixing seats required by each keel framework, and only need to be loaded, and the length-adjusting pieces or the edge-sealing fixing seats are sequentially positioned and fixed; then, the first screw cylinder rotates clockwise or anticlockwise, so that the rear seat and the front seat are spirally close to or far away from each other; thereby achieving the length adjustment, and completing the length adjustment after the length adjustment reaches the preset length; after adjustment, the front seat and the transverse direction adjusting seat are clamped and fixed through bolts, then the rotating rod is movably clamped in the U-shaped bayonet, and nuts are screwed at two ends of the rotating rod; the nut only needs preliminary positioning and does not need to be screwed with the U-shaped bayonet; then, a limit bolt is screwed in the anti-falling hole; thereby forming a transverse rotating rotary opening; the rotating rod is transversely rotated, adjusted to a preset position and then locked by a limiting bolt; completing the adjustment of the transverse angle, then matching the U-shaped seat, the double-end bolt and the longitudinal adjusting seat for longitudinal adjustment, and locking the double-end bolt and the U-shaped seat through a nut; completing longitudinal adjustment and fixation; thereby completing the angle adjustment of the panel seat; finally, fixing the curved plate on the panel seat;
fourthly, fixing the adjacent groups of curved plates, and arranging the first connecting pieces and the second connecting pieces in a transversely and longitudinally staggered manner; then, the inner substrate of the second connecting piece is clamped on the panel seat, the semicircular elastic sheet is screwed with the compression screw, and the other end of the compression screw is screwed on the screw hole seat; then, clamping the outer wrapping edge with an adjacent panel seat; after clamping, the semicircular elastic sheet and the outer wrapping edge are tightened through screwing of a compression screw; thereby finishing the edge sealing installation of the adjacent curved plates;
fifthly, drawing in the panel seat, wherein the drawing is divided into full drawing, half drawing and end drawing according to the position of the panel, and the full drawing is arranged at the end part, the middle part and the large corner; semi-traction is arranged on the panel adjacent to the middle part and the end part; end-drawing to form a residual panel; the full traction adopts four-end traction formed by two length adjusting parts and four right-angle seats, the half traction is traction at two ends of one side formed by one length adjusting part and two right-angle seats, the end traction adopts one end traction formed by one length adjusting part and one right-angle seat, and the adjacent end traction is vertically staggered and horizontally staggered; finally, connecting the connecting plate with a screw hole lug of the connecting plate for connection and fixation; thereby completing the back integral traction; during traction, hard traction is completed through the adjustment of the deviation angle of the right-angle seat and the forward and reverse rotation of the second screw cylinder.

Compared with the prior art, the invention is suitable for the installation mode of the metal curtain wall with any curved surface, subdivides the curved plates, adopts the three-axis adjustment support body for the center of each curved plate, and performs side connection or inclined bracing on four ends of the curved plate, thereby ensuring the whole support strength and being suitable for any curved surface.

as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the installation method of the metal curtain wall suitable for any curved surface includes a transverse or longitudinal keel frame 1 which is arranged in the direction of the curved surface and has a curved structure, the keel frame is arranged and installed in the direction of the curved surface according to the need, then a three-axis adjusting member is arranged on the keel frame and serves as a point support to support the curved plates, the curved plates at the front ends of the three-axis adjusting member are differentiated and refined as much as possible, so that each curved plate is as flat as possible and cannot be processed into a flat surface, the curved surfaces are directly processed on the curved plates, and when the curved surfaces need to be processed, a plurality of curved plates matched with the curved plate seat are required to be arranged on the panel seat; the three-axis adjusting piece comprises an adjusting length piece fixed with the keel framework; the length adjusting piece comprises a rear seat 2 installed with the keel framework, and the front end of the rear seat 2 is of a bolt structure; the front end of the rear seat 2 is screwed with a first screw cylinder 3; and a front seat 4 screwed with the first screw cylinder; the first screw cylinder is screwed clockwise or anticlockwise, and because the threads of the front seat and the rear seat are opposite, the front seat and the rear seat are close to or far away from each other in the screwing process, so that the rotary motion is converted into horizontal movement; the front end of the front seat 4 is clamped with a transverse direction adjusting seat 5 by adopting a dovetail structure; the upper side and the lower side of the transverse direction adjusting seat 5 are integrally provided with a transverse U-shaped bayonet 6; the inner side of the U-shaped bayonet 6 is clamped with a rotating rod 7; the top and the bottom of the rotating rod 7 are respectively screwed with nuts 8 which are clamped with the U-shaped bayonet; The installation process of the metal curtain wall is as follows:

thirdly, arranging the curved plates, wherein before arranging the curved plates, the curved plates are firstly sent to the keel frameworks in advance according to the number of the length-adjusting pieces or the edge-sealing fixing seats required by each keel framework, and only need to be loaded, and the length-adjusting pieces or the edge-sealing fixing seats are sequentially positioned and fixed; then, the first screw cylinder rotates clockwise or anticlockwise, so that the rear seat and the front seat are spirally close to or far away from each other; thereby achieving the length adjustment, and completing the length adjustment after the length adjustment reaches the preset length; after adjustment, the front seat and the transverse direction adjusting seat are clamped and fixed through bolts, then the rotating rod is movably clamped in the U-shaped bayonet, and nuts are screwed at two ends of the rotating rod; the nut only needs preliminary positioning and does not need to be screwed with the U-shaped bayonet; then, a limit bolt is screwed in the anti-falling hole; thereby forming a transverse rotating rotary opening; the rotating rod is transversely rotated, adjusted to a preset position and then locked by a limiting bolt; completing the adjustment of the transverse angle, then matching the U-shaped seat, the double-end bolt and the longitudinal adjusting seat for longitudinal adjustment, and locking the double-end bolt and the U-shaped seat through a nut; completing longitudinal adjustment and fixation; thereby completing the angle adjustment of the panel seat; finally, fixing the curved plate on the panel seat;
fourthly, fixing the adjacent groups of curved plates, and arranging the first connecting pieces and the second connecting pieces in a transversely and longitudinally staggered manner; then, the inner substrate of the second connecting piece is clamped on the panel seat, the semicircular elastic sheet is screwed with the compression screw, and the other end of the compression screw is screwed on the screw hole seat; then, clamping the outer wrapping edge with an adjacent panel seat; after clamping, the semicircular elastic sheet and the outer wrapping edge are tightened through screwing of a compression screw; thereby finishing the edge sealing installation of the adjacent curved plates;
fifthly, drawing in the panel seat, wherein the drawing is divided into full drawing, half drawing and end drawing according to the position of the panel, and the full drawing is arranged at the end part, the middle part and the large corner; semi-traction is arranged on the panel adjacent to the middle part and the end part; end-drawing to form a residual panel; the full traction adopts four-end traction formed by two length adjusting parts and four right-angle seats, the half traction is traction at two ends of one side formed by one length adjusting part and two right-angle seats, the end traction adopts one end traction formed by one length adjusting part and one right-angle seat, and the adjacent end traction is vertically staggered and horizontally staggered; finally, connecting the connecting plate with a screw hole lug of the connecting plate for connection and fixation; thereby completing the back integral traction; during traction, hard traction is completed through the adjustment of the deviation angle of the right-angle seat and the forward and reverse rotation of the second screw cylinder.
