随着工业的发达,商品消费扩大,销售竞争日益激烈,商品包装的重要性逐渐增加。商品包装通常分为外包装和内包装。外包装的主要功能是通过装饰吸引消费者的关注,同时提供商品识别功能,内包装是可以根据商品的特性和功能,对该商品具有物理或化学保护的作用。
商品包装盘(tray)属于内包装材料的一种,是使用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料或纸或合成树脂板成型为立体结构使其具有与该商品外形相应的商品收容部的包装容器。
现有的专利第10-1018133号(2011年02月21日)中介绍了将多个饼干类食品以捆单位销售时可以使用的立体形状的饼干类包装容器,注册实用新型第20-0468938号(2013年09月03日)公开了将用纸或合成树脂形成的平行六面体形状的上面切开一部分后折叠而使其内部形成商品收容空间的商品包装盘。
此外开发了多种可以有效用作商品包装盘材料的合成树脂板(也称薄膜)。例如,专利第10-0270480号(2000年08月02日)介绍了一种以聚丙烯树脂为中心层,在其两面共挤压表面层制成的无延伸、无光泽层压薄膜。所述表面层中一面以具有热合性的无光泽层构成,可以有效用作食品包装材料或者医用包装材料。

本发明的目的在于提供一种制造由上部层和上部层两层结构组成的共挤压层压板,且上部层的表面呈现如山羊皮(suede)或植绒(flocking)布般又短又柔的拉绒的质感和触感,因此特别适合制造商品包装盘(tray)的共挤压层压板的制造方法。
技术方案
本发明的商品包装盘用共挤压层压板的制造方法是,优选地,包括:A)由聚苯乙烯95~98重量百分率和辅助添加剂2~5重量百分率组成的下部层组合的制备步骤;B)由聚苯乙烯50~80重量百分率和聚乙烯3~8重量百分率、重碳酸钠2~5重量百分率、皂石粉末7~12重量百分率、SBS嵌段共聚物混合物3~10重量百分率、SBR3~10重量百分率以及辅助添加剂2~5重量百分率组成的上部层组合物的制备步骤;C)将所述下部层组合物和所述上部层组合物在190~210℃温度下共挤压成下部层和上部层的厚度以8:2~9.5:0.5比率挤压的层压板的步骤;D)将所述层压板在20~35℃的温度下冷却和干燥的步骤。
【有益效果】
根据本发明制造的共挤压层压板是,其有益效果在于,上部层的表面呈现如山羊皮(suede)或植绒(flocking)布般又短又柔的拉绒的质感和触感,因此如果用作商品包装盘(tray),可以装饰该商品的形象显得高档。

具体实施方式
下面详述本发明。但即便是实施本发明所必要的结构,但现有技术中已有介绍或者本领域普通技术人员可根据公知技术容易实施的内容是不再详述。
下面按A)步骤至D)步骤分别说明本发明的商品包装盘用共挤压层压板的制造方法。
首先在A步骤)制备下部层组合物。所述下部层组合物由聚苯乙烯95~98重量百分率和辅助添加剂2~5重量百分率组成。
所述聚苯乙烯是构成本发明层压板的基础树脂,无色,透明,具有耐水性、耐药品性和成型性优良等优点,当前广泛用作各种包装材料。
所述辅助添加剂优选地使用母料用基础树脂和颜料以及包括增白剂、分散剂等普通添加剂的母料(master batch)型辅助添加剂。
所述下部层组合物中,所述聚苯乙烯和所述辅助添加剂的含量是事实上不具备显著的技术意义。
然后在B)步骤制备上部层组合物。所述上部层组合物由聚苯乙烯50~80重量百分率和聚乙烯3~8重量百分率、重碳酸钠2~5重量百分率、皂石粉末7~12重量百分率、SBS嵌段共聚物3~10重量百分率、SBR3~10重量百分率以及辅助添加剂2~5重量在分率组成。
所述上部层组合物组成成分中,聚苯乙烯是组成上部层的基础树脂。因此用于上部层的聚苯乙烯和辅助添加剂是使用与所述A)步骤的下部层组合物相同的组成成分。
所述聚苯乙烯是与聚乙烯一起构成上部层的基础树脂,与所述重碳酸钠起化学作用,最终在层压板的表面呈现如无光泽的柔软的皮或布般既柔软又短的拉绒的质感和触感。
所述聚乙烯的含量小于3重量百分率时,上部层的表面过于光滑,无法实现预期的质感和触感,反之超过8重量百分率时,商品包装盘的表面出现如喷火口般无规则的微小槽痕。
所述重碳酸钠(Sodium Bicarbonate,化学式NasHCO3)是本发明独特的组成要素之一,也称为碳酸氢钠(Sodium hydrogen carbonate)或小苏打,或者重曹。
所述重碳酸钠是白色结晶块或者结晶性粉末,易溶于水而被水解,具有约在65℃以上缓慢发生二氧化碳的特征,主要用作食品添加剂,例如,制作面包或者饼干时,可以使材料膨胀,使味道和口感变好,并软化使其易于消化。
但本发明中,与所述聚乙烯以及以下说明的皂石粉末起化学作用,在上部层表面呈现如皮或布般柔软的质感和触感。所述重碳酸钠的含量取决于所述聚乙烯的含量。
所述皂石(soapstone)粉末是与滑石粉末同样意义上使用的自然石的一种。所述皂石即滑石是化学式为Mg3Si4O10(OH)2的单斜晶系的矿物,自然产矿物中硬度最低,具有容易被刀刮伤的性质。尤其表面的触感如肥皂般又柔又光滑而具有脂肪感,比重为2.58~2.83,颜色是成分纯粹时呈白色,但根据杂质的含量也呈绿色。
皂石的用途是根据纯度不一样,白色度达90以上的高纯度皂石主要用作白色石板笔和化妆品,尤其是婴儿爽身粉(baby powder)的主要原料,此外还用作瓷砖或陶瓷等窑业材料、涂料原料、造纸工业材料、洗面工具、润滑剂、皮鞋油等原料。
但在本发明中,与所述重碳酸钠起化学作用,使上部层表面呈现如皮或布般又柔又短的拉绒的质感和触感。所述重碳酸钠的含量取决于所述聚乙烯的含量。
然后所述SBS(Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)嵌段共聚物使上部层的组织变得柔软,防止上部层裂开的现象,因此优先地使用对所述SBS嵌段共聚物60~70重量百分率还包括乳化油(Emulsifiable oil)30~40重量百分率的混合物。而且所述乳化油是可以使用加氢石油重烷烃馏分[Distillates(petroleum),hydrotreatedheavy paraffinic]。
最后所述SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber:丁苯橡胶)是代表性天然橡胶的一种,与所述SBS嵌段共聚物一起使上部层的组织变得柔软,防止上部层开裂的现象。
然后C)步骤是,将所述下部层组合物和所述上部层组合物分别在75℃的温度下约干燥30分钟左右排掉水分以后,在190~210℃的温度下共挤出成上部层层压在下部层上的层压板。
此时,所述下部层和上部层的厚度比率是以8:2~9.5:0.5为宜,下部层组合物是在200℃温度下,上部层组合物是在195℃的温度下共挤压为宜。本发明的共挤压层压板是,下部层的厚度远厚于上部层,进而所述下部层组合物的挤压量远远多于上部层组合物,因此对这些进行共挤压时,下部层组合物的挤压温度比上部层组合物约高5℃左右为宜。
如果所述下部层和上部层的厚度比率小于8:2或者超过9.5:0.5,则上部层的表面不出现所需的图案,或者可能会发生下部层和上部层相互分离的脱层现象。
最后D)步骤,将所述层压板在20~35℃的温度下冷却,进而本发明的共挤压层压板的制作得以完成。在所述D)步骤利用冷却滚筒将所述层压板冷却为宜。
根据本发明的制造的层压板是,通过所述上部层组合物中包含的聚乙烯和重碳酸钠以及皂石粉末的化学作用,在上部层表面呈现如山羊皮(suede)或植绒(flocking)布般又短又柔的拉绒的质感和触感。
下面说明本发明的实施例。但这些实施例仅用以进一步阐述本发明的内容,本发明的权利要求范围并不限于这些实施例。
[实施例]
按下表1的组成成分和含量(单位:重量百分率)分别制备下部层组合物和上部层组合物。

所述[表1]中,SBS嵌段共聚物是使用了锦湖石油化学的“KRT301”产品。所述“KRT301”产品是由SBS嵌段共聚物65~66重量百分率和加氢石油重烷烃馏分32~34重量百分率,以及添加剂1~2重量百分率组成。而且所述SBR(丁苯橡胶)是使用了INEOSStyrolution Korea Ltd.的“K-Resin”的产品。
各实施例中使用的母料是使用了韩国(株)D塑料的“M/B深褐色7838”产品。所述“深褐色7838”产品是由聚苯乙烯树脂82.3重量百分率、白色颜料4重量百分率、黄色颜料1.1重量百分率、红色颜料0.5重量百分率、黑色颜料0.1重量百分率、其它添加剂12重量百分率组成,整体呈现淡褐色。
将所述表1的下部层组合物和上部层组合物分别在75℃的温度下,约干燥30分钟左右排掉水分。然后将所述下部层组合物和上部层组合物放入共挤出装置,所述下部层组合物是在200℃温度下,所述上部层组合物是在195℃的温度下共挤出,进而挤压出1mm厚度的层压板。此时所述层压板是,下部层的厚度达0.75mm,上部层的厚度达0.25mm。
然后使所述层压板从温度25℃的三级冷却滚筒之间通过同时冷却,进而制成本发明的合成树脂层压板。其中对根据所述实施例1制造的共挤出层压板,用智能手机显微镜白相机将上部层的表面状态放大10倍率拍摄以后,将该放大照片收录到附图1中。
如附图1的放大照片中所示,根据本发明制造的商品包装盘用共挤压层压板是,上部层的表面呈现如山羊皮(suede)或植绒(suede)布般又短又柔的拉绒的质感和触感。
本发明中,为了便利,以商品包装盘作为根据本发明制造的共挤压层压板的用途,但所述层压板可根据需求,还可以用于其它用途。

Claims (4)

1.一种商品包装盘用共挤压层压板的制造方法,其特征在于,
该制造步骤包括:
A)由聚苯乙烯95~98重量百分率和辅助添加剂2~5重量百分率组成的下部层组合的制备步骤;
B)由聚苯乙烯50~80重量百分率和聚乙烯3~8重量百分率、重碳酸钠2~5重量百分率、皂石粉末7~12重量百分率、SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)嵌段共聚物混合物3~10重量百分率、SBR(丁苯橡胶)3~10重量百分率以及辅助添加剂2~5重量百分率组成的上部层组合物的制备步骤;
C)将所述下部层组合物和所述上部层组合物在190~210℃温度下共挤压成下部层和上部层的厚度以8:2~9.5:0.5比率挤压的层压板的步骤;
D)将所述层压板在20~35℃的温度下冷却和干燥的步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的商品包装盘用共挤压层压板的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述A)步骤的下部层组合物和所述B)步骤的上部层组合物中使用的辅助剂是分别包括颜料、增白剂、分散剂的母料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的商品包装盘用共挤压层压板的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述B)步骤的SBS嵌段共聚物是使用在所述SBS嵌段共聚物60~70重量百分率还包括加氢石油重烷烃馏分30~40重量百分率的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的商品包装盘用共挤压层压板的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述C)步骤中,所述下部层组合物是在200℃温度下,所述上部层组合物是在195℃的温度下共挤压。
