The invention discloses an additive with Chinese angelica aroma style characteristics, which comprises the following components in part by weight: 10-50mg/kg of 3-propylenediyl-1-isobenzofuranone; isovaleric acid 0.2-4 mg/kg; 0.1-0.5mg/kg ethyl decanoate. The additive with the angelica fragrance style characteristic is prepared by combining 3-propylidene-1-isobenzofuranone with medicinal herb taste, isovaleric acid with sour taste, ethyl decanoate with fruity wine fragrance and a solvent, and has obvious angelica fragrance and rich fragrance. Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco, and particularly relates to an additive with Chinese angelica aroma style characteristics and a cigarette containing the additive.

Background

The natural angelica fragrance flavor in the market is mainly an angelica extract, and has the difference of raw material varieties caused by different factors such as soil, climate, growth environment and the like, and the quality stability of the product cannot be guaranteed; meanwhile, in the preparation process, the preparation method mainly adopts separation and enrichment means such as organic solvent extraction, steam distillation and the like, so that inactive ingredients such as pigments and vegetable wax which affect the aroma quality are more or less mixed in the obtained product; hidden troubles are buried for the stable product quality in the food and daily chemical industries.

At present, the research of the angelica extract or spice extraction process in the prior art is mainly aimed at, and the research of obtaining the angelica aroma style characteristic additive by compounding the components is not reported.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an additive with angelica sinensis fragrant style characteristic, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight based on the weight of the additive with angelica sinensis fragrant style characteristic:

10-50mg/kg of 3-propylenediyl-1-isobenzofuranone;

isovaleric acid 0.2-4 mg/kg;

0.1-0.5mg/kg ethyl decanoate.

That is, 10-50mg of 3-propyleneimine-1-isobenzofuranone is included per kg of the additive having characteristic of Chinese angelica aroma style; 0.2-4mg isovaleric acid; 0.1-0.5mg of ethyl decanoate.

Preferably, the additive with angelica sinensis scent style characteristics further comprises a solvent selected from ethanol, triacetin or a mixture of propylene glycol and glycerol.

Preferably, the volume concentration of the ethanol is 50-85%; the volume ratio of the propylene glycol to the glycerol is 3:1-1: 1.

Further preferably, the additive with the Chinese angelica aroma style characteristic also comprises 5 to 20 percent of beta-cyclodextrin or 15 to 30 percent of pregelatinized starch on the basis of mass percentage.

The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the additive with the angelica sinensis fragrant style characteristics, which comprises the following steps: according to the composition content of the additive, the 3-propylidene-1-isobenzofuranone, the isovaleric acid and the ethyl decanoate are taken, the solvent is added, the oscillation is carried out for 5-30min at the room temperature so as to fully dissolve the raw materials, the uniform solution is prepared and then is barreled, and the barreled solution is placed in a dark and cool place and is stored for 12-48h, so that the additive with the angelica fragrance style characteristic in a liquid form is obtained.

In a preferred embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, after shaking for 5-30min, beta-cyclodextrin or pregelatinized starch is added and stored for 5-30h to obtain the additive with angelica aroma style characteristics in solid form.

In a third aspect, the invention provides a cigarette containing the additive with the angelica sinensis fragrant style characteristic.

Preferably, the cigarette filter tip is added into the cigarette filter tip according to the dosage of 0.5-1 mu L per filter tip, the cigarette sample is rolled by the Yunyan tobacco (soft treasure) leaf group, and other auxiliary materials and additives are kept unchanged to prepare the cigarette sample.

Preferably, the cigarette sample is prepared by spraying the cigarette paper surface with the dosage of 0.5-1.5 mL/hectogram bobbin paper, rolling the cigarette sample by adopting Hongta (classic) leaf group, and keeping the rest auxiliary materials and additives unchanged.

Preferably, the additive is sprayed on the surface of the cut tobacco of the cigarette according to the dosage of 0.05-2.00 mL/hectogram cut tobacco, the cigarette sample is rolled by adopting Hongta (legend) leaf group, and other auxiliary materials and additives are kept unchanged to prepare the cigarette sample.

Preferably, the cigarette sample is prepared by spraying the amount of 0.02-1.00 mL/hectogram electrically heated cigarette tobacco to the surface of the electrically heated cigarette tobacco, rolling the cigarette sample by M tobacco shreds of the electrically heated cigarette by adopting Yunan Zhongyan cigarette, and keeping the rest auxiliary materials and additives unchanged.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the additive with the angelica fragrance style characteristic is prepared by combining 3-propylidene-1-isobenzofuranone with medicinal herb flavor, isovaleric acid with sour flavor, ethyl decanoate with fruit wine flavor and a solvent, and has obvious angelica fragrance and rich fragrance.

2. The additive with the angelica sinensis aroma style characteristics can be applied to perfuming different parts of cigarette tobacco shreds, filter tips, cigarette paper and the like, can endow the cigarette with vivid angelica sinensis aroma, can increase the cigarette aroma, and has the effects of increasing the richness of the cigarette aroma, reducing stimulation, relieving miscellaneous gas, increasing the angelica sinensis aroma and improving the smoking comfort of the cigarette.

3. The additive with the angelica sinensis aroma style characteristic is simple in composition and free of components which do not contribute to aroma effectively, and the addition amount of the standard substance is small, wherein 10-50mg of 3-propylidene-1-isobenzofuranone is contained in each kilogram of the additive with the angelica sinensis aroma style characteristic; 0.2-4mg isovaleric acid; 0.1-0.5mg of ethyl decanoate. The additive is low in cost, simple and feasible in preparation method, suitable for large-scale production and good in application prospect.

Mixing 50mg of 3-propyleneimine-1-isobenzofuranone and 1kg of glyceryl triacetate according to mass, oscillating for 30min at room temperature to fully dissolve the raw materials, preparing into uniform solution, barreling, placing in a dark and cool place, and storing for 48 hours to obtain the additive A.

Adding the additive A into a cigarette filter according to the dosage of 1 mu L per filter, rolling a cigarette sample by using a Yunyan (soft treasure) leaf group, keeping the rest auxiliary materials and the additive unchanged, preparing to obtain a cigarette sample 1, performing sensory evaluation on the cigarette sample 1 and a Yunyan (soft treasure) control cigarette by 20 experts having a cigarette sensory evaluation certificate issued by the national tobacco quality supervision and inspection center, and averaging the results to show that: compared with the control cigarette, the cigarette sample 1 has the advantages of 10% increase of the herbal flavor, 0.1% reduction of the irritation, 0.2% reduction of the miscellaneous gas and 0% increase of the angelica fragrance.

Comparative example 2

Mixing 4mg of isovaleric acid and 1kg of glyceryl triacetate according to mass, oscillating for 30min at room temperature to fully dissolve the raw materials, preparing into uniform solution, barreling, placing in dark and cool place, and storing for 48 hours to obtain additive B.

Adding the additive B into a cigarette filter according to the dosage of 1 mu L per filter, rolling a cigarette sample by adopting a Yunyan (soft treasure) tobacco leaf group, keeping the rest auxiliary materials and additives unchanged, preparing a cigarette sample 2, and comparing with a Yunyan (soft treasure) product for smoking evaluation to find that: sour taste is increased by 4%, irritation is reduced by 0.2%, offensive odor is reduced by 0.1%, and Chinese angelica fragrance is increased by 0%.

Comparative example 3

Mixing 0.5mg of ethyl decanoate and 1kg of glyceryl triacetate according to mass ratio, oscillating for 30min at room temperature to fully dissolve the raw materials, preparing into uniform solution, barreling, placing in dark and cool place, and storing for 48 hours to obtain the additive C.

Adding the additive C into a cigarette filter according to the dosage of 1 mu L per filter, rolling a cigarette sample by adopting a Yunyan (soft treasure) tobacco leaf group, keeping the rest auxiliary materials and additives unchanged, preparing a cigarette sample 3, and comparing with a Yunyan (soft treasure) product for smoking evaluation to find that: the fruit wine fragrance is increased by 6%, the irritation is reduced by 0.2%, the miscellaneous gas is reduced by 0.2%, and the Chinese angelica fragrance is increased by 0%.

Example 1

Weighing 50mg of 3-propylidene-1-isobenzofuranone according to the mass; 4mg of isovaleric acid; mixing 0.5mg ethyl decanoate with 1kg glyceryl triacetate, oscillating at room temperature for 30min to fully dissolve the raw materials, preparing into uniform solution, barreling, placing in dark and cool place, and storing for 48 hr to obtain additive D.

Adding the additive D into a cigarette filter according to the dosage of 1 mu L per filter, rolling a cigarette sample by adopting a Yunyan (soft treasure) tobacco leaf group, keeping the other auxiliary materials and additives unchanged, preparing a cigarette sample 4, and comparing with a Yunyan (soft treasure) product for smoking evaluation to find that: the aroma richness is increased by 5%, the irritation is reduced by 3%, the miscellaneous gas is reduced by 2.5%, and the Chinese angelica aroma is increased by 9%.

Example 2

10mg by mass of 3-propyleneimine-1-isobenzofuranone; 0.2mg of isovaleric acid; mixing 0.1mg ethyl decanoate with 1kg 60% ethanol, shaking at room temperature for 10min to dissolve the raw materials completely, preparing into uniform solution, barreling, placing in dark and cool place, and storing for 12 hr to obtain additive E.

Spraying the additive E to the surface of cigarette paper according to the using amount of 0.5 mL/hectogram paper, rolling a cigarette sample by adopting Hongtashan (classical) leaf group, keeping the rest auxiliary materials and additives unchanged, preparing a cigarette sample 5, and comparing with a Hongtashan (classical) product for smoking evaluation to find that: the aroma richness is increased by 2%, the irritation is reduced by 2%, the Chinese angelica aroma is increased by 4%, the miscellaneous gas is reduced by 2%, and the smoke comfort is improved by 0.4%.

Example 3

20mg by mass of 3-propyleneimine-1-isobenzofuranone; 2mg of isovaleric acid; mixing 0.2mg ethyl decanoate with 1kg 1:1 propylene glycol/glycerol, oscillating at room temperature for 20min to dissolve the raw materials completely, preparing into uniform solution, barreling, placing in dark and cool place, and storing for 24 hr to obtain additive F.

Spraying the additive F to the surface of cut tobacco of the cigarette according to the dosage of 1.00 mL/hectogram cut tobacco, rolling a cigarette sample by adopting a Hongtashan (legend) leaf group, keeping the rest auxiliary materials and additives unchanged, preparing a cigarette sample 6, and comparing the cigarette sample with a Hongtashan (legend) product for evaluation and finding: the aroma richness is increased by 4%, the irritation is reduced by 5%, the miscellaneous gas is reduced by 4%, and the Chinese angelica aroma is increased by 5%.

Example 4

40mg by mass of 3-propyleneimine-1-isobenzofuranone; 3mg of isovaleric acid; mixing 0.4mg ethyl decanoate with 1kg 2:1 propylene glycol/glycerol and 20% pregelatinized starch, stirring at room temperature for 24min to dissolve the raw materials completely, preparing into uniform solution, barreling, placing in dark and cool place, and storing for 24 hr to obtain additive G.

Spraying the additive G to the surface of the electrically heated cigarette tobacco shreds according to the using amount of 0.5 mL/hectogram electrically heated cigarette tobacco shreds, rolling the tobacco shreds into a cigarette sample, keeping the rest auxiliary materials and additives unchanged, preparing a cigarette sample 7, and comparing the cigarette sample 7 with the sample before the spice is applied to find out that: the aroma richness is increased by 5%, the irritation is reduced by 4%, the Chinese angelica aroma is increased by 7%, the miscellaneous gas is reduced by 2%, and the smoke comfort is improved by 0.8%.

Claims

1. An additive having angelica flavor style characteristics, comprising, based on the weight of the additive having angelica flavor style characteristics:

10-50mg/kg of 3-propylenylidene-1-isobenzofuranone;

isovaleric acid 0.2-4 mg/kg;

0.1-0.5mg/kg ethyl decanoate;

and a solvent selected from a mixture of propylene glycol and glycerol, or ethanol or glyceryl triacetate alone.

2. The additive with angelica flavor and style characteristics according to claim 1, wherein the volume concentration of said ethanol is 50% to 85%; the volume ratio of the propylene glycol to the glycerol is 3:1-1: 1.

3. Additive having an angelica-fragrant style characteristic according to claim 1, further comprising 5-20% of beta-cyclodextrin or 15-30% of pregelatinized starch on a mass percentage basis.

4. A method for preparing the additive with angelica sinensis flavor and style characteristics according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: according to the composition content of the additive, adding the 3-propylidene-1-isobenzofuranone, isovaleric acid and ethyl decanoate into the solvent, oscillating for 5-30min, and storing for 12-48h to obtain the liquid additive with the angelica fragrance style characteristic.

5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the additive having the characteristic of Chinese angelica flavor is obtained in a solid form by adding beta-cyclodextrin or pregelatinized starch after shaking for 5-30min and preserving for 5-30 h.
