Abstract

一种数控叶片内衬结构芯材裁截机,包括底座、裁截装置、进料输送机、裁截平台和出料输送机,进料输送机、裁截平台和出料输送机依次设置在底座上;裁截装置包括安装在底座上的龙门架,龙门架上通过纵移导轨安装有纵移架,纵移架与纵移机构连接,纵移架上设置有升降导轨,升降导轨上安装有升降架,升降架与设置于纵移架上的升降机构连接,升降架的下部安装有裁截减速机,裁截减速机的动力输出端安装有锯片。该裁截机可对叠放的多张叶片内衬结构芯材等板料输送、裁切和输出,定位准确,实现了自动控制和高精度裁切,裁切效率高。

数控叶片内衬结构芯材裁截机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在风力发电机叶片生产过程中用于将粘贴于叶片内腔壁面的内衬结构芯材(芯材类型包括:轻木、PET、PVC、SAN、HPE等)裁切形状的设备,属于内衬结构芯材裁截技术领域。
背景技术
风力发电机的叶片主要采用玻璃钢叶片,在玻璃钢表面缠绕玻璃纤维及涂环氧树脂,其它部分填充结构芯材,结构芯材在叶片中主要作用是在保证其稳定性的同时降低叶片重量,使叶片在满足刚度的同时增大捕风面积,广泛应用的结构芯材包括轻木、PET、PVC、SAN、HPE等。在铺层成型的玻璃钢叶片内腔中注入基本树脂之前,要在叶片内腔的壁面上贴附一层内衬板。该内衬板是在由结构芯材粘附在玻璃纤维布上,然后将玻璃纤维布上的内衬结构芯材切割成小块,以便于在贴附时与叶片内腔的壁面形状一致,但是不能割断玻璃纤维布。
内衬结构芯材需要裁切成符合尺寸要求的板料。目前使用的切割设备,一般是单片切割,效率较低,虽然也出现了自动数控裁切机,如CN107756527A公开的《一种数控裁切机》,但是在进料、压紧、裁截精度、输料等方面并不适用于叶片结构芯材的裁截。
发明内容
本发明针对现有叶片内衬结构芯材裁截技术存在的不足,提供一种实现自动控制,定位准确、裁切精确的数控叶片内衬结构芯材裁截机。
本发明的数控叶片内衬结构芯材裁截机,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下所述。
该裁截机,一种数控叶片内衬结构芯材裁截机,包括底座、裁截装置、进料输送机、裁截平台和出料输送机,进料输送机、裁截平台和出料输送机依次设置在底座上;裁截装置包括安装在底座上的龙门架,龙门架上通过纵移导轨安装有纵移架,纵移架与纵移机构连接,纵移架上设置有升降导轨,升降导轨上安装有升降架,升降架与设置于纵移架上的升降机构连接,升降架的下部安装有裁截减速机,裁截减速机的动力输出端安装有锯片。
所述进料输送机和出料输送机的结构一样,包括主动辊和被动辊,主动辊和被动辊之间连接输送皮带,主动辊的一端与输送减速机的输出端连接,输送减速机固定在所述底座上。
所述纵移机构,包括纵移丝杠和纵移减速机,纵移丝杠通过轴承安装在龙门架上,并与纵移架上的螺母连接,纵移丝杠的一端与纵移减速机的输出端连接,纵移减速机固定在龙门架上。纵移减速机通过纵移丝杠带动纵移架在龙门架上纵向移动。
所述升降机构包括升降丝杠和升降减速机,升降丝杠安装在纵移架上并与升降架上的螺母连接,升降丝杠的一端与升降减速机的输出端连接,升降减速机固定在纵移架上。升降减速机通过升降丝杠带动升降架在纵移架上升降移动。
所述龙门架上还设置有压紧机构,包括压紧架、压紧气缸和压紧板,压紧架固定连接在龙门架上,压紧架上至少安装一个压紧气缸,压紧气缸的活塞杆上连接有压紧板。压紧气缸带动压紧板压住到位的板料。
将叶片内衬结构芯材置于进料输送机上,进料输送机推动内衬结构芯材行进到位,压紧机构压住到位的板料。然后启动升降机构,带动升降架在纵移架上向下移动,使锯片下降到切割位置。启动裁截锯片转动及纵移机构,带动纵移架在龙门架上纵向移动,实现板料裁截。裁截下的板料由出料输送机输出。
本发明可对叠放的多张叶片内衬结构芯材等板料输送、裁切和输出,定位准确,实现了自动控制和高精度裁切,裁切效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1,本发明的数控叶片内衬结构芯材裁截机包括底座1、裁截装置、进料输送机2、裁截平台3和出料输送机4。进料输送机2、裁截平台3和出料输送机4沿结构芯材运行方向依次设置在底座1上,进料输送机2和出料输送机4分别位于裁截平台3的两侧。进料输送机2和出料输送机4的结构是一样的,包括主动辊5和被动辊7,主动辊5和被动辊7之间连接输送皮带6,主动辊5的一端与输送减速机21的输出端连接,输送减速机21带动主动辊5转动,使输送皮带6运行。
裁截装置位于裁截平台3上方并固定安装在底座1上,包括安装在底座1上并跨越裁截平台3的龙门架8。龙门架8上设置有导轨11,导轨11上安装有纵移架10,纵移架10与纵移机构连接,纵移机构包括纵移丝杠9和纵移减速机17,纵移丝杠9通过轴承安装在龙门架8上,并与纵移架10上的螺母连接,纵移丝杠9的一端与纵移减速机17的输出端连接。纵移减速机17固定在龙门架8上。纵移减速机17通过纵移丝杠9带动纵移架10在龙门架8上纵向移动(与板料行进方向垂直)。纵移架10上设置有升降导轨(图中未画出),升降导轨上安装有升降架14,升降架14与设置于纵移架10上的升降机构连接。升降机构包括升降丝杠15和升降减速机16,升降丝杠15通过轴承安装在纵移架10上,并与升降架14上的螺母连接,升降丝杠15的一端与升降减速机16的输出端连接。升降减速机16固定在纵移架10上。升降减速机16通过升降丝杠15带动升降架14在纵移架10上上下移动。升降架14的下部安装有裁截减速机13,裁截减速机13的动力输出端安装有锯片12,裁截减速机13带动锯片12转动,实现板料裁截。
龙门架8上还设置有压紧机构,包括压紧架18、压紧气缸19和压紧板20,压紧架18固定连接在龙门架8上,压紧架18上至少安装一个压紧气缸19,压紧气缸19的活塞杆上连接有压紧板20。在压紧气缸19的带动下,压紧板20压住到位的板料。
上述裁截机的工作过程如下所述。
初始,升降架14升起且位于龙门架8的一侧。将叶片内衬结构芯材置于进料输送机2上,进料输送机2推动结构芯材行进到位,压紧气缸19带动压紧板20压住到位的板料。然后启动升降减速机16,带动升降架14在纵移架10上向下移动,使锯片12下降到切割位置。启动裁截减速机13带动锯片12转动。再启动纵移减速机17带动纵移架10在龙门架8上纵向移动,实现板料裁截。裁截下的板料由出料输送机4输出。

1.一种数控叶片内衬结构芯材裁截机,其特征是:包括底座、裁截装置、进料输送机、裁截平台和出料输送机,进料输送机、裁截平台和出料输送机依次设置在底座上;裁截装置包括安装在底座上的龙门架,龙门架上通过纵移导轨安装有纵移架,纵移架与纵移机构连接,纵移架上设置有升降导轨,升降导轨上安装有升降架,升降架与设置于纵移架上的升降机构连接,升降架的下部安装有裁截减速机,裁截减速机的动力输出端安装有锯片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数控叶片内衬结构芯材裁截机,其特征是:所述进料输送机和出料输送机的结构一样,包括主动辊和被动辊,主动辊和被动辊之间连接输送皮带,主动辊的一端与输送减速机的输出端连接,输送减速机固定在所述底座上。
