Preferably, the number of the suction nozzles 611 in this embodiment is 16, which has a stable structure, and is convenient for effective suction of facial tissues, and of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the suction nozzles 611 may also be 8, 10, or 12, and any other modifications under the concept of the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.

when the facial mask paper slicing device is used for slicing facial mask paper, firstly, a facial mask paper stack is placed on a feeding device, a constant-pressure separation device is used for applying pressure to the facial mask paper stack, a sucker/separating disc assembly moves to the position above the facial mask paper stack and a production line along an X-axis sliding table, then moves downwards along a Y-axis sliding table, a suction nozzle is used for sucking single facial mask paper, then the single facial mask paper rises along the Y-axis sliding table, in the rising process, the single facial mask paper overcomes the pressure applied by a flexible brush pressing head of the constant-pressure separation device and is separated from the facial mask paper stack, then the single facial mask paper moves to the position above the production line along the X-axis sliding table along the sucker/separating disc assembly, the single facial mask paper falls along the Y-axis sliding table again, the facial mask paper is ejected and separated through a separating hole on the separating disc, so that the facial mask paper is released on the production line and is transmitted to the next production line, and when the two suckers/separating, when one of the two sucking disc/separating disc assemblies is in a material adsorption state, the other one is in a material separation state, the steps are repeated in sequence, single piece of facial mask paper can be separated from the facial mask paper stack rapidly, the labor participation force is greatly reduced in the whole process, the labor intensity of personnel is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

Claims (11)

1. A facial mask paper slicing device, comprising:
a frame (10);
the two feeding devices (20) are arranged at the bottom of the rack (10) in a lifting way;
the constant-pressure separation devices (30) are arranged on the rack (10) to compress and separate materials on the feeding device (20);
a flow line (40), said flow line (40) being mounted on said frame (10) and located between two of said constant pressure separation devices (30);
the sliding table assembly (50) is mounted on the rack (10) and located above the constant-pressure separation device (30) and the production line (40), the sliding table assembly (50) comprises an X-axis sliding table (51) and a Y-axis sliding table (52), the X-axis sliding table (51) is mounted on the rack (10), and the Y-axis sliding table (52) is mounted on the X-axis sliding table (51);
the two sucking disc/separating disc assemblies (60) are horizontally arranged at the bottom of the Y-axis sliding table (52) so as to move the materials on the feeding device (20) to the production line (40); in the process that the Y-axis sliding table (52) reciprocates along the X-axis sliding table (51), when one of the two sucking disc/separating disc assemblies (60) is in a material adsorption state, the other one is in a material separation state.
2. The facial mask paper slicing device according to claim 1, wherein the feeding device (20) comprises:
the lifting mechanism (21), the said lifting mechanism (21) is installed on the bottom of the said framework (10);
a feeding tray (22), wherein the feeding tray (22) is arranged at the top of the lifting mechanism (21) and is positioned at the bottom of the constant-pressure separation device (30).
3. The facial mask paper slicing device according to claim 1, wherein the flow line (40) comprises an angle-adjustable conveyor belt (41).
4. The facial mask paper separating device according to claim 2, wherein the constant pressure separating device (30) comprises:
a positioning ring (31), wherein the positioning ring (31) is installed on the frame (10), and the projection of the positioning ring (31) in the horizontal plane surrounds the periphery of the feeding tray (22);
constant pressure separating mechanisms (32), a plurality of which (32) are arranged at intervals along the outer circumference of the positioning ring (31).
5. The facial mask paper sheet separating device according to claim 4, wherein the constant pressure separating mechanism (32) comprises:
a main body (321), wherein the main body (321) is installed on the positioning ring (31), and the main body (321) is provided with a pressure regulating part (323) protruding towards the inner part of the positioning ring (31);
the flexible brushing pressure head (322), the flexible brushing pressure head (322) is arranged at one end of the pressure regulating part (323) close to the center of the positioning ring (31).
6. A facial mask paper sheet separating device according to claim 5, wherein the main body (321) comprises:
the positioning plate (3211) is provided with a long hole (32112), and the positioning plate (3211) is mounted on the positioning ring (31) through a fastener penetrating through the long hole (32112);
the mounting plate (3212), the mounting plate (3212) is vertically connected to the middle side of the positioning plate (3211), and the pressure regulating part (323) is mounted on the mounting plate (3212).

the first end of the pressure regulating plate (3231) is hinged to the top of the mounting plate (3212), the second end of the pressure regulating plate (3231) extends towards the center of the positioning ring (31), the distance between the pressure regulating plate (3231) and the positioning plate (3211) gradually narrows from the mounting plate (3212) to the direction close to the center of the positioning ring (31), and the flexible brushing pressure head (322) is fixed at the second end of the pressure regulating plate (3231);
the counterweight block (3232) is fixed at the bottom of the pressure regulating plate (3231) and supported between the pressure regulating plate (3231) and the positioning plate (3211).
8. The facial mask paper slicing device according to claim 7, wherein the weight block (3232) is selectively fixedly mounted on the pressure adjusting plate (3231) along the direction from the mounting plate (3212) to the center of the positioning ring (31).
9. The facial mask paper slicing device according to claim 7, wherein one end of the positioning plate (3211) near the center of the positioning ring (31) is provided with a bent stopping segment (32111).
10. The facial mask paper sheet separating device according to any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein the flexible brush press head (322) is a brush head or a rubber brush head.
11. The facial mask paper sheet separating device according to claim 1, wherein the suction cup/detaching disc assembly (60) comprises:
a suction cup (61), wherein a plurality of suction nozzles (611) are arranged on the circumferential direction of the suction cup (61);
a separation disc (62), wherein the separation disc (62) is positioned in the center of the suction disc (61), and a plurality of separation holes (621) are formed in the periphery of the separation disc (62).
