The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, a coiled piece of cloth, paper and film waiting printed matter is sleeved on an unwinding roller 91 of an unwinding mechanism 9, then, the rear end of the unwinding roller 91 is embedded in a driving turntable 92, then, a hydraulic cylinder 98 is started, the hydraulic cylinder 98 extends to drive a second bearing seat 96 and a driven turntable 95 to slide along a slide rail 99, so that the front end of the unwinding roller 91 is embedded in the driven turntable 95, and the installation of the piece of printed matter is completed, then, an unwinding motor 93 is started, the unwinding motor 93 drives the driving turntable 92, the unwinding roller 91 and the driven turntable 95 to rotate together in a first bearing seat 94 and a second bearing seat 96, so that the piece of printed matter is unwound, then, one end of the piece of printed matter is pulled by hand to sequentially pass through the lower ends of a first tension roller 3 and a second tension roller 4, then pass through the bottom end of a printing box 5, pass through the lower end of a silk screen 721, then, a lifting cylinder 717 is started, the lifting cylinder 717 drives the sliding plate 716 to slide along the portal 711, so as to drive the screen assembly 72 and the printing assembly 73 to move up and down together, when the screen assembly 72 and the printing assembly 73 move to proper positions, the fastening bolt 724 is rotated to fix the screen frame 726 and the fixing clamp 725 together, then the electric cylinder 722 is opened, the electric cylinder 722 is extended to position the screen frame 726 above the product to be printed, the prepared ink is put into the screen 721, then the first air cylinder 732 is opened, the first air cylinder 732 is extended to make the printing blade 734 contact with the screen 721, then the lead screw motor 718 is opened, the lead screw 715 is driven by the lead screw motor 718 to rotate, so that the sliding block 714 drives the printing assembly 73 to move linearly along the first guide rod 712, the ink printing blade is printed on the product to be printed by the printing blade 734, when the printing blade 734 reaches one end of the screen 721, the first air cylinder 732 is shortened, the printing knife 734 is separated from the silk screen 721, the second cylinder 736 extends to make the ink covering knife 735 contact with the ink, and then the lead screw motor 718 reversely rotates to drive the printing component 73 to reversely move, so that the ink covers the silk screen again through the ink covering knife 735, and the automatic printing is realized in a round, then after one end of the printed matter is pulled to sequentially pass through the upper ends of the second tension roller 4 and the first tension roller 3, the printed matter passes through the middle of the power roller 21 and the winding roller 26 and is wound on the winding roller 26, then the winding motor 27 is started, the winding motor 27 enables the power roller 21 to rotate on the inner side of the winding bearing seat 22, the winding roller 26 always extrudes the power roller 21 due to the fact that the spring always pulls the rotating frame 25, the winding roller 26 rotates through the friction force among the power roller 21, the printed matter and the winding roller 26, and the printed matter is wound on the winding roller 26, during printing, the sliding door 10 is closed, air generated by the ink is pumped into the filter box 6 through the suction fan 8, and pollutants in the air are sequentially filtered through the coarse filter screen 65, the fine filter screen 64 and the activated carbon filter screen 63, so that clean air is discharged through the air outlet 62.

the printing mechanism (7) comprises a gantry assembly (71), a printing assembly (73) is installed in the middle of one side of the gantry assembly (71), and a screen assembly (72) is installed at the lower end of one side of the gantry assembly (71); the silk screen subassembly (72) include silk screen (721), the outside fixedly connected with screen frame (726) of silk screen (721), the equal joint of front and back end of screen frame (726) has fixation clamp (725), the both sides on the top of fixation clamp (725) all imbed and are provided with fastening bolt (724), and the middle part fixedly connected with electronic jar (722) on the top of fixation clamp (725), and the top of fixation clamp (725) is kept away from electronic jar (722) both sides equal fixedly connected with second guide bar (727), backup pad (723) has been cup jointed jointly in the outside of second guide bar (727) and electronic jar (722), and second guide bar (727) and backup pad (723) sliding connection.

The screen printing machine with gas purging according to claim 1, the portal frame assembly (71) comprises a portal frame (711), the front side and the rear side of the top end of the portal frame (711) are provided with lifting cylinders (717), the bottom ends of the lifting cylinders (717) are fixedly connected with sliding plates (716), one ends of the two sliding plates (716) are fixedly connected with a U-shaped plate (713) together, the sliding plate (716) is connected with the door frame (711) in a sliding way, the lower end of the inner side of the U-shaped plate (713) is provided with a screw rod (715), and the upper end of the inner side of the U-shaped plate (713) is fixedly connected with a first guide rod (712), the outer sides of the first guide rod (712) and the screw rod (715) are sleeved with a sliding block (714) together, the first guide rod (712) is in sliding connection with the sliding block (714), and the front end of the screw rod (715) is fixedly connected with a screw rod motor (718).

The screen printing machine with gas purification according to claim 2, wherein one end of the support plate (723) is fixedly connected with the front and rear sides of the bottom end of the corresponding U-shaped plate (713), respectively, the bottom end of the gantry (711) is fixedly connected with the top end of the machine body (1), and one end of the slider (714) is fixedly connected with the print cartridge (731).

The screen printing machine with gas purification according to claim 1, wherein the winding mechanism (2) comprises a power roller (21), winding bearing seats (22) are installed at the front and rear ends of the outer side of the power roller (21), a winding motor (27) is installed at the rear end of the power roller (21) located at the rear side of the winding bearing seats (22), a winding roller (26) is arranged on the outer side of the power roller (21), rotating frames (25) are clamped at the front and rear ends of the outer side of the winding roller (26), the bottom ends of the rotating frames (25) are rotatably connected with rotating seats (24), and springs (23) are arranged at the lower ends of the middle parts of the rotating frames (25).

The screen printing machine with gas purification according to claim 5, wherein the rotating seat (24) is fixedly connected with one end of the machine body (1), the bottom ends of the rolling bearing seat (22) and the spring (23) are fixedly connected with the top end of the machine body (1), and the rolling motor (27) is fixedly connected with the rear end of the machine body (1).
