本申请实施例公开了一种数据传输方法及设备,涉及通信领域,在基于grant free的数据传输机制下,保证了接收端能够准确的确定出发送端传输数据的位置。具体方案为:第一设备确定一数据传输图案,所述数据传输图案对应于一时域资源;第一设备根据所述数据传输图案在所述时域资源上发送一个或多个参考信号R和至少一个物理信道D;其中,所述数据传输图案用于指示所述时域资源中用于所述一个或多个参考信号R和所述至少一个物理信道D的符号。
