本发明涉及一种供暖***,特别是红外辐射供嗳***。
背景技术
传统供暖方式是对流采暖,耗费煤、油、气等传统非再生燃料,造成环境污染;***管道中的跑、冒、滴、漏又造成水和能源的浪费;不易控制温度,不易实现分户计量,收费难是长期困扰供暖单位的难题。长期以来,人们期待一种节能环保、经济高效、便于分户计量的新型供嗳方式。
技术内容
本发明是提供一种清洁、宁静、安全、节能、舒适的智能红外柔强低温辐射供暖***,取消锅炉,消灭烟囱,节约能源,减少污染,便于分户计量,不占用室内使用面积,并使室温可控。
本发明智能红外柔强低温辐射供暖***的技术方案:包括发热元件和支持件,在发热元件面向建筑围护结构一侧覆有保温层,在面向散热空间一侧覆有装饰层,发热元件的引线与温控器连接,其特征在于:其发热元件是红外柔强低温电热辐射膜,支持件是固定在建筑围护结构上的轻钢龙骨。
上述红外柔强低温电热辐射膜的引线穿在保护管内,连接处套有护套,与温控器连接途中经过接线盒。
本发明的工作原理:红外柔强低温电热辐射膜是一种透明、可自由弯曲、低功率、大面积、超薄的发热薄膜,它通电后可产生低温、红外辐射线,热压在两层特种强度的阻燃PP胶质薄膜中间,由正温度系数金属半导体发热元件组成。它以电为能源,通过红外辐射达到采暖目的该装置的红外柔强低温电热辐射膜与温度控制器用导线连接,通电后产生热辐射,模拟太阳温暖地球的原理,温暖人和物,不直接加热空气,室内物体和墙壁表面温度比空气高2~4℃,人体感觉更舒适。电热膜辐射波长范围在1μm-30μm,属红外线辐射,没有可见光及紫外线,不仅对人体无害,而且有益于人体健康。
本发明的优点是:取消了锅炉,消灭了烟囱,不再烧煤,减少了污染;节省占地:不需征地建锅炉房,储煤场、排渣场及地下管网;节水:根本不用水,对水资源严重缺乏的我国无疑是个福音;便于分户计量,取暖费收缴难不复存在;室温可控,可随意设定供暖温度,实现按需采嗳;主动采暖,随时开随时用,不受采暖期和供嗳时间的制约;节省采暖费,达到设定的室温时,温控器控制断电;室温下降时,***又自动通电加温;不占用室内使用面积,屋内更加宽敞;清洁、宁静、安全、节能、舒适、无燥热感,适宜大面积低温辐射采暧。如:民用住宅、办公楼、写字间、工厂厂房、学校、医院、部队营房等建筑的供暖保温防冻;罐体、管道、库房、生产线、仪器、设备及各种设施的加温保温防冻;花房、蔬菜大棚的土壤蓄热保温,恒温育雏箱等;作红外线靶、军械库、行军帐篷采暖等;可制成电热除雾浴镜、电热壁画、电热护膝屏、电热脚垫、宠物热垫、电热晾衣架、电热桌面、保温货柜等系列产品。

具体实施方式
实施例如图1所示:本***是由发热元件、支持件、保温层、保护装饰面层、温控器等部分组成。其发热元件是红外柔强低温电热辐射膜1,支持件是固定在建筑围护结构10上的轻钢龙骨2,在红外柔强低温电热辐射膜面向建筑围护结构一侧覆有玻璃丝绵保温层3,在面向散热空间一侧覆有石膏板装饰层4,红外柔强低温电热辐射膜的引线5与温控器6连接,红外柔强低温电热辐射膜引线可穿在保护管7内,连接处套有护套8,与温控器6连接途中可经过接线盒9,如图2所示。温控器6可安装在墙壁上如图5所示,配线***如图6所示,每个房间安一个温控器6,每户安一个户内开关箱11,控制户内所有的温控器。在其它实施例中,保温层可选用玻璃棉、岩棉聚苯板或聚氨酯。装饰层可选用石膏制品板材、木制品板材、金属板、玻璃板塑料板、聚酯板或纤维板。本发明可以安装在天棚、墙壁、地板等一切平坦的平面上,达到智能供暖的目的,如图3、4所示。

1、一种智能红外柔强低温辐射供暖***,包括发热元件和支持件,在发热元件面向建筑围护结构一侧覆有保温层,在面向散热空间一侧覆有装饰层,发热元件的引线与温控器连接,其特征在于:其发热元件是红外柔强低温电热辐射膜,支持件是固定在建筑围护结构上的轻钢龙骨。
2、根据权利要求1所述的智能红外柔强低温辐射供暖***,其特征在于:所述红外柔强低温电热辐射膜的引线穿在保护管内,连接处套有护套,与温控器连接途中经过接线盒。
