Abstract
本发明涉及可拆式固定在家具构件(5)上的五金配件,它包括一个贴靠在家具构件(5)上的板状配件基体(1)、固定在配件基体(1)内可置入家具构件(5)孔(11)中的胀套(3)以及一个销钉状扩张件(2)。在配件基体(1)上构成一个伸出的支承颈(4),在装配位置它伸入在家具构件(5)中的相应的凹槽内。在支承颈(4)内***胀套(3)。支承颈(4)有一缺口(6),设计在胀套(3)上的凸块(7;17)***缺口内。
Description
本发明涉及一种可拆式固定在家具构件上的五金配件,它包括一个贴靠在家具构件上优选地板状的配件基体、至少一个固定在配件基体内可置入家具构件的孔中的胀套以及一个销钉状的可通过配件基体内的孔伸出用于胀套的扩张件。
由AT-PS 326522已知一种铰链用的底板,它有支承颈,支承颈装入家具构件的凹槽内。此底板用螺钉固定在家具构件上。
本发明的目的是对于前言所述类型借助于钉状胀套固定在家具构件上的五金配件改善其在家具构件中的锚固。
为达到按本发明的目的,在配件基体上至少构成一个已知的伸出的支承颈,在装配位置它伸入在家具构件中的相应的凹槽内以及胀套***支承颈中;以及,支承颈有至少一个缺口,设计在胀套上的凸块***缺口内。
有利地规定,在支承颈中设计两个沿直径彼此相对的缺口。
本发明的一种实施例规定,一个或多个凸块设在胀套颈部区域的侧面,与胀套的相邻区段相比此颈部区有较小的直径。
按本发明的另一种实施例规定,至少一个的缺口沿支承颈的全部高度延伸;以及,在胀套上设计两个轴向凸块,它们***支承颈中的两个缺口内。
有利地在凸块上成形两个相对于配件基体倾斜地伸出的臂,臂与配件基体铆接。

在图示的实施例中,按本发明的五金配件由例如可设计为铰链臂底板的板状配件基体1、胀套3及螺钉状扩张件2组成。
在按图1至10的实施例中,胀套3用塑料制造,而在按图11至22的实施例中胀套由调质钢或淬火钢制成。
金属的胀套3有利地设磷酸盐面层。在这里,金属胀套3的壁厚可小于1mm,优选地保持在0.7与0.8mm之间的厚度。在两种情况下扩张件2同样可用调质钢或淬火钢制造。
配件基体1在其面朝家具构件5的那一侧设伸出的支承颈4,在装配位置它***家具构件5中安装胀套3的孔11内。
胀套3有两个沿直径彼此相对的缺口6,在此配件装配好的情况下,胀套3的凸块7;17形封闭地装在缺口内。
塑料制的胀套3的凸块7处于胀套3的一个区域12的旁边,此区域的直径比胀套3接着的设有固定肋13的区域的直径小。
区域12有槽14,它们使胀套3易于悬挂在配件基体1中。
在区域12或胀套3的自由端设径向凸边8,在装配位置它装在配件基体1的槽15中。
如图5和6所示,按本发明的五金配件组合后供货。当配件基体1放在家具构件5上时,配件基体1围绕胀套3和扩张件2的增厚区与家具侧壁5之间相隔间距9。
若在图9和10中所示之螺钉状扩张件2进一步旋入胀套3中,则将配件基体1直接压在家具构件5上。因此,配件基体1有预紧力地固定在家具构件5上。
为了能旋紧螺钉状扩张件3,扩张件3在其顶端制有***十字改锥的槽16。
在按图11至22的实施例中,胀套3设计为钢套筒。配件基体1有支承颈4,它们设有两个沿直径处于相对位置的缺口6。
在此实施例中,缺口6设计为贯通的,也就是说它们沿支承颈4的整个高度延伸。
胀套3在其面朝配件基体1的那一端有两个轴向伸出的凸块17,例如由图13可见,它们在装配位置***缺口6内并完全占据缺口空间。
在凸块17的自由端设计相对于配件基体1倾斜地伸出的凸耳10。
在装配位置,凸耳10装在配件基体1的槽18内并借助铆钉19固定在配件基体1上。
倾斜地伸出的凸耳10是弹性的,所以在夹紧前,亦即在扩张件2拧紧前,如图18所示配件基体1仍被固定为相对于家具构件5有一间距9。通过旋紧制有与胀套3中的内螺纹21啮合的外螺纹20的扩张件2,使配件基体受压后与家具构件5直接接触。由图22可见此情况。
为使配件基体1能够弯曲,它设有边。配件基体1既可用金属制造,优选地用钢,也可用塑料制成。
Claims (11)
1.可拆式固定在家具构件(5)上的五金配件,包括一个贴靠在家具构件(5)上的配件基体(1)、至少一个固定在配件基体(1)内可置入家具构件(5)孔(11)中的胀套(3)以及一个销钉状的可通过配件基体(1)内的孔伸出用于胀套(3)的扩张件(2),其中,在配件基体(1)上至少构成一个朝家具构件方向伸出的支承颈(4),在装配位置它伸入在家具构件(5)中的相应的凹槽内以及胀套(3)***支承颈中,支承颈(4)有至少一个缺口(6),设计在胀套(3)上的凸块(7;17)***缺口内,其特征为:支承颈(4)中至少一个的缺口(6)沿轴向一侧开口;以及,至少一个的设计在胀套(3)上的凸块(7;17)沿轴向从胀套(3)伸出。
2.按照权利要求1所述的五金配件,其特征为:在支承颈(4)中设计两个沿直径彼此相对的缺口(6)。
3.按照权利要求1所述的五金配件,其特征为:所述凸块(7)设在胀套(3)颈部区域(12)的侧面,与胀套(3)的相邻区段相比,此颈部区域有减小的直径。
4.按照权利要求1所述的五金配件,其特征为:所述胀套(3)有一径向凸边(8),它装入配件基体(1)的槽(15)中。
5.按照权利要求1所述的五金配件,其特征为:至少一个所述缺口(6)沿支承颈(4)的全部高度延伸。
6.按照权利要求1所述的五金配件,其特征为:在胀套(3)上设计两个轴向凸块(17),它们***支承颈(4)中的两个缺口(6)内。
7.按照权利要求6所述的五金配件,其特征为:在凸块(17)上成形两个相对于配件基体(1)倾斜地伸出的臂(10),它们固定在配件基体(1)上。
8.按照权利要求7所述的五金配件,其特征为:所述臂(10)至少部分地装在配件基体(1)中的各槽(18)内。
9.按照权利要求1所述的五金配件,其特征为:所述配件基体(1)设计成板状。
10.按照权利要求2所述的五金配件,其特征为:在胀套(3)的一个颈部区域(12)的侧面设两个凸块(7),与胀套(3)的相邻区段相比,此颈部区域有减小的直径。
11.按照权利要求7所述的五金配件,其特征为:所述臂(10)与配件基体(1)铆接。
