Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to bonding mortar for bonding smooth interfaces such as glass plates and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the building field, when bonding smooth interfaces such as glass plates, the glass plates are bonded with the surfaces of ceramic tiles, and are usually fixed by adopting a glass cement bonding mode. When the glass glue is in contact with water, the glass glue is often blackened, so that the bonding force is reduced, the glass integrally falls off, potential safety hazards are caused, and the service life of the glass is influenced. The traditional cement yellow sand has poor bonding effect with glass, and has low bonding strength, so that the actual use requirement cannot be met. And when two groups on the silane coupling agent molecules are wetted, a certain chemical reaction can be generated to form a tightly-crosslinked bonding complex, the interface bonding property is improved, the bonding strength is improved, and the silane coupling agent molecules are introduced into mortar to achieve the effect that 1 plus 1 is larger than 2. The microwave curing of the fly ash can lead Si-O bonds in the fly ash glass body to be in a high-energy state, and the network structure of the glass body is easy to disintegrate, thereby improving the activity of the fly ash. The invention aims to adopt the bonding mortar to realize the bonding technology between the surfaces of the glass plate and the ceramic tile and between the glass plate and the glass plate surface so as to solve the problems that the glass cement turns black when meeting water and the bonding force is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide bonding mortar for bonding a smooth interface and a preparation method thereof.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the preparation method of the modified microwave-treated fly ash comprises the following steps:
1) adding the dried fly ash powder into a saturated lime water solution, stirring for 10-30min at normal temperature, filtering and drying to obtain powder;
2) performing microwave curing on the powder prepared in the step 1), adjusting microwave power and controlling curing time, and then filtering and drying to prepare a microwave-treated fly ash precursor;
3) adding the fly ash precursor prepared in the step 2) into a silane coupling agent absolute ethyl alcohol solution, soaking and reacting for 10-40min, performing vacuum filtration after the reaction is finished, and drying to obtain the modified microwave-treated fly ash.
As an improvement, the latex powder is chemical rubber powder; the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent; the defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent.
As an improvement, the water-retaining thickening material is one of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose; the early strength agent is one of calcium formate and lithium salt.
As an improvement, the drying temperature in the step 1) is 105-120 ℃;
in the step 2), the microwave power is 210-560W, and the microwave treatment time is 5-20 min;
in the step 3), the concentration of the silane coupling agent absolute ethyl alcohol solution is 0.5-1%; the vacuum pressure is 0.2-0.5 MPa; the drying temperature is 105-120 ℃.
The preparation method of the bonding mortar for bonding the smooth interface is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding the cement, the quartz sand and the modified microwave-treated fly ash into a stirrer according to the formula ratio, stirring and mixing uniformly, then continuously adding the latex powder, the water-retaining thickening material, the water reducing agent and the defoaming agent according to the formula ratio, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain the bonding mortar.
The invention has reasonable formula and simple formulation process, and the silane coupling agent is used for treating the fly ash to prepare the modified microwave treated fly ash so as to improve the bonding property of the mortar, so that the prepared bonding mortar has high tensile bonding strength and good volume stability.
