Description

Yarn dyeing method and dyeing equipment thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spinning, in particular to a yarn dyeing method and dyeing equipment thereof.
Background
The yarn is processed into products with certain fineness by various textile fibers and is used for weaving, rope making, thread making, knitting, embroidering and the like; the yarn is divided into short fiber yarn, continuous filament yarn, short fiber and continuous filament combined yarn and the like, wherein the short fiber yarn is formed by spinning short fiber and is divided into ring spun yarn, free end spun yarn, self-twisting yarn and the like; continuous filaments such as natural silk and chemical filaments, split or non-split, smooth or textured filaments, and the like; staple fiber and continuous filament combination yarns such as polyester cotton filament core spun yarns and the like. With the improvement of living standard of people, the requirement degree on rich colors is higher and higher, and the yarn usually prepared needs to be dyed to form various colors. The yarn dyeing can generally obtain good and firm level dyeing effect, and can be woven with the natural color yarn according to different design requirements, so that higher economic value is obtained, the delivery cycle can be shortened, and the product has high reproducibility. It is generally believed that the products obtained by dyeing yarns have the advantage of bulkiness and fullness of hand compared to products obtained by dyeing fabrics, probably because, when the skeins are hung on the rod of the dyeing machine, they are free to relax sufficiently without any restriction, not only allowing the yarns to fully bulked, but also allowing the yarns to untwist freely to achieve a balanced twist, thus eliminating the tension during spinning. Generally, yarn dyeing is more costly than fabric dyeing; but because it has the advantage of fast delivery, it is easier to adapt to the change of popular colors and adapt to the needs of small batch and multiple varieties; in addition, the yarn dyeing machine is simple, and is economical in maintenance.

According to the invention, drying operation is carried out after rinsing, so that moisture of the yarn is prevented from entering the dyeing tank, and the color of fuel in the dyeing tank is changed.
The rotary disc, the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are arranged in the dyeing tank, on one hand, the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid storage tank circularly flow fuel in the dyeing tank, on the other hand, the fuel is stirred, so that the fuel is prevented from precipitating, and all parts of the pigment are uniformly dyed.
According to the invention, the tension of the yarn is continuously changed and relaxed in the dyeing process through the first lifting plate and the second lifting plate, so that the permeability of the dye is improved.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely descriptions of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the concept and scope of the present invention, and various modifications and improvements made to the technical solutions of the present invention by those skilled in the art should fall into the protection scope of the present invention without departing from the design concept of the present invention, and the technical contents of the present invention as claimed are all described in the technical claims.
