在一些医疗机构、银行、餐饮业、娱乐场所、学校、办公室等公共场所,需要对手进行消毒,但是在不具备水洗的情况下,使用免洗消毒凝胶成为一种理想选择,免洗手消毒凝胶使用、携带方便,杀菌效果好!植物型免洗手消毒凝胶相较传统消毒凝胶又具有绿色环保、可食用等优势,避免了传统消毒凝胶担心小孩误食、易导致皮肤过敏等问题,更加适用于幼儿园、儿童医院及中小学校等场所,具有消毒、杀菌、清洁及润肤等综合作用效果。

为了解决以上问题,本发明提供一种植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶及其制备方法,全部由纯天然植物活性成分配制而成,生态环保、无毒无害,对皮肤表面常见菌具有良好的杀灭效果,同时成分中具有的抗氧化和保湿成分,可滋润皮肤,补充皮肤水分,抑制皮肤衰老、起皱。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶,100份消毒凝胶中包括如下质量分数的组分:金银花提取物/蒲公英提取物/柚子皮提取物/菊花提取物/雪松提取物/樟脑油中的一种0.05-0.15份,银杏叶提取物0.05-0.15份,薄荷油0.03-0.08份,桉叶油0.06-0.13份,无水乙醇55-75份,水凝胶材料0.25-0.45份,防腐剂0.03-0.06份,甘油0.8-1.2份,透明质酸0.4-0.8份,香料0.008-0.012份,余量为纯化水。
所述香料采用薰衣草提取物、茉莉花提取物或柠檬精油。
所述防腐剂采用葡萄籽油、山梨酸钠、苯甲酸钠和尼泊尔丁酯中的一种或几种。

一种植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)按比例取金银花提取物、桉叶油、银杏叶和葡萄籽提取物并溶解到适量无水乙醇中;2)向步骤1)的溶液中加入一定量活性炭粉末,转入圆底烧瓶中加热回流40~60min,回流速度为1~2滴/秒,抽滤除去活性炭粉末,得滤液;3)取适量去离子水加热至90℃以上,将食品级羧甲基纤维素钠缓慢加入水中,边加边搅拌,待羧甲基纤维素钠完全溶解后,补充因加热而挥发的纯化水,再向溶液中加入适量卡波姆并溶解,制得无色透明凝胶;4)向步骤2)的滤液中加入薄荷油、山梨酸钠、甘油、透明质酸、薰衣草提取物和一定量的无水乙醇,快速搅拌配制成无色透明的溶液,再加入步骤3)制备的凝胶并添加适量去离子水,搅拌均匀即制得植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶。

1、本发明一种植物型免速干洗手消毒凝胶及其制备方法,全部采用纯天然植物提取物配制而成,生态环保、对人体无毒无害,能够对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌及其它皮肤表面常见菌具有良好的杀灭作用,灭菌对数值均可达99.9%以上;
2、本发明一种植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶及其制备方法,具有抗氧化活性成分可防止皮肤衰老、起皱,同时添加皮肤保湿成分,可滋润皮肤,补充皮肤水分,让皮肤长效保湿。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例
本发明一种植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)按比例取金银花提取物、桉叶油、银杏叶和葡萄籽提取物共3.5g溶解到250g无水乙醇中;2)向步骤1)的溶液中加入3.0g活性炭粉末,再转入圆底烧瓶中加热回流40min,抽滤除去活性炭粉末,得滤液;3)取200mL纯化水加热至90℃以上,将食品级羧甲基纤维素钠缓慢加入水中,边加边搅拌,待羧甲基纤维素钠完全溶解后,再加入2.5g卡波姆并搅拌使其充分溶解,制得无色透明水凝胶溶液;4)向步骤2)的滤液中加入0.5g薄荷油、0.2g山梨酸钠、10.0g甘油、6.0g透明质酸、0.1g薰衣草提取物和500g的无水乙醇,快速搅拌配制成无色或淡黄色透明的溶液,再加入步骤3)的水凝胶溶液并补充26.2mL纯化水,搅拌均匀即制得植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶,并对所制备的消毒凝胶进行杀菌性能测试。
杀菌效果测试:依据《消毒技术规范(2017版)》中所述的方法,对本发明制备的植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶的杀菌效果进行了测试,结果发现,本发明所制备的消毒凝胶对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率高达99.999%,对白色念珠菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭率达到99.9%,杀菌效果良好。
保湿度测试:(1)在两个烧杯中分别加入氯化镁和水配制成氯化镁饱和水溶液,在另一个烧杯中加入葡萄糖和水配制成葡萄糖饱和水溶液;(2)取一张干燥的滤纸放入干燥箱中除去水分,进行称量得到滤纸重量M1,将待测消毒凝胶均匀涂抹在滤纸的一侧,得到涂有待测消毒凝胶的滤纸,然后进行称量得到重量M2;(3)在一个干燥箱中倒入步骤(1)中制得的葡萄糖饱和水溶液,密闭,使干燥箱中的湿度稳定,然后将步骤(2)中得到的涂有待测消毒凝胶的滤纸的凝胶一侧向上,覆盖到步骤(1)中制得的盛有氯化镁饱和水溶液的烧杯上,同时将一张初始重量为m1的干燥的滤纸覆盖到另一份盛有氯化镁饱和水溶液的烧杯上,将两个烧杯置于干燥箱中的支架上,恒温放置24小时后,进行称重,得到涂有待测消毒凝胶的滤纸的重量M3和空白滤纸的重量m2;
经测试,本发明制备的植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶的保湿率可达到67.0%以上。

Claims (5)
1.一种植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶,其特征在于,100份消毒凝胶中包括如下质量份数的组分:金银花提取物/蒲公英提取物/柚子皮提取物/菊花提取物/雪松提取物/樟脑油0.05-0.15份,银杏叶提取物0.05-0.15份,薄荷油0.03-0.08份,桉叶油0.06-0.13份,无水乙醇55-75份,水凝胶材料0.25-0.45份,防腐剂0.03-0.06份,甘油0.8-1.2份,透明质酸0.4-0.8份,香料0.008-0.012份,余量为纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶,其特征在于,所述香料采用薰衣草提取物、茉莉花提取物或柠檬精油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶,其特征在于,所述防腐剂采用葡萄籽油、山梨酸钠、苯甲酸钠和尼泊尔丁酯中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶,其特征在于,所述水凝胶材料为食品级羧甲基纤维素钠、卡波姆和黄原胶中的一种或几种。
5.一种植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)按比例取金银花提取物、桉叶油、银杏叶和葡萄籽提取物并溶解到适量无水乙醇中;2)向步骤1)的溶液中加入一定量活性炭粉末,转入圆底烧瓶中加热回流40-60min,回流速度为1-2滴/秒,抽滤除去活性炭粉末,得滤液;3)取适量去离子水中加热至90℃以上,将食品级羧甲基纤维素钠缓慢加入水中,边加边搅拌,待羧甲基纤维素钠完全溶解后,补充因加热而挥发的去离子水,再向溶液中加入适量卡波姆并溶解,制得无色透明凝胶;4)向步骤2)的滤液中加入薄荷油、山梨酸钠、甘油、透明质酸、薰衣草提取物和一定量的无水乙醇,快速搅拌配制成无色透明的溶液,再加入步骤3)制备的凝胶的粘稠溶液并添加适量去离子水,,搅拌均匀即可制得植物型速干免洗手消毒凝胶。
