Comparative example 7

The samples of examples 1 to 9 and each of the comparative examples were uniformly coated on quartz glass to which 3M rubberized fabric was attached, and the SPF value of each sample was measured by an instrument. The results of SPF testing for examples 1-9 and the comparative examples are shown in Table 2.

Dibutyl lauroyl glutamine, dibutyl ethylhexanoyl glutamine, dioctyl carbonate and silica dimethyl silylate have synergistic effect, and can significantly improve SPF value.
Second, stability test results
The lipstick finished products obtained in the examples 1-9 and the comparative samples were respectively filled into 6 lipstick finished products, 2 lipstick finished products were vertically placed in equipment with different temperature environments (a 48 ℃ electrothermal blowing drying box, a 25 ℃ constant temperature incubator and a-15 ℃ refrigerator) at each average temperature point, and the lipstick finished products were observed every other day and returned to normal temperature to observe whether the lipstick finished products sweated (sunscreen agent precipitated). The test duration was 3 months. And if the sweating condition occurs when only 1 lipstick is used for 2 lipstick finished products, judging that the lipstick finished products sweat. The results are shown in Table 3.

Under the observation of three temperature points, only the lipstick finished products of the examples 1-9 have no sweating condition, and the stability is the best; the dibutyl lauroyl glutamine, dibutyl ethylhexanoyl glutamine, dioctyl carbonate and silica dimethyl silylate have synergistic effect, and can obviously improve the system stability and reduce the sweating of the product.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. The sunscreen stick is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1 to 0.8% of dibutyl ethylhexanoyl glutamide, 1 to 8% of dibutyl lauroyl glutamide, 0.2 to 2% of dimethyl silylated silica and 10 to 20% of dioctyl carbonate.

The sunscreen stick according to claim 1, further comprising the following sunscreen agents in percentage by mass: 1-5% of bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, 2-10% of diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, 3-10% of octocrylene, 2-10% of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and 1-5% of ethylhexyl salicylate.
3. The sunscreen stick according to claim 1, further comprising a thickener in the following weight percent: 3-10% of polyethylene, 0.5-3% of beeswax and 1-8% of candelilla wax.
4. The sunscreen stick according to claim 1, further comprising the following emollients in percentage by mass: 10-20% of octyl dodecanol and 8-16% of caprylic/capric triglyceride.
5. The sun-blocking rod according to claim 1, further comprising an adsorbent comprising, in mass percent: 2-15% of silica and 2-10% of kaolin.
6. The sunscreen stick of claim 1 further comprising an antioxidant, a skin conditioning agent, and a humectant.
7. The sunscreen stick according to claim 6, wherein the antioxidant is tocopherol, and accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the sunscreen stick by mass; the skin conditioner is bisabolol, and accounts for 0.1-0.3% of the sunscreen stick in percentage by mass; the humectant is caprylyl glycol and accounts for 0.1-0.3% of the sunscreen stick in percentage by mass.

The sunscreen stick according to claim 1, characterized by consisting of the following components in percentage by mass: 0.3% dibutylethylhexanoylglutamine, 4% dibutyllauroylglutamine, 1.5% dimethylsilylated silica, 13.1% dioctyl carbonate, 3% bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, 5% hexyl diethylaminohydroxybenzoylbenzoate, 8% octocrylene, 8% ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 4% ethylhexyl salicylate, 8% polyethylene, 1.5% beeswax, 4% candelilla wax, 14% octyldodecanol, 11% caprylic/capric triglyceride, 8% silica, 6% kaolin, 0.2% tocopherol, 0.2% bisabolol and 0.2% caprylyl glycol.
9. A method of making a sunscreen stick as in claim 8 comprising the steps of:
1) heating the phase A to 120-130 ℃ to dissolve the phase A until no particles exist;
2) adding the phase B into the phase A, dissolving and uniformly stirring;
3) cooling the mixture obtained in the step 2) to 90-95 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 10-15 minutes;
4) dissolving the phase C until the phase C is clear and transparent, adding the phase C into the mixture obtained in the step 3), and uniformly stirring;
5) adding the D-phase material, and stirring until the D-phase material is uniformly dispersed;
6) cooling to 80-85 ℃, adding the phase E, and uniformly stirring;

the phase A is as follows: octyldodecanol, dibutylethylhexanoylglutamine and dibutyllauroylglutamine;
the phase B is as follows: polyethylene, beeswax, candelilla wax, caprylic/capric triglyceride and silica dimethyl silylate;
the phase C is as follows: dioctyl carbonate, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, hexyl diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl benzoate, octocrylene, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and ethylhexyl salicylate;
the phase D is as follows: silica and kaolin;
the phase E is as follows: tocopherol, bisabolol and caprylyl glycol.
