the material moving finger cylinder 63 clamps the middle part of the clamp frame A, one end part of the clamp frame A is placed between the lower fixed die device and the upper die device, meanwhile, the lower fixed die device ascends to enable the welding end of the signal wire C in a product at one end part of the clamp frame A to be in contact with the placing table 79 in the lower fixed die device, the welding linear sliding table 72 drives the upper die finger cylinder 74 in the upper die device to move downwards to the surface of a welding plate in the product to move, meanwhile, the upper die finger cylinder 74 works to enable the upper die positive electrode terminal 75 and the upper die negative electrode terminal 76 to be attached to form a short circuit, and therefore welding of a welding part D and the end part of the signal wire C is achieved; during welding, the jacking cylinder 702 in the auxiliary table device 70 drives the jacking sliding plate 703 to move horizontally towards the direction of the box body support, when the dynamic change part of the jacking sliding plate 703 is in contact with one end of the transmission structure 704, one end of the transmission structure 704 is pressed downwards, the other end of the transmission structure 704 is lifted to drive the lifting plate 706 to lift in the box body support, so that the outermost end of the signal wire C is placed at the top of the lifting plate 706, and the lower fixed die device and the upper die device are prevented from being pressed downwards in a staggered mode in the butt-welding process, and the outermost end of the signal wire C and the whole are not on the same horizontal line;
after one end of the product is welded, a rotating wheel rotating cylinder 83 in the material transferring device 8 drives a rotating wheel finger cylinder 84 to clamp a clamp frame A of the product with one welded end, and rotates 180 degrees to move to the second welding mechanism 7 to weld the other end of the product;
after welding, the discharging mechanism 10 clamps and moves to the next working procedure.
Compared with the prior art, the wire harness conveying device has the advantages that by adopting the scheme, a plurality of single wires are placed into the clamp frame in the conveying mechanism to be clamped, and the positions of the two outer sides of the wire harness in the clamp frame are detected and corrected through the detection mechanism; welding the two end parts of the wire harness and the corresponding accessories through the welding mechanism; the problems of low welding efficiency and low welding qualification rate are solved.

the shifting device is provided with a shifting bracket, a shifting component and a drawing component; the pulling support is arranged at the upper part of the conveying mechanism; the drawing assembly is arranged on the drawing bracket; the dial-up components are respectively arranged at two sides of the conveying mechanism;
the closing assembly is provided with a closing finger cylinder and a closing piece; the drawing finger cylinder is fixed at the top of the drawing support, and one end of the drawing piece is fixedly connected with the working end of the drawing finger cylinder; the other end of the closing piece extends to a conveying device in the conveying mechanism;
the dial assembly is provided with a dial bracket, a dial cylinder and a dial finger cylinder; the poking cylinder is fixed on the poking support and drives the poking finger cylinder to rotate.
