现有的热敷蜡泥块的成分是由质量比为85％的石蜡、5％的远红外陶瓷粉及10％的中药粉组成，但现有的热敷蜡泥外观粗糙，粘度不够，摊敷到人体皮肤后易碎，放热效果差且易污染衣物，使用不方便热敷效果差。
并且现有技术中的中药粉是当归、赤芍、元胡、红花、丹参、川芎、乳香、没药、马前子、水蛭各等分粉碎而成的混合粉末，因各中药为各等份粉碎细末直接应用，未进行萃取炮制，药效不能重分利用，因中药未经萃取炮制临床应用后易出现皮肤瘙痒等过敏反应。

基于以上技术问题，提供一种热敷蜡泥块的生产配方。
为解决以上技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案如下：

(3)本发明针对热敷蜡泥块的组成材料反复进行配比试验最终确定了合适的比例，并且其中的蜂蜡、凡士林、热熔胶三种物质，增加蜡泥基质的粘度，提高使用频次。

其中各个组分，按质量比70％～80％的石蜡，4％～6％的蜂蜡，4％～6％的远红外陶瓷粉， 2％～4％的凡士林，1％～3％的热熔胶以及5％～15％的中药萃取物。
步骤三，取容器盛装步骤二所得混合物，并晾凉冷却成质地较硬的泥块。
上述的热敷蜡泥块在使用时，通过加热使得热敷蜡泥块***，且熔化为糊状，将蜡泥均匀的滩涂到欲保健的人体皮肤上，40分钟后去除蜡泥放入玻璃碗中待下次使用。
实施例1
一种热敷蜡泥块的生产配方，按质量占比，其由75％的石蜡，5％的蜂蜡，5％的远红外陶瓷粉，3％的凡士林，2％的热熔胶以及10％的中药萃取物组成。
其生产方法包括如下步骤：
步骤一，制备浓度为85％的中药萃取物。
具体的是，将按比例配伍好的中药原料放入95％的乙醇中浸泡24小时，乙醇没过中药原料即可，然后全部放入100kg的萃取机中临界萃取，萃取界质为95％的乙醇，最终通过比重计测试得到浓度为85％的中药萃取物。
其中的中药原料，按质量比进行配伍称量为当归2kg、赤芍2kg、元胡2kg、红花2kg、丹参2kg、川芎2kg、独活2kg、威灵仙2kg、泽泻2kg、肉桂2kg、白芥子2kg，以及乳香 1kg、没药1kg、马前子1kg、水蛭1kg、牛膝1kg、续断1kg、沉香1kg。
步骤二，按比例将75kg的石蜡、5kg的蜂蜡放入加热容器内加热熔化为液体，后加入 10kg的中草药萃取液，搅拌均匀，此时再依次加入5kg的远红外陶瓷粉、3kg的凡士林及2kg的热熔胶，继续搅拌均匀。
步骤三，取容器盛装步骤二所得混合物，并晾凉冷却成质地较硬的泥块，就得到了其由 75％的石蜡，5％的蜂蜡，5％的远红外陶瓷粉，3％的凡士林，2％的热熔胶以及10％的中药萃取物组成热敷蜡泥块100kg。

1.一种热敷蜡泥块的生产配方，其特征在于，按质量占比，其由70％～80％的石蜡，4％～6％的蜂蜡，4％～6％的远红外陶瓷粉，2％～4％的凡士林，1％～3％的热熔胶以及5％～15％的中药萃取物组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热敷蜡泥块的生产配方，其特征在于，所述的中药萃取物是将由当归、赤芍、元胡、红花、丹参、川芎、独活、威灵仙、泽泻、内桂、白芥子、乳香、没药、马前子、水蛭、牛膝、续断、沉香混合而成的中药原料共同浸泡，然后放入的萃取机中临界萃取所得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种热敷蜡泥块的生产配方，其特征在于，所述的中药原料，按质量比进行称量为当归、赤芍、元胡、红花、丹参、川芎、独活、威灵仙、泽泻、肉桂、白芥子各两等份，乳香、没药、马前子、水蛭、牛膝、续断、沉香各一等份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种热敷蜡泥块的生产配方，其特征在于，所述共同浸泡是将中药原料通过浓度为95％的乙醇浸泡24小时。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种热敷蜡泥块的生产配方，其特征在于，所述的中药萃取物为浓度通过比重计测量为85％的混合溶液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种热敷蜡泥块的生产配方，其特征在于，作为优选的，其由75％的石蜡，5％的蜂蜡，5％的远红外陶瓷粉，3％的凡士林，2％的热熔胶以及10％的中药萃取物组成。
