the infrared detection module detects whether an animal approaches, and the image acquisition module acquires the height of the animal;
according to the detected data, the central control module controls a rotating motor in the electric support rod, and the rotating motor is in contact with a straight tooth line through a gear to change the position of the telescopic inner rod in the telescopic outer cylinder;
in the extension process of the electric support rod, the height sensor detects the rising height of the electric support rod so as to control the height of the electric support rod.

According to the range of the movement of the animals, the water tank height adjusting module 12 is provided with a height sensor and an electric support rod on the water tank base, and the height of the whole water tank is adjusted according to the height of the animals; the water tank moving module 14 is provided with an electric moving wheel at a water tank base, and the central control module 7 controls the movement of the whole water tank. The central control module 7 controls the wireless transmission module 8 to be connected with the mobile terminal 9 through a wireless signal transmitter arranged in the water tank for transmitting signals; the wireless transmission module 8 transmits the data detected by the whole water tank system to the mobile terminal to realize remote control; alarm module 6 is through being provided with alarm and alarm lamp in the basin outside, when the unexpected condition appears, reports to the police and warns.

step two, the water temperature detection module detects the temperature of the drinking water by fixing a temperature sensor in the heater through a bolt, and transmits the temperature of the drinking water to the central control module for analysis and judgment; the water quality detection module is provided with a water quality sensor in the water circulation cavity, detects the quality of water quality and transmits the quality of the water quality to the central control module for analysis and judgment;
step three, the water flow velocity detection module detects the flow velocity of water by arranging a water flow sensor in the water circulation and transmits the flow velocity of the water circulation to the central control module for analysis and judgment; the infrared detection module is used for detecting whether an animal approaches by embedding an infrared sensor in the front surface of the water tank, and the infrared sensor transmits the detected data to the central control module for analysis and judgment to control the flow of the water body in the water circulation system; the image acquisition module is provided with a rotary supporting rod through the water tank, and the rotary supporting rod is provided with a camera to acquire the environment around the water tank;

step five, according to the range of the movement of the animal, the height sensor and the electric support rod are arranged on the base of the water tank by the water tank height adjusting module, and the height of the whole water tank is adjusted according to the height of the animal; the water tank moving module is provided with an electric moving wheel at a water tank base, and the central control module controls the movement of the whole water tank;
step six, the central control module controls the wireless transmission module to be connected with the mobile terminal through a wireless signal transmitter arranged in the water tank for signal transmission; the wireless transmission module transmits the data detected by the whole water tank system to the mobile terminal to realize remote control; alarm module is through being provided with alarm and alarm lamp in the basin outside, when the unexpected condition appears, reports to the police and warns.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water quality sensor in the second step comprises:
the turbidity sensor is used for detecting the turbidity of the water quality in the water tank and transmitting the turbidity of the water quality to the central control module, and the central control module controls the active carbon filtering module to filter the water quality;
the ammonia nitrogen sensor is used for detecting ammonium ions, potassium ions and water pH, transmitting the detected water quality parameters to the central control module, and the central control module gives an alarm to inform workers of adding corresponding substances and controlling the component proportion in the water quality;

3. The control method of a sink device for providing warm water to an animal in winter as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the third step, the process of fusing the data of various detections by the central control module is as follows:
establishing corresponding data training sets for data acquired by various water quality detection devices, extracting corresponding characteristic values according to the data training sets, and establishing corresponding characteristic vectors;
performing identification processing according to the feature vector, and explaining the feature vector;
and according to the interpretation of the feature vector, grouping and synthesizing the specially acquired data to obtain the interpretation of the consistency of the feature vector.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step four, the method for filtering water by the activated carbon filter module in the heat sterilization filter module comprises:
the water quality detection block detects the turbidity of drinking water in the water tank system, and when the turbidity is too large, the electric telescopic rod pushes the activated carbon filter plate in the activated carbon filter plate to the activated filter tank;
when the turbidity of water is reduced to a certain value, the electric telescopic rod drives the activated carbon filter plate to draw out the activated carbon filter box body.
5. The method for controlling a sink device for providing warm water to an animal in winter as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the fourth step, the method for detecting electric leakage by the electric leakage detecting and protecting module comprises:
connecting a current sensor with a zero line, and detecting leakage current between the neutral line and the shell; connecting a current sensor with the phase line, and detecting leakage current between the phase line and the shell;
the two sensors are connected with a power switch, and a power indicator lamp is on; selecting a power supply range, and pressing a required current button; selecting a leakage current alarm value, and setting real-time detection;
when the current values detected by the two current sensors are detected, the central control module controls the on-off of the relay.
6. The control method of a sink device for providing warm water to animals in winter as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the fourth step, the process of heating, sterilizing and filtering the water by the heating, sterilizing and filtering module comprises:
temperature sensors are arranged outside the water tank and inside the water tank, and the two temperature sensors respectively detect the temperature of the inside and outside environments of the water tank;
according to the detected temperature, the difference is made between the two measured temperature values;
and determining a preset value of the water quality temperature in the water tank according to the corresponding temperature difference, and heating the water quality in the water tank by using the central control module through the heating device.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the determining the water temperature preset value inside the water tank comprises:
the preset temperature value in the water tank is larger than the external environment detection value, and the preset temperature in the water tank is smaller than the temperature detector in the water tank.
8. The control method of a water tank device for providing warm water for animals in winter as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the fifth step, the height adjustment process of the water tank by the water tank height adjustment module is as follows:
the infrared detection module detects whether an animal approaches, and the image acquisition module acquires the height of the animal;
according to the detected data, the central control module controls a rotating motor in the electric support rod, and the rotating motor is in contact with a straight tooth line through a gear to change the position of the telescopic inner rod in the telescopic outer cylinder;
in the extension process of the electric support rod, the height sensor detects the rising height of the electric support rod so as to control the height of the electric support rod.

the water quality detection module is connected with the central control module, detects the quality of water quality by arranging a water quality sensor in the water circulation cavity, and transmits the quality of the water quality to the central control module for analysis and judgment;
the water flow speed detection module is connected with the central control module, detects the flow speed of water by arranging a water flow sensor in the water circulation, and transmits the flow speed of the water circulation to the central control module for analysis and judgment;
the infrared detection module is connected with the central control module, an infrared sensor is embedded in the front of the water tank to detect whether an animal approaches, and the infrared sensor transmits detected data to the central control module for analysis and judgment to control the flow of water in the water circulation system;
the central control module is respectively connected with the solar power supply module, the water temperature detection module, the water quality detection module, the water flow speed detection module, the infrared detection module, the alarm module, the wireless transmission module, the mobile terminal, the image acquisition module, the heating, disinfecting and filtering module, the water tank height adjusting module, the electric leakage detection and protection module and the water tank moving module, and coordinates normal operation of the modules;
the image acquisition module is connected with the central control module, and acquires the environment around the water tank by arranging a rotary supporting rod on the water tank, and arranging a camera on the rotary supporting rod;
the heating, disinfecting and filtering module is connected with the central control module, and realizes heating, heat preservation, disinfection and filtering of water quality by arranging a heating device, a disinfecting device and an active carbon filtering module in the water tank, so that the quality of the water quality is improved;
the water tank height adjusting module is connected with the central control module, a height sensor and an electric support rod are arranged on a water tank base, and the height of the whole water tank is adjusted according to the height of an animal;
