The barrier gate 30 is configured to trigger the lifting rod to open after receiving the opening information sent by the barrier gate control module 106, and trigger the lifting rod to close after the vehicle drives away.
The cloud 40 includes: the parking cloud management platform 401, the cloud seat platform 402, the mobile cloud sentry box 403, the cloud charging module 404, the cloud payment module 405 and the cloud diagnosis module 406.
The parking cloud management platform 401 is configured to receive data sent by the license plate recognition all-in-one machine 10; for the authority vehicle, storing the license plate number, the license plate image and the vehicle driving-in or driving-out time of the authority vehicle into a database; for a non-authorized vehicle, judging whether the vehicle is a temporary vehicle, and for the temporary vehicle, sending information to a barrier gate control module 106 to control the lifting rod of the barrier gate 30 to be opened, and sending information to the voice broadcast device 104 and the first display device 105; for other vehicles, a message is sent to the voice broadcast device 104 to remind the vehicle owner of using the parking robot 20 with voice.
The parking cloud management platform 401 is further configured to receive data sent by the parking robot 20, and store a temporary license plate of a vehicle, a vehicle image, and vehicle entrance or exit time in a database; sending information to the barrier control module 106 to control the raising rod of the barrier 30 to open, and sending information to the second display device 204.
The cloud seat platform 402 and the mobile cloud sentry box 403 are used for remotely processing abnormal conditions of the vehicle when the vehicle owner can not normally enter or exit the parking lot and selects a call button on the robot, and remotely sending a processing result to the parking cloud management platform 401 through an interface, and the parking cloud platform 403 sends the processing result to the license plate recognition all-in-one machine 10.
The cloud charging module 404 is configured to calculate parking fees for temporary vehicles according to the entry time and the exit time of the vehicles acquired from the parking cloud management platform 401 when the vehicles exit, and send the parking fees to the parking cloud management platform 401.
The cloud payment module 405 is configured to notify the parking cloud management platform 401 through an interface after the vehicle owner completes payment and the cloud payment module 405 receives the electronic payment success notification.
The cloud diagnosis module 406 is configured to report to the cloud seat platform 402 or the mobile cloud kiosk 403 through an interface when detecting that the license plate recognition all-in-one machine 10 and the parking robot 20 are abnormally operated, and manually pick up a task and process an abnormal problem of the license plate recognition all-in-one machine 10 and the parking robot 20.
Further, the network connection method includes: 4G, wired network, WiFi.
Further, the license plate recognition all-in-one machine 10 and the parking robot 20 are connected with the cloud 40 through a 4G router.
Further, the 4G router selects a dual-card single-standby or three-in-one card mode for automatically switching the operator mode according to the strength of the current network signal so as to select the operator with strong signal.
Illustratively, the 4G router selects a three-in-one card mode, one card in the 4G router includes three operators of communication, mobile and telecommunication, and when the network signal is poor, the networks of the three operators can be switched to select the network with the strongest signal.
Further, the license plate recognition all-in-one machine 10 and the parking robot 20 communicate with the cloud 40 through a dual communication channel.
Further, the dual communication channels include the following two channels: MQTT protocol (Message queuing telemetry Transport) and WebSocket protocol. Illustratively, one communication channel of the license plate recognition all-in-one machine 10, the parking robot 20 and the cloud 40 is in communication transmission by adopting an MQTT protocol, and the other communication channel is in communication transmission by adopting a WebSocket protocol.
Illustratively, an MQTT protocol is used as a main communication channel, and when the license plate recognition all-in-one machine 10 is in a working state, the cloud 40 is requested by using a QoS level 0 quality message at regular time; when a vehicle enters or exits, the vehicle license plate number and the vehicle entering or exiting time are transmitted to the cloud 40 by using the QoS level 1 quality message; the cloud 40 sends a voice broadcast instruction to the voice broadcast device 104, sends a display instruction to the first display device 105 or the second display device 204, and sends a barrier gate opening or closing instruction to the barrier gate 30; when the vehicle is driven out, and the vehicle owner pays the parking fee, the license plate recognition all-in-one machine 10 uses the QoS level 2 quality message to transmit to the cloud 40. The QoS level 0, QoSlevel 1 and QoS level 2 are media in an MQTT protocol communication protocol. The WebSocket protocol is used as a standby communication channel, and when network jitter or an MQTT protocol channel has a problem, the cloud 40 automatically switches to the WebSocket protocol communication channel so as to ensure normal operation of services and not to influence normal access of vehicles.
Compared with the prior art, the parking management system based on the end cloud has the following advantages: based on license plate recognition and face recognition, parking management of the existing license plate vehicle and the unlicensed vehicle can be realized; the parking recognition all-in-one machine, the parking robot and the cloud communication protocol adopt double communication channels, and the communication is stable and reliable; the cloud diagnosis module monitors the working state of the equipment in real time, and when the equipment works abnormally, the cloud automatically distributes the equipment alarm information to a cloud seat center or a mobile cloud sentry box worker to remotely check the working state of the equipment and perform debugging work on the equipment.

An end cloud based parking management system, the system comprising: the system comprises a license plate recognition all-in-one machine, a parking robot, a barrier gate and a cloud end; the license plate recognition all-in-one machine and the parking robot are in the same local area network and are connected with the cloud end in a network connection mode; the barrier gate is connected with the license plate recognition all-in-one machine through an IO line;
the license plate recognition all-in-one machine is used for collecting video images at an exit or an entrance, recognizing license plates, if the license plates are detected and are vehicles with authority, controlling a barrier gate to be opened, if the license plates are detected but are not vehicles with authority, requesting the cloud end to release the authority, if the cloud end allows the permission, using the vehicles as temporary vehicles, storing the vehicle recognition information of the authority vehicles and the temporary vehicles, uploading the vehicle recognition information to the cloud end, calculating the parking cost of the temporary vehicles when the vehicles drive out, broadcasting and displaying the parking cost in a voice mode, and if the license plates are not detected, sending prompt information for using the parking robot;
the parking robot is used for extracting the face features of a driver to serve as a temporary license plate, storing vehicle identification information of a vehicle with the temporary license plate, uploading the vehicle identification information to the cloud, and calculating parking cost of the vehicle with the temporary license plate and carrying out voice broadcasting and displaying when the vehicle is driven out;
the barrier gate is used for triggering the lifting rod to be opened after receiving the opening information sent by the barrier gate control module, and the ground induction coil triggers the lifting rod to be closed after the vehicle drives away;
the cloud end is used for receiving and storing data sent by the license plate recognition all-in-one machine and the parking robot, calculating parking cost, diagnosing abnormal working states of the license plate recognition all-in-one machine and the parking robot and processing the abnormal working states;
the vehicle identification information includes: license plate numbers, license plate images and vehicle entrance and exit time of the authorized vehicle and the temporary vehicle; the temporary license plate number of the temporary license plate vehicle, the vehicle image and the vehicle entrance and exit time.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the license plate recognition kiosk comprises: the system comprises a first camera, a license plate recognition device, a license plate camera storage module, a voice broadcasting device, a first display device and a gateway control module;
the first camera is used for collecting video images at an inlet or an outlet and transmitting the video images to the license plate recognition module;
the license plate recognition module includes: the system is used for recognizing the license plate of the video image at the entrance when the vehicle enters; if the license plate is detected, acquiring a license plate number from the detected license plate area by adopting a license plate identification method; matching the license plate number with the authority license plate number in the license plate camera storage module; if the license plate matching is successful, the vehicle is used as an authority vehicle, and the license plate number, the license plate image and the vehicle driving-in time are sent to the license plate camera storage module and the cloud end; if the license plate matching is unsuccessful, requesting a releasing authority to the cloud end, if the cloud end allows releasing, taking the vehicle as a temporary vehicle, storing the license plate number, the license plate image and the vehicle entering time of the temporary vehicle in the license plate camera storage module, and uploading the license plate number, the license plate image and the vehicle entering time to the cloud end;
the license plate recognition module further comprises: the system is used for recognizing the license plate of the video image at the exit when the vehicle drives out; if the license plate is detected, acquiring a license plate number from the detected license plate area by adopting a license plate identification method; matching the license plate number with the authority license plate number in the license plate camera storage module; if the license plate matching is successful, the vehicle is used as an authority vehicle, and the license plate number, the license plate image and the vehicle driving-out time are sent to the license plate camera storage module and the cloud end; if the license plate matching is unsuccessful, the license plate number, the license plate image and the vehicle driving-out time of the temporary vehicle are uploaded to the cloud end;
the license plate recognition module further comprises: the parking robot is used for sending out prompt information for using the parking robot if no license plate is detected;
the license plate camera storage module is used for storing license plate numbers of authority vehicles and also used for storing license plate numbers, license plate images and vehicle entrance or exit time of authority vehicles and temporary vehicles; the license plate number with the authority is manually input or sent by the cloud;
the voice broadcasting equipment is used for broadcasting the license plate number of the current vehicle in a voice mode for the vehicle with authority when the vehicle enters, and for the temporary vehicle, after the voice broadcasting equipment receives the permission information sent by the cloud end, the license plate number of the current vehicle is broadcasted in a voice mode; when the vehicle is driven out, the voice broadcasting equipment broadcasts the license plate number, the parking fee and the payment mode of the current vehicle in a voice mode for the vehicle with the authority, and broadcasts the license plate number, the parking fee and the payment mode of the current vehicle in a voice mode for the temporary vehicle after the voice broadcasting equipment receives the parking charging information sent by the cloud;
the first display device is used for displaying the license plate number of the current vehicle on a screen for the authorized vehicle when the vehicle enters, and for the temporary vehicle, displaying the license plate number of the current vehicle on the screen after the first display device receives the permission information sent by the cloud end; when the vehicle runs out, the first display device displays the license plate number, parking fee and payment mode of the current vehicle on a screen for the vehicle with authority, and displays the license plate number, parking fee and payment mode of the current vehicle on the screen for the temporary vehicle after the first display device receives the parking charging information sent by the cloud;
the barrier gate control module is used for controlling the lifting rod of the barrier gate to be opened when the vehicle with authority enters or exits; when a temporary vehicle drives in or out, after the release permission information sent by the cloud is received, the lifting rod of the barrier gate is controlled to be opened;
wherein, the network connection mode comprises: 4G, wired network, WiFi.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the parking robot comprises: the parking robot comprises a second camera, a face recognition device, a parking robot storage module and a second display device;
the second camera is used for collecting a face image of a driver and transmitting the face image to the face recognition module;
the face recognition module is used for acquiring face features from a face image of a driver as a temporary license plate of the vehicle by adopting a face recognition algorithm when the vehicle enters, storing the temporary license plate of the vehicle, the vehicle image and the vehicle entering time into the parking robot storage module and uploading the face features to the cloud end, acquiring the face features from the face image of the driver as the temporary license plate of the vehicle by adopting the face recognition algorithm when the vehicle exits, acquiring the vehicle entering time of the same temporary license plate from the parking robot storage module, and transmitting the temporary license plate of the vehicle, the vehicle image, the vehicle entering time and the vehicle exiting time to the cloud end;
the second display equipment is used for displaying a temporary license plate of the vehicle when the vehicle enters; when the vehicle is driven out, after receiving the information sent by the cloud end, displaying a temporary license plate, parking fee and a payment mode of the vehicle, after the parking fee is paid, the cloud end sends the information to the barrier gate control module, and the barrier gate control module controls the lifting rod of the barrier gate to be opened after receiving the information sent by the cloud end.
4. A system according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the payment means comprises: a cash payment mode and a code scanning payment mode;
further, the code scanning payment mode comprises the following steps: WeChat scanning payment and Payment treasure scanning payment.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the cloud comprises: the system comprises a parking cloud management platform, a cloud seat platform, a mobile cloud sentry box, a cloud charging module, a cloud payment module and a cloud diagnosis module;
the parking cloud management platform is used for receiving data sent by the license plate recognition all-in-one machine; for the authority vehicle, storing the license plate number, the license plate image and the vehicle driving-in or driving-out time of the authority vehicle into a database; for a non-authority vehicle, judging whether the vehicle is a temporary vehicle, and for the temporary vehicle, sending information to a barrier gate control module to control the lifting rod of the barrier gate to be opened, and sending information to the voice broadcasting equipment and the first display equipment; for other vehicles, sending information to the voice broadcasting equipment to remind the vehicle owner of using the parking robot in voice;
the parking cloud management platform is further used for receiving data sent by the parking robot and storing temporary license plates of vehicles, vehicle images and vehicle entrance or exit time into a database; sending information to a barrier gate control module to control the lifting rod of the barrier gate to be opened, and sending information to the second display device;
the cloud seat platform and the mobile cloud sentry box are used for remotely processing abnormal conditions of vehicles when the vehicles cannot normally enter and exit and the vehicle owners select call buttons on the robots, remotely sending processing results to the parking cloud management platform through interfaces, and sending the processing results to the license plate recognition all-in-one machine through the parking cloud platform;
the cloud charging module is used for calculating parking cost for a temporary vehicle according to the vehicle entrance time and the vehicle exit time acquired from the parking cloud management platform when the vehicle exits, and sending the parking cost to the parking cloud management platform;
the cloud payment module is used for informing the parking cloud management platform through an interface after the vehicle owner completes payment and the cloud payment module receives the electronic payment success notification;
and the cloud diagnosis module is used for manually picking up tasks and processing the abnormal problems of the license plate recognition all-in-one machine and the parking robot after reporting to the cloud seat platform or the mobile cloud sentry box through an interface when detecting that the license plate recognition all-in-one machine and the parking robot operate abnormally.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the license plate recognition all-in-one machine and the parking robot are connected with the cloud through a 4G router.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the 4G router selects a dual-card single standby or triple-card mode for automatically switching operator modes according to the intensity of the current network signal to select the operator with strong signal.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the license plate recognition all-in-one machine and the parking robot communicate with the cloud via a dual communication channel.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the dual communication channels comprise two channels: MQTT protocol and WebSocket protocol;
and one communication channel of the license plate recognition all-in-one machine and the parking robot and the cloud end adopts an MQTT protocol for communication transmission, and the other communication channel adopts a WebSocket protocol for communication transmission.
