step 3, the third driving assembly 222 drives the clothes folding rod 221 to rotate, so that the clothes folding rod 221 drives the clothes to be folded from the center line of the clothes;
step 4, the fourth driving component 232 drives the sleeve folding rod 23 to rotate, so that the sleeve folding rod 23 folds the sleeves of the clothes, and the two sleeves of the clothes can be folded together;
step 5, the first clothes winding rod 311 is contacted with the conveyor belt assembly, the second clothes winding rod 321 is arranged above the conveyor belt assembly 11, the first driving assembly 12 drives the conveyor belt assembly to move, and clothes are conveyed between the first clothes winding device 31 and the second clothes winding device 32;
step 6, the fifth driving assembly 312 drives the first clothes winding rod 311 to rotate, so as to drive clothes to rotate around the second clothes winding rod 321, and the sixth driving assembly 322 drives the second clothes winding rod 321 to rotate, so as to drive the clothes to rotate around the first clothes winding rod 311, so as to wind the clothes into a cylinder shape;
step 7, selecting a proper storage box 41 according to the type and size of the clothes, driving the storage box 41 to move by the moving device 42 to enable the storage box 41 to be opposite to the other end of the clothes conveying device 1, and continuously conveying the folded clothes by the clothes conveying device 1 to convey the clothes to the storage box 41.
In step 1, the 3D scanner may be used to scan the clothes to obtain the type and size of the clothes. If the trousers are identified, the operation of step 4 is not performed, and the step 5 is directly skipped from step 3.
In step 1, the shape and size of the clothes can be scanned by the 3D scanner, the scanning result is recorded in a computer, and the computer analyzes the scanning result by using software based on an image recognition technology, compares the subsequent scanning result with a standard result, and allows the clothes to enter the proper storage box 41 according to the shape and size of the clothes.
Wherein, mobile device 42 includes removal motor 421, gear 422 and removes strip 423, and gear 422 installs on the output shaft of removal motor 421, removes strip 423 bottom and is equipped with and meshes rack 4231 with gear 422, and a plurality of receivers 41 bottoms are installed on rack 4231. the clothes folding module comprises a clothes pressing mechanism, a clothes folding mechanism and a sleeve folding mechanism, the clothes pressing mechanism comprises a clothes pressing rod and a second driving assembly for driving the clothes pressing rod to rotate, the clothes folding mechanism comprises a clothes folding rod and a third driving assembly for driving the clothes folding rod to rotate, the sleeve folding mechanism comprises a sleeve folding rod and a fourth driving assembly for driving the sleeve folding rod to rotate, clothes are flatly laid at one end of the clothes conveying device, the clothes are pressed through the clothes pressing mechanism, and the clothes are conveyed through the clothes conveying device after the clothes folding mechanism folds the clothes and sleeves;
the clothes rolling module comprises a first clothes rolling device and a second clothes rolling device, the first clothes rolling device and the second clothes rolling device are respectively arranged on two sides of the clothes conveying device, the first clothes rolling device comprises a first clothes rolling rod and a fifth driving assembly for driving the first clothes rolling rod to rotate and stretch, and the second clothes rolling device comprises a second clothes rolling rod and a sixth driving assembly for driving the second clothes rolling rod to rotate and stretch;
the classified storage module comprises a plurality of storage boxes and a moving device for driving the storage boxes to move.
