Claims (9)

1. The preparation method of the antibacterial decorative film is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, introducing the raw materials into a kneading machine (1) and stirring for 5-8 min;
inputting the stirred raw materials into a heater (2) for heating, wherein the heater (2) heats the raw materials to 80-100 ℃;
pouring the heated raw materials into a cold mixer (3) for cold mixing treatment, and cooling the raw materials to 50-55 ℃;
the raw materials after cold mixing treatment continuously advance to enter a screw extrusion plasticizing machine (4) for preplasticizing treatment;
the pre-plasticized raw materials are conveyed to an open primary plastic refining machine (5) for primary plastic refining;
the raw materials after primary plastic refining are sent into a final plastic refining machine (6) for secondary plastic refining;
continuously advancing the raw materials subjected to secondary plastic refining into a metal detector for metal detection;
the raw materials after metal detection are conveyed into a multi-roll calender (7) for calendering treatment;
the raw material after the calendering treatment is subjected to traction, slow cooling, conveying and inspection to obtain an original film;
inputting the original film into a multi-roller gravure printing machine, printing by polyurethane alcohol-based water-based ink, and obtaining the antibacterial decorative film after molding, embossing, compounding, inspecting and packaging.

The antibacterial decorative film prepared by the preparation method of the antibacterial decorative film according to claim 1, wherein the antibacterial decorative film contains 50-60% of polyvinyl chloride, 5-15% of phenolic resin, 5-30% of castor oil-based polyester plasticizer, 3-8% of edible medium-grade epoxidized soybean oil, 1-5% of edible paraffin, and calcium-zinc composite stabilizer: 3-5% of glycerol monostearate, 2-5% of acrylate impact modifier, 3-8% of nano titanium dioxide, 1-4% of medical stone, 2-6% of phenyl silicone oil, 2-4% of dimethylaniline and 10-30% of calcium carbonate.

The preparation method of the antibacterial decorative film according to claim 1, wherein the kneader (1) comprises a stirring box (8), a main driving motor (9) and a discharging device; agitator tank (8) inside be equipped with Z shape stirring leaf (10), the both ends of Z shape stirring leaf (10) respectively with passive pivot (11) and initiative pivot (12) fixed connection, initiative pivot (12) and main drive motor (9) output shaft flange joint, discharging device including being fixed in respectively agitator tank (8) left and right sides go out workbin (13) and vice drive motor (14), play workbin (13) and vice drive motor (14) between be equipped with ejection of compact screw rod (15) that run through agitator tank (8), the one end of ejection of compact screw rod (15) go deep into in workbin (13), ejection of compact screw rod (15) on be equipped with spiral winding's stirring piece.
