技术领域
本发明属于管材切割领域,具体涉及一种管材切割装置。
背景技术
管材就是用于做管件的材料,不同的管件要用不同的管材,管材的好坏直接决定了管件的质量,常用的有给水管、排水管、煤气管、暖气管、电线导管、雨水管等,需要将整个管材切割成合适尺寸,再配合一些辅助零件,才能组成管件。
不同材质的管材需要用到不同的切割装置,最常见的是切割刀直接切割,现有管材切割装置在切割时无法调整切割角度,需要手动改变管材的放置角度才能完成斜面的切割,费时费力,自动化程度低,容易发生安全事故,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种管材切割装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种管材切割装置,包括切割平台,所述切割平台上方设置有壳体,所述壳体的顶部固定有箱体,所述箱体的内腔安装有旋转油缸,所述旋转油缸的输出端固定有转盘,所述壳体的顶部开设有供转盘转动的转动槽,所述转盘的底部固定有液压缸的缸体,所述液压缸的输出端固定有U型板,所述U型板的内腔中固定安装有伺服电机,所述伺服电机的输出轴固定有切割盘,所述壳体内腔的底部固定有两个电动伸缩杆,两个所述电动伸缩杆的输出端均固定有压料盘,所述切割平台的顶部固定有两个托料盘,所述压料盘与所述托料盘垂直,所述切割平台的底部固定有若干支撑腿,若干所述支撑腿的底部均安装有防滑垫。
优选的,所述压料盘与所述托料盘上开设有半圆槽,所述半圆槽内固定有橡胶防滑层。
优选的,所述切割平台上开设有切割口,所述切割口与所述切割盘相适配。
优选的,所述切割平台的底部固定有两个L型板,两个所述L型板之间放置有回收箱,所述L型板与所述回收箱通过螺栓固定。
优选的,所述切割平台的顶部固定有滚轮。
优选的,所述旋转油缸的两侧均固定有连接杆,所述连接杆与所述箱体的内腔固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本管材切割装置在使用时,将管材放置在托料盘上,开启电动伸缩杆,电动伸缩杆的输出端带动压料盘对托料盘上的管材进行压紧固定,启动伺服电机带动切割盘旋转,再启动液压缸,液压缸的输出端带动伺服电机向下对管材进行切割,当需要切割斜面的时候,启动旋转油缸,带动转盘转动,液压缸、伺服电机、切割盘随之改变角度,再进行切割,即可达到切割斜面的目的,解决了现有管材切割装置在切割时无法调整切割角度,需要手动改变管材的放置角度才能完成斜面的切割,费时费力,自动化程度低,容易发生安全事故,存在安全隐患的问题,具有自动化程度高,安全高效,没有安全隐患的优点。

一种管材切割装置,包括切割平台1,切割平台1上方设置有壳体2,壳体2的顶部固定有箱体3,箱体3的内腔安装有旋转油缸5,旋转油缸5的输出端固定有转盘7,壳体2的顶部开设有供转盘7转动的转动槽6,转盘7的底部固定有液压缸8的缸体,液压缸8的输出端固定有U型板10,U型板10的内腔中固定安装有伺服电机11,伺服电机11的输出轴固定有切割盘9,壳体2内腔的底部固定有两个电动伸缩杆12,两个电动伸缩杆12的输出端均固定有压料盘13,切割平台1的顶部固定有两个托料盘14,压料盘13与托料盘14垂直,切割平台1的底部固定有若干支撑腿17,若干支撑腿17的底部均安装有防滑垫18;通过以上设置,解决了现有管材切割装置在切割时无法调整切割角度,需要手动改变管材的放置角度才能完成斜面的切割,费时费力,自动化程度低,容易发生安全事故,存在安全隐患的问题,具有自动化程度高,安全高效,没有安全隐患的优点。
本实施例中,优选的,压料盘13与托料盘14上开设有半圆槽19,半圆槽19内固定有橡胶防滑层23;通过半圆槽19的设置,对管材起到稳定作用,橡胶防滑层23的设置保护管材的同时对管材起到固定不滑动的作用。
本实施例中,优选的,切割平台1上开设有切割口15,切割口15与切割盘9相适配;通过切割口15的设置,可以让管材切割的更彻底,切割盘9也不会触碰到切割平台1,避免危险的发生。
本实施例中,优选的,切割平台1的底部固定有两个L型板22,两个L型板22之间放置有回收箱16,L型板22与回收箱16通过螺栓20固定;通过回收箱16的设置,可以直接回收切割产生的废料,方便打扫,也更环保,L型板22的设置方便了回收箱16的放置和拿出。
本实施例中,优选的,切割平台1的顶部固定有滚轮21;通过滚轮21的设置,使管材移动更加便捷、省力,同时也分担了切割盘9对管材切割时产生的压力。
本实施例中,优选的,旋转油缸5的两侧均固定有连接杆4,连接杆4与箱体3的内腔固定连接;通过连接杆4的设置,对旋转油缸5进行了限位,不会横向晃动。
其中本装置中的旋转油缸5是一种现有技术,其可以选择无锡市名尧电液推杆厂生产的型号为UBFZD40的旋转油缸。
其中本装置中的电动伸缩杆12是一种现有技术,其可以选择温州思铭电机有限公司生产的型号为64STG-200mm-IP65的电动伸缩杆。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:
本一种管材切割装置在使用时,将管材放置在托料盘14上,开启电动伸缩杆12,电动伸缩杆12的输出端带动压料盘13对托料盘14上的管材进行压紧固定,启动伺服电机11带动切割盘9旋转,再启动液压缸8,液压缸8的输出端带动伺服电机11向下对管材进行切割,切割产生的废料通过切割口15落入回收箱16内,当需要切割斜面的时候,启动旋转油缸5,带动转盘7转动,液压缸8、伺服电机11、切割盘9随之改变角度,再进行切割,即可达到切割斜面的目的。

1.一种管材切割装置,包括切割平台(1),其特征在于:所述切割平台(1)上方设置有壳体(2),所述壳体(2)的顶部固定有箱体(3),所述箱体(3)内腔安装有旋转油缸(5),所述旋转油缸(5)的输出端固定有转盘(7),所述壳体(2)的顶部开设有供转盘(7)转动的转动槽(6),所述转盘(7)的底部固定有液压缸(8)的缸体,所述液压缸(8)的输出端固定有U型板(10),所述U型板(10)的内腔中固定安装有伺服电机(11),所述伺服电机(11)的输出轴固定有切割盘(9),所述壳体(2)内腔的底部固定有两个电动伸缩杆(12),两个所述电动伸缩杆(12)的输出端均固定有压料盘(13),所述切割平台(1)的顶部固定有两个托料盘(14),所述压料盘(13)与所述托料盘(14)垂直,所述切割平台(1)的底部固定有若干支撑腿(17),若干所述支撑腿(17)的底部均安装有防滑垫(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管材切割装置,其特征在于:所述压料盘(13)与所述托料盘(14)上均开设有半圆槽(19),所述半圆槽(19)内固定有橡胶防滑层(23)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管材切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割平台(1)上开设有切割口(15),所述切割口(15)与所述切割盘(9)相适配。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种管材切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割平台(1)的底部固定有两个L型板(22),两个所述L型板(22)之间放置有回收箱(16),所述L型板(22)与所述回收箱(16)通过螺栓(20)固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种管材切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割平台(1)的顶部固定有滚轮(21)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种管材切割装置,其特征在于:所述旋转油缸(5)的两侧均固定有连接杆(4),所述连接杆(4)与所述箱体(3)的内腔固定连接。
