The coating outer roller 98 is hollow, the center hole 912 facilitates the coating stock solution to enter, the coating stock solution is directly coated on the metal part from the inner coating roller 99, and when the inner coating roller 99 leaves the metal part, the spring 97 pushes out the coating outer roller 98 to block the coating hole and prevent the leakage of the coating solution.
The inner slide assembly 2 is slidably connected to the inner carriage 4.
And bearings are arranged at two ends of the first lower connecting frame 5 and the second lower connecting frame 6, and two ends of the coating roller 7 are rotatably connected with the first lower connecting frame 5 and the second lower connecting frame 6.

the coating roller 9 is provided with a plurality of coating holes for spraying, an inner ring coating stock solution cavity 92 in the coating roller 9 is used for loading coating stock solution, when an inner coating roller 99 arranged on the coating hole on the outer side of the coating roller 9 presses a metal part, the inner coating roller 99 can press the outer coating roller 98 upwards, the outer coating roller 98 opens the sealed coating hole at the moment, the coating raw material flows downwards, the metal part is coated by the rolling inner coating roller 99, a hollow component is arranged in the outer coating roller 98, a central hole 912 facilitates the entry of the coating stock solution, the coating stock solution is directly coated on the metal part of the inner coating roller 99, and when the inner coating roller 99 leaves the metal part, a spring 97 pushes out the outer coating roller 98 to block the coating hole to prevent the leakage of the coating solution;
the coating liquid pipeline 96 in the middle of the coating roller 9 is communicated with the coating stock solution conveying cavity pipeline 83 of the cleaning roller 8, the specifications are set to be the same, butt joint and flowing of the coating stock solution are facilitated, the coating raw material inlet pipe 12 on the outer side is a flexible pipe, the lower coating mechanism can move along when moving, the coating raw material inlet pipe 12 is externally connected with a coating raw material supply pump through a pressure pump, it is guaranteed that the coating liquid can enter each spraying pore channel, and coating uniformity is guaranteed.
