Abstract
The invention discloses three-layer essence with skin color modification and skin nourishing effects, a preparation method and application, and relates to the technical field of cosmetics. The three-layer essence provided by the invention is divided into three layers in a static state, wherein the upper layer is milky, the middle layer is transparent and watery, and the lower layer is powdery, so that the essence needs to be uniformly shaken before use. s2, uniformly mixing the phase B until no particles exist, and heating to 85 ℃;
s3, adding the phase B into the phase A, homogenizing at 2000-5000rpm for 5min, and uniformly mixing until no particles exist to obtain a first mixture;
s4, cooling the first mixture to 40-50 ℃, adding the phase C, uniformly mixing, and homogenizing at 2000-5000rpm for 1-3min to obtain a second mixture;
s5, uniformly mixing deionized water and calamine, homogenizing at 2000-5000rpm for 2-10min to form a uniform D phase, adding the uniform D phase into the second mixture, and uniformly mixing;
and S6, discharging and standing to obtain the three-layer essence with the effects of skin color modification and skin nourishing.
The invention also provides application of the three-layer essence with the effects of skin color modification and skin care in preparation of cosmetics with the effects of inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, astringing, calming and skin color modification.

5. putting deionized water and calamine into a container, uniformly mixing, homogenizing at 3000rpm for 5min to form a uniform D phase, adding into a main container, and uniformly stirring;
6. discharging, and standing to obtain three layers of essence.
The appearance of the freshly prepared essence is milky, and after standing for 12h at normal temperature, three layers of milky essence with a transparent water-like middle layer and powdery lower layer are obtained.

The appearance of the freshly prepared essence is liquid, after standing for 12 hours at normal temperature, the double-layer essence with the upper layer being transparent and watery and the lower layer being powdery is obtained, and the height ratio of the upper layer to the lower layer is 3.0:2.0.

0.1, 2, 3 indicate very poor, not good, fair, very good, respectively.
And (3) after statistics is carried out on the questionnaire, a radar chart is prepared, the result is shown in figure 1, and the larger the area in the chart is, the better the comprehensive index of the product is.
The results in fig. 1 show that comparative example 1 also has skin color modification effect, but the other indicators are not as good as those in examples 1 to 5, and comparative example 2 has poor skin color modification effect, which is significantly inferior to those in examples 1 to 5 using calamine. In conclusion, the comprehensive indexes of the examples 1-5 are obviously superior to those of the comparative examples 1 and 2, and the product of the invention can achieve excellent indexes and is popular with consumers.
3, efficacy test:
the examples 1 to 5 (a three-layer essence with skin-modifying and skin-nourishing effects), the comparative example 1 (a two-layer essence containing calamine), and the comparative example 2 (a three-layer essence containing no calamine) were evaluated by using 20 trained professional evaluators, and the results of the tests were measured by using a VISIA skin test apparatus, which is an apparatus capable of quantitatively analyzing the pathological characteristics of the skin, and are shown in table 5:

The results in table 5 show that the three layers of essence obtained by compounding 6 vitamins with calamine in examples 1-5 of the invention have good skin nourishing effects of locking water, repairing barriers, improving skin quality and the like; in contrast, comparative examples 1 to 6, which lack one or more vitamin derivatives as compared with example 3, were inferior to examples 1 to 5 in each index and had a general skin-nourishing effect. The skin-nourishing effects of comparative examples 1 and 2 are inferior to those of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6.
Therefore, the three-layer essence with the skin modification and nourishing effects provided by the embodiment of the invention has the synergistic skin modification and nourishing effects through reasonable matching of the components, does not contain essence or traditional preservatives, and is mild in components.
4, stability test:
the stability tests of examples 1 to 5 (a three-layer essence having skin-modifying and skin-nourishing effects), comparative example 1 (a two-layer essence containing calamine), and comparative example 2 (a three-layer essence containing no calamine) were performed, the cold resistance test was performed in an incubator at a temperature of-10 c, the heat resistance test was performed in an incubator at a temperature of 45 c, and the cold and hot cycle test was performed in incubators circulating at temperatures of-10 c and 40 c, and the test was performed for three months, and the results were qualified without significant changes, as shown in table 6.

The results in Table 6 show that the stability tests of examples 1-5, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 are all passed.

Claims (3)
1. A three-layer essence with skin-modifying and skin-nourishing effects is characterized in that the essence is divided into three layers under a static state, wherein the upper layer is an emulsion composition, the middle layer is an aqueous composition, and the lower layer is a powder composition; wherein, the volume ratio of the upper layer, the middle layer and the lower layer is 0.1-10.0:0.1-10.0:0.1-10.0;
the three-layer essence with the effects of skin color modification and skin nourishing comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
deionized water and the balance;
1% -20% of a moisture absorbent;
0.1% -2% of nicotinamide;
0.1 to 2 percent of panthenol;
0.01 to 0.03 percent of EDTA disodium;
0.05% -0.5% of hydrogenated lecithin;
0.01 to 0.5 percent of xanthan gum;
0.01 to 0.3 percent of olive oil PEG-7 esters;
1% -10% of hydrogenated polydecene;
0.01 to 0.5 percent of tocopherol acetate;
0.01 to 2.1 percent of antibacterial agent;
0.01% -1% of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid;
0.01% -1% of vitamin F derivative;
0.01 to 1 percent of hesperidin methyl chalcone;
0.1 to 10 percent of calamine;
the vitamin F derivative is selected from oleic acid/linoleic acid/linolenic acid polyglycerol esters;
the antibacterial agent is selected from 1, 2-hexanediol and/or ethylhexyl glycerol;
the moisture absorbent is selected from butylene glycol and/or glycerin.
2. A method for preparing a triple layer essence having skin-modifying and skin-nourishing effects according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
taking the components in proportion, wherein:
phase A: deionized water, a hygroscopic agent, nicotinamide, panthenol, disodium EDTA, hydrogenated lecithin and xanthan gum;
phase B: olive oil PEG-7 esters, emollients, tocopheryl acetate;
and C phase: antibacterial agent, vitamin C derivative, vitamin F derivative, vitamin P derivative;
phase D: deionized water, calamine;
s1, uniformly mixing the phase A until no particles exist, and heating to 85 ℃;
s2, uniformly mixing the phase B until no particles exist, and heating to 85 ℃;
s3, adding the phase B into the phase A, homogenizing at 2000-5000rpm for 5min, and uniformly mixing until no particles exist to obtain a first mixture;
s4, cooling the first mixture to 40-50 ℃, adding the phase C, uniformly mixing, and homogenizing at 2000-5000rpm for 1-3min to obtain a second mixture;
s5, uniformly mixing deionized water and calamine, homogenizing at 2000-5000rpm for 2-10min to form a uniform D phase, adding the uniform D phase into the second mixture, and uniformly mixing;
and S6, discharging and standing to obtain the three-layer essence with the effects of skin color modification and skin nourishing.
3. Use of the triple layer essence having skin-toning and skin-nourishing effects of claim 1 for preparing a cosmetic having bacteriostatic, anti-inflammatory, astringent, calming or skin-toning effects.
