The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to three-layer essence with skin color modification and skin nourishing effects, a preparation method and application.

Background

With the rapid development of cosmetic technology and the adaptation of the demands of consumers for innovation, cosmetic formulations are more and more innovative and diversified. The cosmetic formulations comprise various aqua, emulsion, cream, BB cream, facial make-up cream, gel and the like, wherein the essence of the aqua is of a single-layer type or a double-layer type, and most of the essence products sold on the market are of a uniform single-layer system or a double-layer system; on the other hand, commercially available products with skin color modification include facial make-up cream, BB cream, foundation liquid and the like, most of the products are added with titanium dioxide, the titanium dioxide covers skin to play a role in adjusting skin color, and the skin of the face becomes worse and worse due to the fact that pores are blocked by the titanium dioxide when the products are frequently used, so that the product capable of modifying skin color and nourishing skin is urgently developed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a product capable of modifying skin color and nourishing skin, and particularly provides three-layer essence with skin color modifying and skin nourishing effects aiming at the defects of the prior art.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following technical solutions:

in a first aspect, the invention provides a three-layer essence with skin-modifying and skin-nourishing effects, which is divided into three layers under a static state, wherein the upper layer is an emulsion composition, the middle layer is an aqueous composition, and the lower layer is a powder composition; wherein, the volume ratio of the upper layer, the middle layer and the lower layer is 0.1-10.0:0.1-10.0:0.1-10.0.

The powder composition comprises calamine, and the calamine accounts for 0.1-10% of the total mass of the essence.

The three-layer essence provided by the invention is divided into three layers in a static state, wherein the upper layer is milky, the middle layer is transparent and watery, and the lower layer is powdery, so that the essence needs to be uniformly shaken before use. 0.1% -2% of nicotinamide;

0.1 to 2 percent of panthenol;

0.01 to 0.03 percent of EDTA disodium;

0.05 to 0.5 percent of hydrogenated lecithin;

0.01 to 0.5 percent of xanthan gum;

0.01 to 0.3 percent of olive oil PEG-7 esters;

1% -10% of an emollient;

0.01 to 0.5 percent of tocopherol acetate;

0.01 to 2.1 percent of antibacterial agent;

0.01% -1% of vitamin C derivative;

0.01% -1% of vitamin F derivative;

0.01% -1% of vitamin P derivative;

0.1 to 10 percent of calamine.

The further technical proposal is that the vitamin F derivatives are selected from oleic acid/linoleic acid/linolenic acid polyglycerol esters.

The further technical scheme is that the vitamin P derivative is selected from hesperidin methyl chalcone.

taking the components in proportion, wherein:

phase A: deionized water, a hygroscopic agent, nicotinamide, panthenol, disodium EDTA, hydrogenated lecithin and xanthan gum;

phase B: olive oil PEG-7 esters, emollients, tocopheryl acetate;

and C phase: antibacterial agents, vitamin C derivatives, vitamin F derivatives, vitamin P derivatives;

phase D: deionized water, calamine;

s1, uniformly mixing the phase A until no particles exist, and heating to 85 ℃;

s2, uniformly mixing the phase B until no particles exist, and heating to 85 ℃;

s3, adding the phase B into the phase A, homogenizing at 2000-5000rpm for 5min, and uniformly mixing until no particles exist to obtain a first mixture;

s4, cooling the first mixture to 40-50 ℃, adding the phase C, uniformly mixing, and homogenizing at 2000-5000rpm for 1-3min to obtain a second mixture;

s5, uniformly mixing deionized water and calamine, homogenizing at 2000-5000rpm for 2-10min to form a uniform D phase, adding the uniform D phase into the second mixture, and uniformly mixing;

and S6, discharging and standing to obtain the three-layer essence with the effects of skin color modification and skin nourishing.

The invention also provides application of the three-layer essence with the effects of skin color modification and skin care in preparation of cosmetics with the effects of inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, astringing, calming and skin color modification.

Compared with the prior art, the invention can achieve the technical effects that:

the three-layer essence with skin color modification and skin nourishing effects is divided into three layers in a static state, wherein the upper layer is milky, the middle layer is transparent and watery, and the lower layer is powdery, so that the essence needs to be shaken uniformly before use. The lower powder is calamine which has the functions of bacteriostasis, inflammation diminishing, convergence, sedation and skin color modification, and the effects of skin color modification and skin nourishing can be achieved by adding the calamine and other components for compounding. Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments. It is apparent that the embodiments to be described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of them. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The invention provides a three-layer essence with skin modification and nourishing effects, which is divided into three layers under a static state, wherein the upper layer is an emulsion composition, the middle layer is an aqueous composition, and the lower layer is a powder composition; wherein, the volume ratio of the upper layer, the middle layer and the lower layer is 0.1-10.0:0.1-10.0:0.1-10.0.

More specifically, the three-layer essence with the effects of modifying skin color and nourishing skin comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

deionized water and the balance;

1% -20% of moisture absorbent;

0.1% -2% of nicotinamide;

0.1 to 2 percent of panthenol;

0.01 to 0.03 percent of EDTA disodium;

In the embodiment, hydrogenated lecithin and olive oil PEG-7 esters are used as emulsifiers, and calamine which can be precipitated and has the effects of bacteriostasis, inflammation diminishing, convergence, sedation and skin color modification is added, so that the invention has a unique three-layer appearance.

In one embodiment, the vitamin F derivative is selected from the group consisting of oleic acid/linoleic acid/linolenic acid polyglyceryl esters.

In one embodiment, the vitamin P derivative is selected from hesperidin methyl chalcone.

In one embodiment, the vitamin C derivative is selected from 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid.

In this embodiment, the three-layer essence provided by the invention contains calamine and also contains six vitamin-related raw materials, so as to achieve the skin-nourishing effect by nourishing the skin from six dimensions, wherein the six raw materials are respectively: vitamin B3 nicotinamide, which has the effects of preventing melanin from transferring to the surface of the skin and whitening the skin; vitamin C derivative 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, has effects of reducing melanin, and whitening skin; the provitamin B5 panthenol is converted into vitamin B5 after being absorbed by skin, and has the effect of relieving sensitive skin; vitamin E derivative tocopherol acetate can prevent cells from being oxidized in the metabolism process of a body and has the effect of delaying skin aging; vitamin F derivatives oleic acid/linoleic acid/linolenic acid polyglycerol esters can participate in the physiological metabolic process of human skin and supplement nutrients for the skin; the vitamin P derivative hesperidin methyl chalcone has the effects of maintaining normal permeability of blood vessels and preventing and improving red blood streak.

In one embodiment, the antimicrobial agent is selected from 1, 2-hexanediol and/or ethylhexyl glycerin.

It can be understood that the mild 1, 2-hexanediol polyol and the ethylhexyl glycerin polyol are used as the antibacterial agent, so that the irritation of the product is reduced to the maximum extent and the product is safer and more effective compared with the traditional preservative.

In one embodiment, the moisture absorbent is selected from butylene glycol and/or glycerin.

According to the embodiment of the invention, butanediol and glycerin are used as moisture absorbents, and the grease and the alcohol are compounded to prevent the skin moisture from volatilizing and supplement the moisture for the skin.

In one embodiment, the emollient is selected from hydrogenated polydecene.

In the embodiment of the invention, hydrogenated polydecene can form a layer of oil film on the surface of skin as an emollient, the skin is oleophilic, and compared with a water-soluble substance, the skin can absorb the oil-soluble substance more easily and can promote the skin absorption.

Understandably, because the main components of the calamine are iron oxide red and zinc oxide, and the two components have the functions of adjusting color and covering, the effect of modifying skin color can be achieved by adding the calamine. Meanwhile, because of the covering effect, the addition amount is in a proper range (0.1-10%), and when the addition amount is too high, transitional covering is caused, and the visual effect of pseudo-white skin color is generated.

In conclusion, the three-layer essence with skin modification and nourishing effects provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

1. the skin is oleophylic, compared with a water-soluble substance, the skin can absorb an oil-soluble substance more easily, the commercially available essence is a water-soluble system generally, and the absorption effect is poor.

2. The three-layer essence with the skin modification and nourishing effects provided by the invention is considered from six dimensions, is added with six vitamin related raw materials and calamine, has excellent skin modification and nourishing effects through the matching of all components, and can relieve the discomfort of sensitive muscles.

3. The three-layer essence with skin modification and nourishing effects provided by the invention has excellent effects, and is mild in formula, free of essence and traditional preservative.

4. Compared with the existing system, the three-layer essence with the skin color modifying and nourishing effects provided by the invention is a unique three-layer system structure, is used after being shaken up, and is convenient to use.

Examples 1 to 5: a three-layer essence with skin-modifying and skin-nourishing effects has a formula shown in Table 1-1.

1. putting deionized water, butanediol, glycerol, nicotinamide, panthenol, disodium EDTA, hydrogenated lecithin and xanthan gum into a main container, uniformly mixing to form phase A, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring at 30rpm until the mixture is uniform and has no particles;

2. placing olive oil PEG-7 esters, hydrogenated polydecene and tocopherol acetate in a container, uniformly mixing to form a phase B, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring at 30rpm until the mixture is uniform and has no particles;

3. adding phase B into phase A, and homogenizing at 3000rpm for 5min; stirring at 30rpm until no particles exist;

4. setting 1, 2-hexanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, oleic acid/linoleic acid/linolenic acid polyglycerol esters and hesperidin methyl chalcone as phase C, cooling to 45 deg.C, sequentially adding into a main container, and homogenizing at 3000rpm for 1min; stirring evenly at 30 rpm;

5. putting deionized water and calamine into a container, uniformly mixing, homogenizing at 3000rpm for 5min to form a uniform D phase, adding into a main container, and uniformly stirring;

6. discharging, and standing to obtain three layers of essence.

The appearance of the freshly prepared essence is milky, and after standing for 12h at normal temperature, three layers of milky essence with a transparent water-like middle layer and powdery lower layer are obtained.

Standing and then:

the height ratio of the upper, middle and lower three layers of example 1 was 1.0:10.0:1.0.

the ratio of the height of the upper, middle and lower three layers of example 2 was 1.0:6.0:1.0.

the ratio of the height of the upper, middle and lower three layers of example 3 was 1.0:4.0:1.0.

the ratio of the height of the upper, middle and lower three layers of example 4 was 1.0:2.8:1.0.

the height ratio of the upper, middle and lower three layers of example 5 was 1.0:2.0:1.0.

comparative examples 1 to 6 provide a three-layer essence, the compounding effect of different types of vitamins and calamine is studied, except for different vitamin dosages, the other components and dosages are the same as those in example 3, and the specific formula is shown in tables 1 to 2.

Comparative examples 1 to 6 were prepared in the same manner as in examples 1 to 5, except that the amount of the component (0) was not added.

1. putting deionized water, butanediol, glycerol, nicotinamide, panthenol, disodium EDTA and xanthan gum into a main container, uniformly mixing to form phase A, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring at 30rpm until the mixture is uniform and has no particles;

2. setting 1, 2-hexanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, and hesperidin methyl chalcone as phase C, cooling to 45 deg.C, sequentially adding into main container, and homogenizing at 3000rpm for 1min; stirring evenly at 30 rpm;

3. putting deionized water and calamine into a container, uniformly mixing, homogenizing at 3000rpm for 5min to form a uniform D phase, adding into a main container, and uniformly stirring;

4. discharging, and standing to obtain the double-layer essence.

The appearance of the freshly prepared essence is liquid, after standing for 12 hours at normal temperature, the double-layer essence with the upper layer being transparent and watery and the lower layer being powdery is obtained, and the height ratio of the upper layer to the lower layer is 3.0:2.0.

comparative example 2: a three-layer serum without calamine, wherein the calamine of example 3 is replaced by silica. Silica has slight concealer power in cosmetics, and is often found in foundations and foundations. The specific formulation is shown in table 3.

4. setting 1, 2-hexanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, oleic acid/linoleic acid/linolenic acid polyglycerol esters and hesperidin methyl chalcone as a C phase, cooling to 45 ℃, sequentially adding into a main container, and homogenizing at 3000rpm for 1min; stirring evenly at 30 rpm;

5. placing deionized water and silica in a container, mixing uniformly, homogenizing at 3000rpm for 5min to form uniform phase D, adding into the main container, and stirring uniformly;

6. discharging, and standing to obtain three layers of essence.

The appearance of the freshly prepared essence is milky, after standing for 12 hours at normal temperature, three layers of essence with an upper layer milky, a middle layer transparent and watery and a lower layer powdery are obtained, and the height ratio of the upper layer to the middle layer to the lower layer is 1.0:4.0:1.0.

effect testing

The results of comparative tests were carried out on examples 1 to 5 (a three-layer essence having skin-toning and skin-nourishing effects), comparative example 1 (a two-layer essence containing calamine), and comparative example 2 (a three-layer essence containing no calamine), and the following results were applied:

1, mildness:

the mildness of the product is evaluated by a chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane vascular stimulation test (CAMVA), and the specific experimental method and evaluation criteria are as follows:

laboratory principle: directly contacting a certain amount of test substance (40 μ l) with chick embryo allantoic membrane, observing the degree of chorioallantoic membrane blood vessel injury (such as ghost blood vessel, capillary blood vessel congestion or hemorrhage) after acting for a period of time (30 min), and scoring different blood vessel injury degrees to judge the irritation of the test substance.

And (4) analyzing results:

NC value: the irritation level of the test subjects was compared according to the average score size (i.e., NC value) of the vascular injury score.

Evaluation criteria:

firstly, 0 yarn (NC) is not more than 2: it is manifested as a stressful stimulus, i.e. as an atraumatic stimulus. The capillary vessels were not damaged by bleeding at this time.

The results in Table 4 show that comparative example 2, even containing 6 vitamins compounded with silica, resulted in a product that was more irritating than examples 1-5, comparative example 1, and was likely to cause skin discomfort to the user; in the embodiments 1 to 5 of the invention, the calamine and 6 vitamins are compounded to obtain the essence which is mild to human skin and good in use experience when in use.

2, sensory evaluation:

the examples 1 to 5 (a three-layer essence with skin-modifying and skin-nourishing effects), the comparative example 1 (a two-layer essence containing calamine) and the comparative example 2 (a three-layer essence containing no calamine) were evaluated by 20 trained professional evaluators, and after trial, questionnaires were filled.

0.1, 2, 3 indicate very poor, not good, fair, very good, respectively.

And (3) after statistics is carried out on the questionnaire, a radar chart is prepared, the result is shown in figure 1, and the larger the area in the chart is, the better the comprehensive index of the product is.

The results in fig. 1 show that comparative example 1 also has skin color modification effect, but the other indicators are not as good as those in examples 1 to 5, and comparative example 2 has poor skin color modification effect, which is significantly inferior to those in examples 1 to 5 using calamine. In conclusion, the comprehensive indexes of the examples 1-5 are obviously superior to those of the comparative examples 1 and 2, and the product of the invention can achieve excellent indexes and is popular with consumers.

3, efficacy test:

the examples 1 to 5 (a three-layer essence with skin-modifying and skin-nourishing effects), the comparative example 1 (a two-layer essence containing calamine), and the comparative example 2 (a three-layer essence containing no calamine) were evaluated by using 20 trained professional evaluators, and the results of the tests were measured by using a VISIA skin test apparatus, which is an apparatus capable of quantitatively analyzing the pathological characteristics of the skin, and are shown in table 5:

The results in table 5 show that the three layers of essence obtained by compounding 6 vitamins with calamine in examples 1-5 of the invention have good skin nourishing effects of locking water, repairing barriers, improving skin quality and the like; in contrast, comparative examples 1 to 6, which lack one or more vitamin derivatives as compared with example 3, were inferior to examples 1 to 5 in each index and had a general skin-nourishing effect. The skin-nourishing effects of comparative examples 1 and 2 are inferior to those of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6.

Therefore, the three-layer essence with the skin modification and nourishing effects provided by the embodiment of the invention has the synergistic skin modification and nourishing effects through reasonable matching of the components, does not contain essence or traditional preservatives, and is mild in components.

4, stability test:

the stability tests of examples 1 to 5 (a three-layer essence having skin-modifying and skin-nourishing effects), comparative example 1 (a two-layer essence containing calamine), and comparative example 2 (a three-layer essence containing no calamine) were performed, the cold resistance test was performed in an incubator at a temperature of-10 c, the heat resistance test was performed in an incubator at a temperature of 45 c, and the cold and hot cycle test was performed in incubators circulating at temperatures of-10 c and 40 c, and the test was performed for three months, and the results were qualified without significant changes, as shown in table 6.

The results in Table 6 show that the stability tests of examples 1-5, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 are all passed.

0.1 to 2 percent of panthenol;

0.01 to 0.03 percent of EDTA disodium;

0.05% -0.5% of hydrogenated lecithin;

0.01 to 0.5 percent of xanthan gum;

0.01 to 0.3 percent of olive oil PEG-7 esters;

1% -10% of hydrogenated polydecene;

0.01 to 0.5 percent of tocopherol acetate;

0.01 to 2.1 percent of antibacterial agent;

0.01% -1% of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid;

0.01% -1% of vitamin F derivative;

0.01 to 1 percent of hesperidin methyl chalcone;

0.1 to 10 percent of calamine;

the vitamin F derivative is selected from oleic acid/linoleic acid/linolenic acid polyglycerol esters;

the antibacterial agent is selected from 1, 2-hexanediol and/or ethylhexyl glycerol;

the moisture absorbent is selected from butylene glycol and/or glycerin.

2. A method for preparing a triple layer essence having skin-modifying and skin-nourishing effects according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:

taking the components in proportion, wherein:

phase B: olive oil PEG-7 esters, emollients, tocopheryl acetate;

and C phase: antibacterial agent, vitamin C derivative, vitamin F derivative, vitamin P derivative;

phase D: deionized water, calamine;

3. Use of the triple layer essence having skin-toning and skin-nourishing effects of claim 1 for preparing a cosmetic having bacteriostatic, anti-inflammatory, astringent, calming or skin-toning effects.
