b. adding 0.12-0.72 weight part of wall material into 1-3 times of water, stirring and heating to 50-90 ℃, adding 0.001-0.01 weight part of water-soluble antioxidant, 0.025-0.08 weight part of water-soluble emulsifier and 0.001-0.03 weight part of stabilizer, and stirring until complete dissolution to obtain a wall material phase;
c. mixing a core material phase and a wall material phase, and carrying out high-speed shearing emulsification and homogenization by a high-pressure homogenizer to form a stable emulsion, wherein the shearing speed is 3000-20000 rpm, and the homogenization pressure is 20-80 MPa;
d. and carrying out spray drying and embedding on the emulsion, and then carrying out secondary embedding on the emulsion by a starch fluidized bed, wherein the fluidizing temperature is 0-60 ℃, and the weight part of the starch is 0.15-0.20, so as to prepare the natural plant essential oil microcapsule powder.
