Abstract
The invention discloses a hotel guest room product supply chain service mode and an implementation method thereof, wherein the service mode comprises an inventory-sales-storage system, a storage management system and a transportation management system, the storage management system is respectively connected with the inventory-sales-storage system and the transportation management system, the storage management system comprises an inventory-in management module, an inventory management module and an ex-warehouse management module which are sequentially connected, the inventory-in management module receives data information recorded in the inventory-sales-storage system, the transportation management system comprises a document management module, a scheduling management module and an execution management module which are sequentially connected, and the execution management module manages transportation information. The invention adopts the product packaging mode taking each guest room as a unit to change the packaging mode taking one product as a unit, thereby greatly improving the service efficiency of the hotel operation link and reducing the loss of the commodity circulation link. Not only reduces the working time of workers, but also improves the standardized flow of guest room configuration and ensures the timeliness of hotel operation.

The warehouse management system is further improved in that a specific client module (a guest room product configuration standard taking a guest room as a unit) is arranged in the warehouse management system, and the specific client module is respectively connected with the warehouse-out management module and the purchase-sale-stock system.
The invention also provides a method for realizing the hotel product supply chain service mode, which comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, assisting a hotel management group to determine a product standard and make a product list, inputting the requirement information of a hotel in a purchase, sale and storage system, and recording the information of warehousing and storage of goods through a warehousing management system;
s2: packing the guest room products and delivering the guest room products out of the warehouse by taking the guest rooms as units according to the number of the rooms and the configuration standard of the guest room products;
s3: establishing the management of waybill and delivery of the packaged products through a transportation management system;
s4: after the receipt is signed, the customer can transport the set of products to the corresponding rooms respectively to complete the operation.
