the photoelectric sensors (25) are arranged at the front ends of the second-layer parking spaces (5) on the longitudinal pillars (10), and respectively give an alarm when the parked vehicles are ultrahigh and overlong or people mistakenly enter the parking spaces, and the photoelectric sensors (25) are electrically connected with the PLC (24).
