50 parts of red dates (denucleated), 50 parts of wolfberry fruits, 40 parts of hawthorn fruits, 40 parts of yam slices, 40 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 40 parts of mulberries, 30 parts of gorgon fruits, 30 parts of longan aril, 20 parts of sharpleaf galangal fruits, 15 parts of ginseng (artificially planted for 5 years), 15 parts of raspberries, 15 parts of spina date seeds, 15 parts of cassia twigs, 15 parts of Chinese prickly ash fruits, 15 parts of cinnamon, 10 parts of liquorice (roasted), and proper corn (cooked) starch and honey.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
