Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保纸管,所述环保纸管包括如下材料制成:废纸纸浆、酚醛树脂、纳米碳粉、纳米氧化锌、玻璃纤维、甲基纤维素、高岭土、骨粉;本发明中采用废纸纸浆节约木材竹子等纸浆原料的使用,符合环保要求,同时本发明还使用纳米氧化锌,纳米碳粉和酚醛树脂相结合使得制备的纸管具有防火防潮的作用,添加的骨粉、玻璃纤维能使得纸管具有显著的抗折性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸制品制造领域,具体涉及一种环保纸管及其制备方法。
背景技术
纸管是纸用纸张加工成的管状的物体,纸管是用纸张加工成的管状的物体,广泛应用于纺织、玻纤、印刷、造纸、冶金、建筑等等行业中。现有的纸管常常由于强度不够而出现折断、弯曲等现象,特别是一些需要缠绕支撑重量较大物品的纸管,对纸管的强度要求更高。目前,纸管虽然能提高纸管的强度,但仍存在如下缺陷:1)由于加强筋是分多条设置于纸管的两个端面之间,在受力较大使,没有加强筋支撑的纸管面容易出现塌陷,造成纸管损坏;2)该纸管的纸管壁为实心纸管壁,大大增加了制造纸管时所需的用纸量,浪费了森林资源。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是针对上述问题,提供一种环保纸管。
本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种环保纸管,所述环保纸管包括如下材料制成:废纸纸浆、酚醛树脂、纳米碳粉、纳米氧化锌、玻璃纤维、甲基纤维素、高岭土、骨粉。
优选的是,所述环保纸管按重量份数计由如下材料制成:所述环保纸管按重量份数计由如下材料制成:废纸纸浆100-500份、酚醛树脂20-100份、纳米碳粉10-30份、纳米氧化锌10-50份、玻璃纤维30-80份、甲基纤维素30-50份、高岭土25-50份、骨粉20-80份。
优选的是,所述环保纸管按重量份数计由如下材料制成:废纸纸浆250份、酚醛树脂55份、纳米碳粉20份、纳米氧化锌20份、玻璃纤维55份、甲基纤维素35份、高岭土32份、骨粉50份。
所述的一种环保纸管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将酚醛树脂、高岭土、纳米碳粉、纳米氧化锌混合后加热至100-150℃,过300目筛子,得到混合物A;
2)、将混合物A与甲基纤维素、骨粉、玻璃纤维混合搅拌1小时后,与废纸纸浆混合,高速分散后,得到原纸浆;
3)、将得到的原纸浆倒入纸管模具,干燥成型得到所述环保纸管。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明中采用废纸纸浆节约木材竹子等纸浆原料的使用,符合环保要求,同时本发明还使用纳米氧化锌,纳米碳粉和酚醛树脂相结合使得制备的纸管具有防火防潮的作用,添加的骨粉、玻璃纤维能使得纸管具有显著的抗折性能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1:
一种环保纸管,所述环保纸管按重量份数计由如下材料制成:废纸纸浆100份、酚醛树脂20份、纳米碳粉10份、纳米氧化锌10份、玻璃纤维30份、甲基纤维素30份、高岭土25份、骨粉20份。
一种环保纸管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将酚醛树脂、高岭土、纳米碳粉、纳米氧化锌混合后加热至100-150℃,过300目筛子,得到混合物A;
2)、将混合物A与甲基纤维素、骨粉、玻璃纤维混合搅拌1小时后,与废纸纸浆混合,高速分散后,得到原纸浆;
3)、将得到的原纸浆倒入纸管模具,干燥成型得到所述环保纸管。
实施例2
一种环保纸管,所述环保纸管按重量份数计由如下材料制成:废纸纸浆500份、酚醛树脂100份、纳米碳粉30份、纳米氧化锌50份、玻璃纤维80份、甲基纤维素50份、高岭土50份、骨粉80份。
所述的一种环保纸管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将酚醛树脂、高岭土、纳米碳粉、纳米氧化锌混合后加热至100-150℃,过300目筛子,得到混合物A;
2)、将混合物A与甲基纤维素、骨粉、玻璃纤维混合搅拌1小时后,与废纸纸浆混合,高速分散后,得到原纸浆;
3)、将得到的原纸浆倒入纸管模具,干燥成型得到所述环保纸管。
实施例3
一种环保纸管,所述环保纸管按重量份数计由如下材料制成:废纸纸浆250份、酚醛树脂55份、纳米碳粉20份、纳米氧化锌20份、玻璃纤维55份、甲基纤维素35份、高岭土32份、骨粉50份。
所述的一种环保纸管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、将酚醛树脂、高岭土、纳米碳粉、纳米氧化锌混合后加热至100-150℃,过300目筛子,得到混合物A;
2)、将混合物A与甲基纤维素、骨粉、玻璃纤维混合搅拌1小时后,与废纸纸浆混合,高速分散后,得到原纸浆;
3)、将得到的原纸浆倒入纸管模具,干燥成型得到所述环保纸管。

1.一种环保纸管,其特征在于,所述环保纸管包括如下材料制成:废纸纸浆、酚醛树脂、纳米碳粉、纳米氧化锌、玻璃纤维、甲基纤维素、高岭土、骨粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保纸管,其特征在于,所述环保纸管按重量份数计由如下材料制成:废纸纸浆100-500份、酚醛树脂20-100份、纳米碳粉10-30份、纳米氧化锌10-50份、玻璃纤维30-80份、甲基纤维素30-50份、高岭土25-50份、骨粉20-80份。
