Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐磨防水纱管纸及其制备方法,该耐磨防水纱管纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:废纸纤维50‑110份、绒毛纤维50‑110份、蔗渣浆88‑125份、清水50‑70份、二氧化硅11‑17份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1‑9份、碳酸钙2‑13份、阳离子淀粉3‑8份、聚丙烯酰胺3‑11份、丙烯酸多元醇1‑7份和羧甲基纤维素4‑9份;所述耐磨防水纱管纸采用蔗渣浆、绒毛纤维和废纸纤维为原材料,大大降低了生产成本;无原木木浆,均采用废弃物再生产,进一步降低对环境造成的污染,切形成纱管纸使用后更易降解,保护环境;采用的纤维原材料都含有丰富的纤维,制成纸张后抗压抗拉、弯折度、防水性能都非常好;采用聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸多元醇和羧甲基纤维素为施胶材料,大大提高了防水性和耐磨性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨防水纱管纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
纱管纸主要应用于内核和管道的制作,工业管、地膜管、花炮管、纺织管、螺旋管、宝塔管、平行管,各种纸护角,纸箱,蜂窝纸板等等,纱管纸相比于其他类型的纸张来说所需要的浆料造价比较低廉,多数采用各种废纸浆或生物原料浆来制作,无需树木原浆,其纱管纸的主要用途不是用在高要求环境下,因此,纱管纸对于原材料和制造工艺来讲要求并不是很高,可用一些废渣以及废旧纸张重新加工使用,来降低生产成本,同时可减少原木的消耗,保护环境。但是有些生产厂家为了更进一步降低成本,在浆料中添加各种填料,并且还是随意进行添加,造就生产出来的纱管纸质量变得非常差,档次变低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种生产成本低廉,产品质量好,耐磨防水的纱管纸。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种耐磨防水纱管纸,该耐磨防水纱管纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:废纸纤维50-110份、绒毛纤维50-110份、蔗渣浆88-125份、清水50-70份、二氧化硅11-17份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1-9份、碳酸钙2-13份、阳离子淀粉3-8份、聚丙烯酰胺3-11份、丙烯酸多元醇1-7份和羧甲基纤维素4-9份。

本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:所述耐磨防水纱管纸的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取废纸纤维50-110份、绒毛纤维50-110份、蔗渣浆88-125份、清水50-70份、二氧化硅11-17份进行碎解和打浆,浆料浓度4.5%-6.5%,叩解度为23-26°SR。
2)按重量份配比提取三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1-9份、碳酸钙2-13份、阳离子淀粉3-8份添加进步骤1的浆料内,并搅拌均匀,纸张白度为10-15ISO;
3)将步骤2中得到的浆料进行网部成型处理;
4)按重量份配比提取聚丙烯酰胺3-11份、丙烯酸多元醇1-7份和羧甲基纤维素4-9份对步骤3成型纸张进行表面施胶;
5)将步骤4中已经成型的浆料进行压榨和烘缸干燥;
6)将步骤5干燥后的原纸进行软压光处理后卷取,即为成品耐磨防水纱管纸。
本发明耐磨防水纱管纸的有益效果是:所述耐磨防水纱管纸采用蔗渣浆、绒毛纤维和废纸纤维为原材料,大大降低了生产成本;无原木木浆,均采用废弃物再生产,进一步降低对环境造成的污染,切形成纱管纸使用后更易降解,保护环境;采用的纤维原材料都含有丰富的纤维,制成纸张后抗压抗拉、弯折度、防水性能都非常好;采用聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸多元醇和羧甲基纤维素为施胶材料,大大提高了防水性和耐磨性。

实施例1
本发明的一种耐磨防水纱管纸,该耐磨防水纱管纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:废纸纤维50份、绒毛纤维50份、蔗渣浆88份、清水50份、二氧化硅11份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1份、碳酸钙2份、阳离子淀粉3份、聚丙烯酰胺3份、丙烯酸多元醇1份和羧甲基纤维素4份。
所述耐磨防水纱管纸的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取废纸纤维50份、绒毛纤维50份、蔗渣浆88份、清水50份、二氧化硅11份进行碎解和打浆,浆料浓度4.5%-6.5%,叩解度为23-26°SR。

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该耐磨防水纱管纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:废纸纤维77份、绒毛纤维66份、蔗渣浆111份、清水60份、二氧化硅14份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂5份、碳酸钙6份、阳离子淀粉5份、聚丙烯酰胺8份、丙烯酸多元醇4份和羧甲基纤维素6份。
实施例4
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该耐磨防水纱管纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:废纸纤维53份、绒毛纤维61份、蔗渣浆93份、清水57份、二氧化硅12份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂2份、碳酸钙4份、阳离子淀粉4份、聚丙烯酰胺4份、丙烯酸多元醇2份和羧甲基纤维素5份。
实施例5
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该耐磨防水纱管纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:废纸纤维102份、绒毛纤维100份、蔗渣浆121份、清水67份、二氧化硅16份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂7份、碳酸钙11份、阳离子淀粉6份、聚丙烯酰胺9份、丙烯酸多元醇7份和羧甲基纤维素8份。
实施例6
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该耐磨防水纱管纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:废纸纤维85份、绒毛纤维69份、蔗渣浆99份、清水54份、二氧化硅15份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3份、碳酸钙8份、阳离子淀粉4份、聚丙烯酰胺11份、丙烯酸多元醇3份和羧甲基纤维素6份。

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该耐磨防水纱管纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:废纸纤维107份、绒毛纤维56份、蔗渣浆117份、清水52份、二氧化硅17份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂2.5份、碳酸钙4份、阳离子淀粉3.8份、聚丙烯酰胺7份、丙烯酸多元醇2.7份和羧甲基纤维素6.3份。

1.一种耐磨防水纱管纸及其制备方法,其特征在于:该耐磨防水纱管纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:废纸纤维50-110份、绒毛纤维50-110份、蔗渣浆88-125份、清水50-70份、二氧化硅11-17份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1-9份、碳酸钙2-13份、阳离子淀粉3-8份、聚丙烯酰胺3-11份、丙烯酸多元醇1-7份和羧甲基纤维素4-9份。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的耐磨防水纱管纸的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比提取废纸纤维50-110份、绒毛纤维50-110份、蔗渣浆88-125份、清水50-70份、二氧化硅11-17份进行碎解和打浆,浆料浓度4.5%-6.5%,叩解度为23-26°SR。
2)按重量份配比提取三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1-9份、碳酸钙2-13份、阳离子淀粉3-8份添加进步骤1的浆料内,并搅拌均匀,纸张白度为10-15ISO;
3)将步骤2中得到的浆料进行网部成型处理;
4)按重量份配比提取聚丙烯酰胺3-11份、丙烯酸多元醇1-7份和羧甲基纤维素4-9份对步骤3成型纸张进行表面施胶;
5)将步骤4中已经成型的浆料进行压榨和烘缸干燥;
6)将步骤5干燥后的原纸进行软压光处理后卷取,即为成品耐磨防水纱管纸。
