抗菌西服主要通过以下途径实现:对西服或者西服面料进行抗菌整理制得。一种方法如CN106435944B所述的,抗菌面料包括如下重量份的:珍珠纤维10-25份;羊毛纤维11-27份;玉米蛋白纤维10-30份;莫代尔纤维8-17份;椰炭纤维12-35份;茶叶8-21份纤维;抗菌整理剂10-19份;其中抗菌整理剂抗菌整理剂为包括如下重量份的二氧化钛纳米粒子10-15份;氧化镁纳米粒子7-13份;纳米银9-19份;沸石2-8份;邻羟基苯甲酸酯11-25份;N,N-二以及苯乙酰胺15-27份。上述方式的缺陷在于,这种方法中抗菌性能随着水洗次数的增加逐渐减弱。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有抗菌衬布的西服生产方法,解决了抗菌性能随着水洗次数的增加逐渐减弱的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述提高合格率的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有抗菌衬布的西服生产方法,包括上层、中层及下层结构,抗菌衬布包括上层、中层及下层结构,上层为针织物层,中层为机织物层,下层为无纺布层,抗菌衬布为经过抗菌整理液整理的衬布,衬布的抗菌液和布料整理的生产包括以下步骤:
(1)、抗菌整理液的生产整理包括以下步骤:
S1、先将仙人掌、芦荟、白芍、辛夷、没药、山茱萸、透骨草、仓术、防风、生石膏、皂角用水慢火煎煮1-5h,所加水的量以上述中药材不糊锅为准,过滤得到中草药液。
S2、把中草药液注入加有硫酸钡、柔软剂、渗透剂,硫酸钡、柔软剂、渗透剂的质量比为1:7-10:6-20,水的体积为中草药液体积的60-100倍制得第一涂层胶和第二涂层胶。
S3、把中草药液注入加有水性聚氨酯、金属氧化物溶胶、纳米麦饭石微粉、分散剂的质量比1:2-6:1:1,水的体积为中草药液体积的60-100倍制得点胶。
(2)、衬布的生产整理包括以下步骤:
S1、针织物层下表面具有第一涂层胶,第一涂层胶成规则间隔的矩形、菱形或条格形,第一涂层胶的涂层面积占针织物层下表面面积的30~70%,在针织物层下表面的第一涂层胶区域外均匀铺洒点胶,第一涂层胶上粘结有中孔活性炭和微孔活性炭的均匀混合活性炭,中孔活性炭的孔径为4.8~10.2nm,微孔活性炭的孔径为0.8~1.5nm。
S2、机织物层下表面具有第二涂层胶,第二涂层胶成规则间隔的矩形、菱形或条格形,第二涂层胶的涂层面积占所述机织物层下表面面积的30~70%,第二涂层胶上粘结有球形活性炭,球形活性炭极微孔孔径为0.2~0.6nm。
优选的,针织物层为PET共混纳米银离子抗菌母粒熔纺得到的PET长丝针织物层,机织物层为PET共混纳米银离子抗菌母粒熔纺得到的PET低弹丝短纤维机织物层,无纺布层为PP或ES纤维的熔喷无纺布层。
优选的,在步骤(2)所制备的复合织物的下表面即中层机织物下表面上进行熔喷纺丝形成熔喷无纺布层,无纺布层以PP和/或ES纤维为纺丝原料,待熔喷无纺布层达到所需密度后停止熔喷纺丝,得到具有上层为针织物层、中层为机织物层、下层为无纺布层的三层结构的具有抗菌功能的衬布西服成品。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种具有抗菌衬布的西服生产方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、该具有抗菌衬布的西服生产方法,本发明将具有极强吸附能力的极微孔球形活性炭、按比例由微孔活性炭和中孔活性炭形成的均匀混合活性炭以一定形状胶粘分布于不同的织物层表面,通过织物层复合形成的服装衬布具有分子筛的吸附能力,小分子及大分子异味均能够通过与人体接触的针织物层,较小分子异味气味能够透过针织物层吸附在衬布的机织物层中,提高了衬布的异味吸附能力和吸附容量,另外,在衬布的针织物层及机织物原料中添加纳米银离子抗菌母粒,使其吸附层均具有抗菌性,抑制衬布由于吸收湿气、汗气后细菌的滋生,保障衬布的持久吸附效果。

实施例一、
一种具有抗菌衬布的西服生产方法,包括上层、中层及下层结构,其特征在于:抗菌衬布包括上层、中层及下层结构,上层为针织物层,中层为机织物层,下层为无纺布层,抗菌衬布为经过抗菌整理液整理的衬布,衬布的抗菌液和布料整理的生产包括以下步骤:
(1)、抗菌整理液的生产整理包括以下步骤:
S1、先将仙人掌、芦荟、白芍、辛夷、没药、山茱萸、透骨草、仓术、防风、生石膏、皂角用水慢火煎煮1-5h,所加水的量以上述中药材不糊锅为准,过滤得到中草药液。

本发明中,在步骤(2)所制备的复合织物的下表面即中层机织物下表面上进行熔喷纺丝形成熔喷无纺布层,无纺布层以PP和/或ES纤维为纺丝原料,待熔喷无纺布层达到所需密度后停止熔喷纺丝,得到具有上层为针织物层、中层为机织物层、下层为无纺布层的三层结构的具有抗菌功能的衬布西服成品。
实施例二、
一种具有抗菌衬布的西服生产方法,包括上层、中层及下层结构,其特征在于:抗菌衬布包括上层、中层及下层结构,上层为针织物层,中层为机织物层,下层为无纺布层,抗菌衬布为经过抗菌整理液整理的衬布,衬布的抗菌液和布料整理的生产包括以下步骤:
(1)、抗菌整理液的生产整理包括以下步骤:
S1、先将仙人掌、芦荟、白芍、辛夷、没药、山茱萸、透骨草、仓术、防风、生石膏、皂角用水慢火煎煮4h,所加水的量以上述中药材不糊锅为准,过滤得到中草药液。
S2、把中草药液注入加有硫酸钡、柔软剂、渗透剂,硫酸钡、柔软剂、渗透剂的质量比为1:8:6-20,水的体积为中草药液体积的60-100倍制得第一涂层胶和第二涂层胶。
S3、把中草药液注入加有水性聚氨酯、金属氧化物溶胶、纳米麦饭石微粉、分散剂的质量比1:3:1:1,水的体积为中草药液体积的60-100倍制得点胶。
(2)、衬布的生产整理包括以下步骤:
S1、针织物层下表面具有第一涂层胶,第一涂层胶成规则间隔的矩形、菱形或条格形,第一涂层胶的涂层面积占针织物层下表面面积的50%,在针织物层下表面的第一涂层胶区域外均匀铺洒点胶,第一涂层胶上粘结有中孔活性炭和微孔活性炭的均匀混合活性炭,中孔活性炭的孔径为5.8nm,微孔活性炭的孔径为1.3nm。
S2、机织物层下表面具有第二涂层胶,第二涂层胶成规则间隔的矩形、菱形或条格形,第二涂层胶的涂层面积占所述机织物层下表面面积的50%,第二涂层胶上粘结有球形活性炭,球形活性炭极微孔孔径为0.4nm。
本发明中,针织物层为PET共混纳米银离子抗菌母粒熔纺得到的PET长丝针织物层,机织物层为PET共混纳米银离子抗菌母粒熔纺得到的PET低弹丝短纤维机织物层,无纺布层为PP或ES纤维的熔喷无纺布层。
本发明中,在步骤(2)所制备的复合织物的下表面即中层机织物下表面上进行熔喷纺丝形成熔喷无纺布层,无纺布层以PP和/或ES纤维为纺丝原料,待熔喷无纺布层达到所需密度后停止熔喷纺丝,得到具有上层为针织物层、中层为机织物层、下层为无纺布层的三层结构的具有抗菌功能的衬布西服成品。
实施例三、
一种具有抗菌衬布的西服生产方法,包括上层、中层及下层结构,其特征在于:抗菌衬布包括上层、中层及下层结构,上层为针织物层,中层为机织物层,下层为无纺布层,抗菌衬布为经过抗菌整理液整理的衬布,衬布的抗菌液和布料整理的生产包括以下步骤:
(1)、抗菌整理液的生产整理包括以下步骤:
S1、先将仙人掌、芦荟、白芍、辛夷、没药、山茱萸、透骨草、仓术、防风、生石膏、皂角用水慢火煎煮1-5h,所加水的量以上述中药材不糊锅为准,过滤得到中草药液。
S2、把中草药液注入加有硫酸钡、柔软剂、渗透剂,硫酸钡、柔软剂、渗透剂的质量比为1:9:6-20,水的体积为中草药液体积的60-100倍制得第一涂层胶和第二涂层胶。
S3、把中草药液注入加有水性聚氨酯、金属氧化物溶胶、纳米麦饭石微粉、分散剂的质量比1:4:1:1,水的体积为中草药液体积的60-100倍制得点胶。
(2)、衬布的生产整理包括以下步骤:
S1、针织物层下表面具有第一涂层胶,第一涂层胶成规则间隔的矩形、菱形或条格形,第一涂层胶的涂层面积占针织物层下表面面积的65%,在针织物层下表面的第一涂层胶区域外均匀铺洒点胶,第一涂层胶上粘结有中孔活性炭和微孔活性炭的均匀混合活性炭,中孔活性炭的孔径为6.8nm,微孔活性炭的孔径为1.5nm。
S2、机织物层下表面具有第二涂层胶,第二涂层胶成规则间隔的矩形、菱形或条格形,第二涂层胶的涂层面积占所述机织物层下表面面积的65%,第二涂层胶上粘结有球形活性炭,球形活性炭极微孔孔径为0.5nm。
本发明中,针织物层为PET共混纳米银离子抗菌母粒熔纺得到的PET长丝针织物层,机织物层为PET共混纳米银离子抗菌母粒熔纺得到的PET低弹丝短纤维机织物层,无纺布层为PP或ES纤维的熔喷无纺布层。
本发明中,在步骤(2)所制备的复合织物的下表面即中层机织物下表面上进行熔喷纺丝形成熔喷无纺布层,无纺布层以PP和/或ES纤维为纺丝原料,待熔喷无纺布层达到所需密度后停止熔喷纺丝,得到具有上层为针织物层、中层为机织物层、下层为无纺布层的三层结构的具有抗菌功能的衬布西服成品。
综上所述,本发明将具有极强吸附能力的极微孔球形活性炭、按比例由微孔活性炭和中孔活性炭形成的均匀混合活性炭以一定形状胶粘分布于不同的织物层表面,通过织物层复合形成的服装衬布具有分子筛的吸附能力,小分子及大分子异味均能够通过与人体接触的针织物层,较小分子异味气味能够透过针织物层吸附在衬布的机织物层中,提高了衬布的异味吸附能力和吸附容量,另外,在衬布的针织物层及机织物原料中添加纳米银离子抗菌母粒,使其吸附层均具有抗菌性,抑制衬布由于吸收湿气、汗气后细菌的滋生,保障衬布的持久吸附效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种具有抗菌衬布的西服生产方法,包括上层、中层及下层结构,其特征在于:抗菌衬布包括上层、中层及下层结构,上层为针织物层,中层为机织物层,下层为无纺布层,抗菌衬布为经过抗菌整理液整理的衬布,衬布的抗菌液和布料整理的生产包括以下步骤:
(1)、抗菌整理液的生产整理包括以下步骤:
S1、先将仙人掌、芦荟、白芍、辛夷、没药、山茱萸、透骨草、仓术、防风、生石膏、皂角用水慢火煎煮1-5h,所加水的量以上述中药材不糊锅为准,过滤得到中草药液;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌衬布的西服生产方法,其特征在于:在步骤(2)所制备的复合织物的下表面即中层机织物下表面上进行熔喷纺丝形成熔喷无纺布层,无纺布层以PP和/或ES纤维为纺丝原料,待熔喷无纺布层达到所需密度后停止熔喷纺丝,得到具有上层为针织物层、中层为机织物层、下层为无纺布层的三层结构的具有抗菌功能的衬布西服成品。
