And sewing the breathable layer, the common textile layer and the activated carbon fiber vitamin functional layer to obtain the health-care mask.
Comparative example 1:
the litsea cubeba in the example 1 is not added, and other raw materials and the preparation method are the same as those of the example 1.
Comparative example 2:
the tuber onion seeds of example 3 were not added, and other raw materials and preparation methods were the same as those of example 1.
And (3) performance detection:
and (3) detecting the antibacterial performance: the antibacterial performance of the activated carbon fiber vitamin functional layer of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-2 was determined with reference to FZ/T73023-2006 "antibacterial knitwear", test strains: escherichia coli (Escherichia coli), Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus), Bacillus subtilis (Bacillus subtilis), and Candida albicans (Candida albicans). The antibacterial performance of the samples is expressed as the bacteriostatic rate.
The test results are shown in table 1.

as can be seen from the table 1, the vitamin functional layer of the activated carbon fiber prepared by the invention has excellent antibacterial performance and higher bacteriostatic rate on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis and candida albicans; and comparative example 1 is compared with comparative example 2 when one of the herbaceous plants is reduced; the bacteriostasis rate is reduced, which shows that the added herbaceous plants have synergistic bacteriostasis.
In the health-care mask, herbaceous plants are soaked in hydrogen-rich water and then extracted, so that the antibacterial extraction can promote energy metabolism and maintain the immune function of a human body; can prevent and relieve various chronic diseases, effectively improve microcirculation, enhance human body resistance and promote human body metabolism.

Claims (5)

1. A health mask with antibacterial and anti-toxic effects comprises a breathable layer and a textile layer; an active carbon fiber vitamin functional layer is arranged between the breathable layer and the textile layer; the active carbon fiber vitamin functional layer is prepared from an active carbon fiber felt treated by herbal essence.
2. The health mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the herbal essence comprises the following raw materials:
litsea cubeba: 6-12 g;
mint: 9-18 g;
leek seeds: 3-6 g;
shepherd's purse flower: 12-24 g;
astragalus root: 6-12 g;
monkshood: 8-15 g;
wind tree ball: 5-10 g;
hydrogen-rich water: 1800 and 2000 mL.
3. The health mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the herbal essence comprises the following raw materials:
the tuber onion seeds: 10-15 g;
tea cake: 4-6 g;
camphor: 2-3 g;
borneol: 2-3 g;
sweet osmanthus: 10-15 g;
and (3) locking the positive: 15-20 g;
dried ginger: 4-6 g;
hydrogen-rich water: 1800 and 2000 mL.
4. The mask according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the activated carbon fiber vitamin functional layer is prepared by a method comprising the steps of:
pretreating the carbon fiber felt to obtain an activated carbon fiber felt;
weighing the raw materials of the herbal essence according to a proportion, mixing, crushing to 90-100 meshes, and adding hydrogen-rich water; soaking for 3-4h to obtain a mixed solution;
extracting the mixed solution under reflux for 3-4 times (each time for 1-2 hr), and mixing the extractive solutions to obtain concentrated herbal essence;
mixing the activated carbon fiber felt and the herbal essence in a sealed tank, and mixing and soaking for 24 hours at the temperature of 30-35 ℃; obtaining the active carbon fiber vitamin functional layer processed by the herbal plant essence.
5. The health mask according to claim 4, wherein the pretreatment process comprises: and (3) activating the carbon fiber felt in an ambient air atmosphere at the temperature of 400-500 ℃ for 1-3 h to obtain the activated carbon fiber felt.
